A couple years ago was terrible but now it is back with better management and with the Burger King app

I know nobody checks reviews before eating at a fast food restaurant, but I feel compelled to warn future customers. Before you eat here, make sure you stock up on toilet paper and have a full day available to spend on the toilet. I ordered two things - a brisket whopper and a Oreo shake. Yes, I know it was not a healthy decision. Nevertheless, the order should not have made me terribly ill. Something is wrong here somewhere. There only appeared to be two people working there. Maybe they are understaffed, maybe someone didn't follow a food safety protocol. Whatever the reason, I certainly will never eat here again. read more

I have never stopped at this location before. They recently offered a new app so I decided to try it today. The offered a special today which was Whopper Wednesday, a Whopper for $3.00. The app did not work very well and I had to go inside and have a staff member help me complete the transaction. When I finally got my burger, it was cold and not very tasty. This will be my last visit. read more

I drove by there at lunch and it looked like it was closed. No posters in the windows and there was a restaurant service van parked in the lot, which was the only vehicle there. I couldn't see any lights on and it looked dark inside. This was once the best Burger King in the Greater Louisville area! If it's permanently closed, how about a Jack In the Box!?!? The slowest drive thru I have ever been through. Waiting on the food was slow too. I haven't seen my food yet.. not too happy

You know how Pepsi isn't Coca Cola, but it'll do in a pinch? Well, that's how I feel about this BK. It's no McDonalds, but it'll do. You know, in a pinch. There's NEVER a line, which is nice when all you want is a cup of (crappy) coffee. The service is never bad, but it's never been really good, either. You can tell they'd rather be somewhere else. Food messed up as always. A double whopper with cheese comes with 2 pieces of cheese, but this store will always try to rip you off so they can save money and put 1 piece on there. They will even skimp out when you pay for extra cheese as well. This has been going on for a very long time now, several years. read more

Restaurant has very easy, convenient access on and off of I-71. Restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Food was served promptly but was not especially hot. Neither our chicken sandwiches or our fries were hot. Warm but not piping hot. Restroom was reasonably clean but out of paper towels. read more

I waited in the drive thru this morning (along with one other car) for over 10 minutes before I could even place my order. I then waited another 10+ minutes to receive my order. No apology or discount. Food was barely edible. I've never had such horrible French toast sticks in my life... took a few gross bites and threw the rest away. I saw three employees inside (versus 2 customers in the drive thru), so can't justify this with the "labor shortage". Just horrendous service. Not sure when I'll be able to eat French toast sticks again. read more

1. Bathroom was gross. 2. Restaurant was a mess. 3. We had to ask again for the drink and fries to go with a meal. 4. Fries were soggy, greasy and coooold. 5. The beverage bar was a sticky mess. 6. The "Whopper Jr" is now more like the Whopper mini. I worked here in high school, I'm astonished at how this place has gone down hill. Of course, 20 years ago people knew about customer service meant and we got what we paid for. #7. The crew" was a joke. They did seem to have plenty of fun, so much so that I couldn't hear the conversation at my own table and we were the only 2 people there. Surprise. I just left this restaurant, very disappointed. I ordered the 2 for 10 dollar meals. The cashier said fries are not included, the advertisement on the board clearly states they are. I brought it to the cashiers attention and she didn't know, I told her it should be changed and I purchased fries separately. I asked for a side of onion for my whopper, a girl working in the back said "no", they all thought that was funny. The cashier turned to me and said " I guess you're not getting that " and offered and me onion rings Instead. You couldn't make this up! At least 6 employees were working, with one other customer in the dining room. Every table was dirty, and the attitude of the employees was horrible. This manager should be embarrassed! When I see the majority of Burger King's with empty parking lots I'm not surprised because customer service is so poor! read more

Every time I go here, they ruin my food in one way or another. They have burnt the bun before, even given me a ripped piece of meat that didn't even match up to the other piece. It's a waste of time and money. read more

Waited in the drive-thru for 22 minutes. French Toast was way over cooked. I have had problems here before; I don't know why I go back.

one of the nuggets from the kids meal was edible. the rest were burnt disrespectfully. shouldn't have been served to anyone.

Gave me literal food poison- and this location was called to ask about it and the employees and or managers completely denied it saying a couple of hours wasn't enough time to develop symptoms. Which if you're not incompetent you would know is completely not true, nice to know they care so little for customers and safety and rather care more about money. read more

Leaving reviews for fast food is def not my norm but this location 100% deserves my honest experience. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich (expectation photo) and i got that but with a sliver of a tomato, like the part that no one eats, the top! And enough pieces of Lettuce to count on one hand. Got to work and couldn't stop laughing, I sent this to my family and we all laughed, I posted this on twitter! Thank you for a good laugh only reason I'm leaving 2 stars. read more

I went there today and ordered 2 Big King meals 1 large, 1 med.My lg drink was suppose to be orange soda.LOL,what I got was orange water, no carbonation at all. When I called and complained, I was asked did I want to come back and get another flavor,to which I replied that NO I didn't want to come bk, now and get a beverage.I could have been offered a beverage at my convienience, instead Burger King lost a customer.Am I expected to try out the food before I drive away? read more
