In the past, I would have rated this review higher. However, our last two times have been challenging. Both times we have had to wait a very long time for our treats. From observing the people standing around waiting, it didn't matter if the order was placed in person or on the app. Either way there was a lengthy delay. I must say, though, that our Blizzards were made perfectly and mixed down to the bottom! The dipped cone was drippy and not pretty :) It tasted good though! My suggestion would be to have a way for people to wait instead of standing right by the front counter. It gives a poor appearance and further reflects on the impatience of those waiting a long time. read more

This location sucks. 9 months pregnant, stopped to get a quick bite to share with the husband. Get our Oreo blizzard and there's no cookies in it. Whitest Oreo blizzard I've seen. so I ask if they could put more Oreos in it and he was sweet and said oh yes so sorry about that. But when he came back it looked about the same... I'm 9 months pregnant and just want my Oreo cookie chunks in my blizzard. so I go in on the verge of tears and ask for more cookies. the older lady said she would have to charge me extra because she saw him put two more scoops of cookies in apparently. see attached photo of said blizzard "with two extra cups of cookies". I don't know why these workers act like this shit is coming out of THEIR paycheck. on top of that, they forgot the ranch that they charged me extra for. Hire better people please. Only reason I gave 2 stars vs 1 is because the fries were good. read more

The best: Breakfast hours until noon! VERY NICE Ample parking during off-peak hours. Tasty milk! NICE Order takers--took custom order for EXTRA CRISP bacon. ENGH! Biscuits were not cooked, so doughy. The sausage was bland. $6.89 for 3 pancakes and a serving of bacon seems steep. UNACCEPTABLE!!! MISLEADING OVERHEAD MENU behind the counter; which Order takers further could not explain better. My efforts to clarify during the order were unsuccessful. Our child cried the whole way home knowing he would not have his hashbrowns. Yes we could have waited longer for DQ to make hashbrowns, but my frustration level did not allow me to. SUGGEST Make the Menu clearer. No hidden prices. Hire a professional sign maker. Unless the goal is to mislead, then your Menu sign is unforgiveable. read more

We go here often. Often disappointed like this morning. I ordered biscuits and Gravy . Biscuits were as hard as hockey picks and gravy was cold. I sent it back. Got softer biscuits but gravy was still not even warm. Guess I'll take it home and warm it myself. My husband got pancakes. They were not warm either. He sent them back which he rarely does, and again they were not hot. read more

Anyone who grew up here knows it's the best breakfast spot in town! I've since moved closer to Louisville, but love stopping here for breakfast when in the area. The biscuits and gravy are amazing, as well as the sausage biscuits and the hashbrown! Also a big fan of the strawberry banana smoothie. My family gets the larger continental breakfast platters / sometimes breakfast sandwiches and love it all. You really can't go wrong with anything. Everyone that works here is polite and helpful! Food always ready quickly and correct. Highly recommend. PSA they also now have non dairy dilly bars and no sugar added dilly bars and they taste just like the real thing! read more

What a fantastic place! cozy, spacious, unique, and delicious! The staff were super friendly and helpful. I wish this coffee house/cafe was in my town. You can also shop for some special gifts that are around as if they're decorations. Large space that feels cozy. read more

This has got to be the slowest drive thru ever! It says a lot about a business when you do not employ enough people to man your drive thru during the busiest time of the day. Waiting over a half hour from placing order to receiving order is ridiculous! read more

I really enjoy going to DQ. They have some of the best tasting treats you can get anywhere. My favorite thing to get there is just a good old ice cream cone. I get the chocolate and vanilla swirl. The ice cream is so soft, smooth and creamy. And it has a special taste that is so good. read more

Dairy Queen failed me again. Twice in two weeks. Now on my "do not bother, to waste my time or money" list for the next 6+ months. That WAS another chance!!! After spending 20 minutes in the fuckin parking lot trying to get my food I ordered online, while the doors were locked, and nobody would answer the phone... I had to catch the employee bringing out food to the Uber eats driver, and tell her I had an online order. Every fuckin fry was cold in my bag, and I didn't get any drinks, nor my honey mustard. Ordered a birthday cake from them. Came in and no one was prepared or knew how to take down the order. Specifically requested an Oreo cake. Showed up the morning of the party to pick up the cake and it was Reese's. Obviously we didn't have time for them to remake the cake. Had to stop and pick up an alternative dessert for children with peanut allergies. I understand that mistakes happen but really?! This place has very poor management and is highly disorganized. Traveling through, saw Dairy queen. Chose dairy queen over lots of other options. Bathroom disgusting, broke my fork trying to cut my biscuit, out of ice, out of hot dogs, out of marinara, out of Oreod, when she attempted to turn my blizzard upside down, it slotched out on her (because it had started melting!). My dad ordered a double burger, but they charged and served him a triple burger. What a mess! read more

It had been many years since I've actually walked into a DQ and sat down and had a full meal but tonight, upon the request of my big kid, we ate dinner at this DQ. I have to say it was great. The food was tasty, hot, and arrived quickly. We all had a chicken strip basket and it was far better than the chicken strips that I had recently at another local set-down restaurant and it was half the price! The place was exceptionally clean and all the folks who worked there were friendly. We will definitely be going back when we need a quick and easy dinner/lunch. read more

Stopped through here on the way back from Cincinnati. Obviously this isn't a truly five star restaurant experience, but for fast food it was excellent. Good selection of treats in the freezer, plus the hot food was cooked perfectly and blizzards were great. Would have given five stars if it was just a little cleaner - the eating area left a bit to be desired. Employees were very attentive and friendly though. Bathroom also was a little shady, it was so small you could barely get the door open. read more

The Blizzards are always mushy, unable to be completely "upside downed". On both my occasions of getting the Royal Brownie Rocky Road with Marshmellow, they have forgotten to add the Marshmellow and have been rude when I have asked for them to add it. The young girls at the register would rather flirt with their boyfriends who stand at the side of the counter eating their free Blizzards than wait on customers. And they always seem to be "out of" Orange Julius products. I'd rather go to Krogers for ice cream than eat at this DQ. read more
