When is this location going to close? I just left there without ordering food because the drive thru service was horrible. There was no line when I pulled in to order. I got to the microphone and said hello a couple of times. I didn't get an answer, so I drove around to the window. As I got closer I noticed the young lady did have the headset on. She opens the window and tells me to drive back around to the order microphone as if she couldn't take my order there. I also explained that I said hello at the microphone and didn't get an answer. They caught me on a day I was feeling patient. The lady warned me about having only one cook in the back of the house but I accepted it and proceeded with my order. Customer service at the window was fine. They had me park and brought the food out when it was ready. They handled all the cars in front of me and behind me similarly to keep the drive thru moving. I'm sure it wasn't as fast as I wanted but it was handled well. The employees didn't choose to be understaffed. Food was great. Didn't go inside so no comment on ambiance. 18 Feb 2025 took coupon to BK in Goose Creek that offered a large Whopper Meal for 2 for $14.49. Proceeded to drive thru , ordered the meal & mentioned my coupon, was told to drive to pickup window. I drove to window, handed attendant my coupon, she took the coupon and rang up the order and told me I owed an additional $16.08. I asked her about the coupon & her response was that the coupon was just a discount off the original cost of meal. I then asked if I had just ordered what the coupon offered would the price without coupon been $30.57 cents ? Her response was no and I asked well why am I being charged that amount because $14.49 + $16.08 = $30.57. This math was way beyond her comprehension, so I asked for my coupon back, cancelled the order & proceeded to plan B. I drove to parking area & went inside to place same order. The a drink machines had no and it took for ever to let a kids nugget meal. No sauce was given with it. They were out of mozzarella sticks and discontinued the jalapeños bites. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are consistently terrible with customer service and food preparation. My experience on Jan 25th around 730 pm was the worst. I ordered a spicy chicken meal medium and paid $9, waited at the window upwards to 10-12 mins and once my food arrived it was luke warm, unsalted fries. As I inspect my sandwich once I arrived home my sandwich was missing tomatoes and my chicken was over fried and cold. I called the store to only leave a message again with no response. I called customer service and received no solution besides "now the gm will be aware of the issue" Eff the awareness, I deserve a solution as a paying customer. You can obviously tell not many people go here any longer and it is probably because of the horrible service received. I tried this restaurant the other night. No one in the lobby, at around 7:30. Very rude young man taking the orders behind the counter. Had to pry him away from his phone. Enough already with the phone thing at work. Put them away and do what you are getting paid for. So I ordered a double whopper with small fries and small drink. The soda selection machine was out of almost everything. The floor had so much sticky stuff on it I almost fell out of my flip flop when taking a step because the flip flop stayed stuck to the floor when I tried to take a step. The tables were dirty and sticky. I waited 20 minutes, yup, 20 minutes for the double Whopper. When it was ready the meat was tough and cold. Really? All in all, this is a place to stay away from. No manager to be found, so no one watching to make sure things are right for the customer. The idea about customer service is completely lost on the employees working that night.
