While paying, I was told "you don't get a receipt because I ran out of receipt paper". No, I need a receipt as I am paying for multiple people and need to be able to get the money accordingly from them. She says okay ask the next window for It. Sure. Fine. Get to the second window, get our two Sweet Teas with NO ICE. I love a warm iced tea. I then ask for my receipt. They say It will be taped to the bag. We get asked to pull up to wait for our food. Charles, the manager, comes to the car "here you go" no smile, no anything. Where's the receipt? Not taped on the bag. I go inside, ask for the receipt again and Charles argues with me that it's taped on the bag. I went through the drive thru for a reason, so I didn't have to go inside so I'm definitely not lying. He gives an attitude and hands me the receipt. When I get home, my order is messed up. I paid for things I didn't receive. McDonald's, remind your staff that their job is to make the customer happy because they definitely aren't doing a great job of that.
