After eating Burger King, it really doesn't leave you feeling nasty and fat like other fast food restaurants. 5 stars for customer service for their employee Javan! Going anywhere in Ewa Beach on a Friday night is crazy. My husband went to get us BK and said the line was crazzzzy long! So, he decided to go inside to order since it looked empty. That's when he was greeted by Javan. "Hello sir, how are you doing, how may I take your order?" With a big smile on his face! Javan took my husband's order and while he was getting his change, he continued to ask "how was your day today?" My husband enjoyed the fact that he showed that he cared about the people that he serviced. It was such a nice transaction that he has to tell me all about it when he came home. We even discussed the situation during the beginning of our dinner. He said he wish that there were more people like him on this planet. We need people like Javan. Thank you for making a great impression on my husband. It makes me want to dine in just to meet him... if I weren't lazy and in my pajamas lol. Pros: Air conditioning. That WORKS. -relax- ahhhh The smell of the food..ugh..-drools- I love the smell of their food more than McDonald's. I especially love their ice cream more. It's rich in flavor as opposed to it's competition across the street lol. I love their value menu. Some of the cons: The places gets crowded. There is an extra area that has chairs and stuff..but every time I've gone there, it's ALWAYS locked up. There's even a bicycle sometimes! It sucks with going there expecting to dine in but we have to find elsewhere to sit and eat because there's no room (even though there's an extra room) The food can take so long to come out that it comes out cold. We don't eat Burger King Food often but I do like the chicken sandwich. Since the Ewa Beach location is closer to our home we normally go there. Today I don't know what happened. When I opened up the wrapper for the chicken sandwich I noticed the lettuce was brown and wilted! Tried calling them but there's no answer. Very disappointed today! Don't go if you want any type of biscuit sandwich. Twice now they have messed up. First time went and they gave me a plain empty biscuit when I ordered a sausage biscuit. Now today, a Saturday at breakfast time I go to order my food and they say biscuits just went in. I get to the window and without having asked me they canceled my biscuit order and when I asked they say it'll be a while. Staff was rude, no apology for the fact that they weren't prepared. If you want biscuit sandwich go across the street to McDonalds! They're prepared to actually serve customers. Crowns were also barely fried and very light in color. read more

Drive up window, person taking order hard to understand, then at pay/pick up window was asked if I wanted catsup with my fries, I said sure, and could I have a couple of extra? Got a serious eye roll as she turned to put them in bag, but I noticed she grabbed two full hand fulls and actually threw each into the bag. Handed me the bag and turned away and got busy with something else. No smile, no thank you, no have a nice evening - nothing. When I got home I counted 27 tubes of catsup! At drive-thru lane, cashier did not deduct value of coupon for whopper meal. I thought the receipt was in the package which it wasn't. I had to check my charge card transaction on-line to see the amount that I was charged. When brought to the supervisor's attention via telephone that I was erroneously charged and that I was not given a receipt, he made me feel like I was lying and at fault saying I should print my charge card transaction for proof. Though the amount was miniscule, the principle became the issue with me. His suspicious attitude was demeaning to me and negated future patronage. Upper management should consider offering some kind of apologetic incentive for mistakes incurred by their employees that requires customers to return to the location for corrective action. The basis for this type of business are customers that choose to patronize them. read more

The guy at the drive thru window is extremely pleasant and gives genuine attention. It's not like going to other fast food places and they just hand you your food and go. This BK is probably the worse ever or I just happen to go at all the wrong times. I live nearby and I love their burgers so I go.there every now and then. This one is practically runned by all filipinos. Sometimes I get a little annoyed when they speak in their language because for one I dont know the language although I myself am filipino. Some days theres this one manager who always ALWAYS gives me a stubborn or stuck up look. Soft serve ice cream cone is $.75! ...not including tax. I am not sure how long this is going to last but as of right now, it is still $.75. The staff here is always so friendly. I don't think my family or myself have ever encountered a problem here. The food is always delicious. My gf and I like the rodeo burgers and we get a plain cheeseburger for our daughter. Of course, there is the ice cream that we love so much. lol. We definitely will be going here frequently. There are free refills for your drinks that you purchase. Man, I initially felt bad seeing I had left a one-star review six years ago, but after re-reading what I wrote, I stand by it.

I know not much can be seriously expected from a fast food joint but I do expect it to be made correctly. Every time I order and they say "is your order correct on the screen" I say yes or make the corrections. If you can read it off a screen you can make it MY WAY. I always always always end up scrapping the lettuce off my sandwiches even though EVERY TIME I ask for NO lettuce. They are rude and hard to understand & do NOT know their own menu. I ordered a chicken sandwich and got home to find a cheddar jalepeno chicken crisp. I mean, thank you for the free 7 dollar sandwich but that is NOT what I even ordered. It's ok if you order simple and have no problem scrapping off ingredients you asked not to be on your food. First of all, the lady manager that took care of me is a very hard worker. You can tell she takes pride in her job.
