What's not to like? Delicious burger, easy ordering through app. Always a good experience.

It doesn't help that I know the manager of this location through a friend. I know she wouldn't allow her employees to give an attitude to someone trying to correct an order. Tonight on 1/10 after 8 pm, my family and I decided to break our good eating happy with a cheat meal from Burger king. We usually check our bag of food before pulling off, but we've never had an issue here, so we didnt double check. We ordered the Family Bundle along with a 10 PC nugget, 1 Hershey pie and 2 small onion rings. Once we get home, we realize we are missing an order of onion rings. There were supposed to be 2 orders of rings. We never received a receipt unfortunately, but I took the chance and drove back to this location to get them. I get to the register and explain myself to the woman who immediately rolls her eyes sucks her teeth. She was an older woman with black hair, pale skin, and an accent. She walks off to print the receipt (what she should've done when we were first there) and comes back to practically slam it on the counter and tell me she knows what she gave me. She says that I'm wrong and she was right. (NO she didn't read back the order when were first at the drive thru and that's my fault for not asking her to because now I see there's low quality people working the night shift) Where's the beautiful young lady with the long ponytail? She never gets it wrong! Anyway, the receipt read 1 small onion ring and I bought the 2nd one for my nephew to enjoy. I told the woman that I'm always here and I dont want problems. I paid and left after calling my friend to see if she's still in contact with the manager from this locations because tonight's worker needs some training. I dont need her to cower to me, but be a bit nicer. You never know, you may see me working my retail job and need my help. AND THE WHOPPER AND ONION RINGS WERE COLD!!!! ok, Wheres the manager!? been going here fof decades for occasional lunch as its by my job. recently the Do Not give you a receipt. orders are wrong often and you have no receipt, how convenient! they used to always be stapled on the outside of the bag, now if you ask you think you were asking for their child? last couple mobths, you cant even understand them through the drive through window, the broken english is terrible. i asked 3 times and same guy in spanish english repeats very fast not even close! same thing last time i just ordered from what i could understand barely! no im not a racist, you cant have people who cant speak the language taking orders at a drive through window, its not fair and maybe i wont be going back after today. spanish girl at window, any sauce? yes ketchup and salt. Barabeque sauce? i said no ketchup and salt, she repeats barbeque and salt, i say no ketchup and salt please, she says ok, the leaves...Guess what, back to work no ketchup or salt, wake up Wheres the manager hiding? that receipt has a coupon for a free whopper on it, are the workers keeping the receipts and giving them to their freinds? seems like a logical reason. Food is good. The manager is friendly. He does help giving napkins. Nice people. Bathroom is clean.

If I could give 0 star. The hours say till 11pm on Sundays. Got there at 10pm I see the cashier from the drive thru and ignores me! I called the place no one picks up! go around from the drive thru and they see me and didnt do anything! If you closing at 10 fix the hours of your location! Very rude!! read more

Every time I get breakfast from here, it's never ready. I always have to pull around and wait. Every single time period I'm usually in a rush and then you have to wait they never tell you ahead of time and it takes forever to get anything. The whole idea behind this is that it's fast food. read more

I had entered the establishment and waited on line for minutes while they stared at me and helped Drive through. I walked to my seat and then a group of people came it and ordered right away. I was not even greeted but others get their food before me. I know that it is just a fast food place but some common courtesy would be nice. I will not be returning here read more

This Burger King is the best the place is spotless the guy cleaning does a wonderful job working inside and out I don't think he sits down . Also the staff is very friendly and efficient the food comes out fast and hot . They work hard and always have a smile customer service at its best read more

Terrible service. I ordered a basic meal, two whopper meals. They had me pull over because it was taking them a while to make the food. They sent out a disabled man to deliver the order. He was trying his best but didn't realize the order was missing a drink and a fry. I had to go back in after the wait and the personal delivery service to complain and get the remainder of the order. The people working here didn't even say sorry, peoples standards in the work place are pathetic these days. read more

Friendly lady (I think she's the manager) but the food is really crappy like the first guy reviewed. Maybe because their food was so crappy that they don't have regulars and their customer flow is really unstable during lunch hour. As a result, on their "good days" their crew would be extremely understaffed. Long waits and still crappy food. I don't think you want to eat here... **update Sept 2014** I went back to this place because of the coupons BK gives out. I have to say this particular restaurant has quite an improvement from my initial review. I see they have more staff working at lunch time so the food and waiting time has a significantly better from before. Therefore, I'm giving it a upgrade from 1 star to a 3-star "OK". Fast food is so pricey these days, so for lunch, I wouldn't come to BK without coupons. Instead of combo meals from fast food places, I rather spend that extra dollar or two at a near by Apple Bee's (lunch special) for some real food. read more

i went here and we were trying to order and the girl told us to come up and order at the window and than she got mad because she said we were taking too long and started yelling at us that she is being timed and for us to leave she said go !! just go !! im being timed. and made us leave and we didnt get any food and so now im never going back here. bad customer service. read more

Condescending service. I asked for no meat because I don't eat meat, and they still put it into my breakfast. Returned it and was told they would make me a fresh one but was returned the same one with the same deformed biscuit. That was not very nice. read more
