Recently came here a few days ago to grab a meal with colleagues. Coming here, it was absolutely busy from the very packed to drive through to a pretty packed parking lot . The staff nailed our 10-person order with a few minor errors. He even gave us a nice bag of condiments. Dining room was absolutely clean and a staff here was moderately friendly. Prices here were average for meals. My chicken sandwich in particular was great on my end no complaints from me or any of my colleagues. Wouldn't mind coming back here again. read more

Our order was also incorrect, and it took even longer to have it fixed. Fast food doesn't get any better than this! I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled chicken club. The grill marks on the chicken aren't just there for show... they taste amazing. i have been going to chik fil a for over 20 years throughout the country and i have to say this farmingdale location is the worst location that ive ever been to. they have screwed my order on multiple occasions. they have give me overcooked food on several occasions and the management has given me the most asinine excuses. i only continued to go there because i like the breakfast and the farmingdale location is in close proximity to my workplace. the manager lilia was very condescending and didnt even attempt to address my issue. stay away from this location there are many other options that give you "the customer" the appropriate service that you deserve . read more

The chick-fil-a in farmingdale is wayyyyy better than the one in Commack. We went during lunch time and there was barely a line , we were in and out of the drive through within minutes. The food is always amazing clearly hence the hype. The ambiance is always the same with the big red letters , drive through was clean and the staff was friendly. read more

After much deliberation, Chick Fil-A's chicken sandwich is my favorite. I've tried the rest and this is still the best in my book. If you can build an entire restaurant chain empire around a single sandwich, it better be a damn good world beater. So good in fact that they can even afford to close one day out of the week and still make bank. The first time I ever had a Chick Fil-A sandwich was in Florida years ago and was an eye-opening experience. It was a southern chain and I never thought it would make it to the northeast. But lo and behold, a bunch of them opened up in Manhattan & Long Island and people are going crazy! Multiple lines of cars form up at the drive-thru every day! Even during COVID, we've been coming here after shopping along Rt 110 to grab some lunch. Before we head over, I always place my order on the app for curbside pickup. You head straight to the pick-up parking spots and avoid all the cars in the drive-thru lines waiting to order. They bring your food order right up to your window, so mask up! My wife usually gets the Grilled Chicken Club Deluxe and I'll get 2 standard chicken sandwiches, saving one for later. I'll always get waffle fries to go and they are really good hot snacking on the drive home. Never forget to get extra tubs of the Chick Fil-A sauce, perfect on the chicken sandwich and even better for dipping the waffle fries! And when you use the app, you get points on the frequent eaters club which you can redeem for future food! Even better, the manager sends freebie rewards, like brownies or breakfast sandwiches every few weeks to entice us back. Like I need more encouragement! read more

I love Chik-Fil-A and the normally top notch service you receive when you order from them. With that being said, this location falls short of that. My order is constantly wrong. If the people taking the orders are constantly messing up, you might as well just let me order at the speaker and see my order on the screen so I can verify that it's correct instead of either being disappointed with the wrong order, or having to wait for them to correct the order when I'm on limited time (my lunch break). Today I had the same experience. I ordered a chicken tortilla soup and a medium coke. That should come out pretty fast. Instead I waited and waited and when I was asked if I was waiting on a chicken tortilla soup and a Mac & cheese I knew my order would be messed up. I corrected the for and said I ordered the tortilla soup and a medium coke. Still waited a while for my order to come out. Then when I go to drink my coke, I realize they never gave me a straw, which is also common at this location. I found a straw and as I was drinking my 'coke' I realized it was a Dr. Pepper, not the Coke I asked for. Please get it together. People associate ChikFilA with excellent service and always getting your order right. This specific location is not it. read more

When the Farmingdale location added mobile through I thought it was a great idea to order ahead and truly get my meal faster on my lunch break. It started out with one line for mobile through and one line for regular drive through member. Now there are two drive through lines and one mobile through line and it is taking longer to get your food if your ordered through mobile through. My food is never really an issue but something has to be fixed with mobile through as if we are ordering ahead we shouldn't have to filter in with two regular drive through lines. read more

First time coming here in Long Island and let's just say I got scared with the long lines for the drive through but shockingly enough they had people out there with tablets taking orders. The sandwiches didn't come with the sauce, You will need to ask for their sauce packets. I think by default they provide 3 packets of each sauce that you ask for. We always end up only using 1 sauce n throwing out the rest. Chicken was very tender and tasty. You really can't go wrong eating at Chick-fil-A when you're in Long Island. read more

Everytime i come to chic fil a it has a long drive there but they move super quick. They have 2 lines for cars and always have about 4-5 people out there taking orders. Don't forget to have the app to collect points! If u have cash app card too they always have 5% off when using your card! (Some saving pointers). Otherwise this spot is clean and fast and quality of food is always on point. I always get the chicken sandwich grilled or spicy and the waffle fries! Love their sauces but be careful for they are in a shortage so they don't give out unlimited anymore. I suggest the sweet Sriracha and the chic fil a sauce. Never had a problem with this spot. (I have only visited two previous locations, Commack and one in CT, both of which were extremely crowded with long lines of people and cars.) The chicken was, of course, crispy and delicious!!!
