They close their lobby whenever they feel like it. Came over at 5:45pm today and lobby is closed. Drove over here at 3:30pm before,and the lobby was closed. If the lobby isn't open 24 hours you should make that known. Been in the lobby before and it was dirty. Staff will yell and cuss not caring if children are around. This place needs to fire Douglas and his shift. I sat and watched them make errors on 4 orders in a row before mine. They messed up on mine too. It took about 40 mins to get my order after I already paid at kiosk. Manager wouldn't credit a mistake off of my charge I didn't want anymore gave me a fake phone number for GM and ran off into the back then out to his car to hide. On Friday, October 25, 2024 at about 3 PM, I found the dining area closed and the doors were locked. There was also a long, slow moving line of vehicles for the drive through window. This is not the first time I have found the dining area's doors locked with a sign on the door indicating it was closed, and each time in the mid-afternoon. This is the last time I ever visit the Littleton, NH Burger King. They aren't the only game in town. I am guessing they are going out of business. read more

Everytime I have come here in the past couple months, I have waited over 30 minutes after ordering food, even in the drive thru, there is no alternative. It is called "fast food" but it has never been fast for me, ever, and unfortunately the quality of the food you receive isn't much better either. read more

I went in with my family and I saw that they weren't taking order or so I thought, we waited 10 minutes for them to take our order, I ended up going up to them and asking if they were taking orders they just ignored me so me and my family left. I hate to leave bad reviews but this particular BK is absolutely terrible the food is always wrong and always cooked wrong in surprising ways and always tastes strange. NEVER trust store hours that get listed online for places like Burger King, McDs, Dunkin, Cumberland Farms, etc. because chances are very high the hours listed are wrong! Even the Burger King website has the hours listed incorrectly regarding the BK in Littleton. read more

Had the singularly most horrible visit. 30 minutes to receive our in store order. Burger missing most of its ingredients. Several other customers also were having in excess of 25 minutes wait and also getting food made wrong or missing altogether. Crew seemed completely focused on drive through orders (but several of those also coming inside due to missing items or items made wrong) and basically ignoring orders from front counter and kiosk. Saw one customer not being able to enter their name into kiosk to complete orders and crew manager shrugged and stated it was probably broken and walked off. Although many customers were receiving refunds, it was not readily offered, even to those with unacceptable wait times and wrongly made food. I don't stop here often, maybe once a month, but this is my last visit. Would rate negative stars if that were an option. A single star is being far too gracious for the service I and others received today. read more

Well this place has never really been at the top of my list for places to dine, however the family stops here on the 5hr ride from camp 3x a year because well it's pretty much the only place you can get in and out of and has parking for trailers etc. The waits are usually longer than normal but not terrible, well that all changed yesterday Sept. 2nd. We arrived per usual and it was a bit busier than normal, drive through line was full and few more cars in the lot than normal but we went in, where we saw a line of people angrily waiting with receipts who told us we might as well not bother as they had waited over a half hour for their food. We really didn't have any place to be so we stayed and boy am I glad we did. The crowd was mumbling and waiting at the counter for their number to be called, the suspense was that of a crowd waiting for the winning lotto number. "73" the cashier would yell and someone would say "they left because it took too long". The kitchen crew were so inept that I doubt Gordon Ramsey himself could have straightened them out. As they fumbled through the orders the clock reached 50 minutes of waiting. At this point one pair of customers had the audacity to ask for their money back, the counter staff were offended at this, but ultimately complied. Someone made a statement about the long wait and a kitchen staff member said it was "their fault for ordering there". People started chuckling about this rude outburst and the manager was reduced to tears, saying the customers were being rude for laughing - well what else could we do? At this point they should have shut it down, refunded and kicked everyone out because it was clear they were not capable of running this operation, however they did not, rude outbursts from the staff kept coming unprompted by the guests - many left after waiting. I myself was hoping for a WWE smackdown kind of fight between those at the counter and the staff, or at minimum a burger to be thrown, but sadly this never happened. I went to my vehicle and got my own drinks and brought them in at this point because we weren't even given our cups - so I was content sitting back and watching. Maybe I should give 5 stars for entertainment? The lack of professionalism was sub 3rd grade, and I have had better service at lemonade stands though so something just doesn't feel right about that. read more

I love burger king..but this one NEVER EVER AGAIN...The cashier..young with no manners..I ordered a orange ice in which their ice machine is in the lobby (self serve) I waited till my food was ready to put fix my icee and a fly came out dead into my cup...I didn't make a scene I quietly went to the counter in attempt to show the in mannerisms cashier and he was like ,what as if he didn't understand or see the fly..he gave me a new cup in which this time I go to fix Coke and I'm assuming the manager is who she was came out and was like, did it fly in your cup? I told her no it came out of the orange flavor...her response was that has never happened before...I told her right..I've never experienced that either..that was it..no apologies...just a dumbfounded look. Learn matters and that the customer who is spending their money is first priority the chicken nuggets were old and dry and it was maybe 7 long Fry's in the bag as a value fry..DO BETTER! read more
