My family and I had the worst experience EVER at this location this past Sunday, 2/22! We decided to eat in and entered the restaurant to find the employees hanging out in the dining area, talking loudly and using inappropriate language. For some strange reason, the young man who took our food order kept removing our drink cups from the dispenser and putting his fingers INSIDE them before handing them to us. Gross!! When the line behind us grew longer, the other employees hanging out in the dining area refused to get behind the counter to take orders. The employees began yelling and cussing loudly at each other, mad that they had to actually do some work. My husband had to tell the employees multiple times to watch their language because there were children present (we had our 9-year-old daughter with us). We were so disgusted by the employees' unprofessional and inappropriate behavior that we walked out of the restaurant mid-order. Whoever owns this location needs to hire better staff!! Last night's experience at this Burger King was absolutely horrendous. Our food was cold -- including the fries, jalapeño poppers, and burger (which was only lukewarm). When we politely asked for hot fries, the manager spoke to the employee with a nasty attitude right in front of us and told her to tell us to pull forward. Seeing how disrespectfully he treated his own staff made us uncomfortable, so we decided to ask for a refund instead. The manager refused to give us our money back and insisted he would only replace the fries, which we declined. Despite the food being cold and the service being unacceptable, he still refused a refund. I was forced to go inside and threaten to call the police just to get my money back. The entire experience was disgusting, disrespectful, distasteful, and completely unacceptable. Customer service was terrible, the food quality was awful, and the way the manager spoke to both employees and customers was shocking. Why be a manager if you don't know how to treat people? My fiancée and I came through the drive thru to get a quick hot meal. What we got in return was a manger yelling at his employee and told her to make us pull forward. Once we saw how upset and unprofessional he was, we stated that we didn't want the food and we wanted a refund. The manager said he wouldn't give us a refund at first until we came inside with the cold food and demanded a refund again. We finally got our refund. I highly don't recommend going here. Everything could improve and it wouldn't take much to improve it a lot. I will have to say it was probably the worst burger I have ever been served anywhere. I went through the drive-through so I was on up the road a couple of minutes before I even opened it to check my order. I had two cheeseburgers and they were like little hockey pucks hard as a rock cold as ice. I just wanted to say this business has incompetent management managing this place. The manager who was on duty today (Thursday June 6,2019) while I was dining inside of the store was on her cell phone standing at the place where the food is distributed while there was a customer standing there waiting for his order. I approached the cashiers who were present behind the counter and told them I was going to call GPS hospitality that's the company that runs this Burger King location, I requested the location number to this particular store which I was given I then requested the name of the supervisor who was on her phone and both of the employees were very hesitant on giving me her name. She had walked back into the back area of the store, as she came back I told her that's very unprofessional of her to be talking in her phone while there was a customer there waiting for his food her response was "I was on the phone with my boss!" I responded back by saying I'm calling your corporate office on you because it's very bad customer service for you to be on the phone regardless if your talking to your supervisor or not. She then proceeded to step outside before she stepped outside she said "I've dealt with you before, you called and cursed me out let me go let my boss know what happened". When she proceeded to come back inside she said "just so you know who called that way nothing will happen'" she was apparently still on the phone as she was entering into the store, as she stepped back behind the counter is when things deteriorated to the point where she threatened to call the police on me because we exchanged words and after the second time she threatened to call the police on me I walked outside of the store. I noticed as this woman the supervisor Yvonne or Yevette (I was so mad and frustrated I forgot her name because of how I was treated as paying customer because of her attitude and how unprofessional she was acting) whichever name she gave had a chip on her shoulder from the moment she walked into the door. I've spent countless amounts of money at this particular and frequent this place to buy food from and this is an accessible place by foot because I don't have any transportation at the moment and I have to walk by foot to places within walking distance! I can tell you that I WONT be stepping foot into this establishment again not until this particular supervisor is either fired or assigned to another store, her attitude and the way she talked too me was very unprofessional I'm a paying customer and deserve to be treated as such she has no customer service skills whatsoever!!!!!! read more

I posted this at BK site, just following per my promise. Per my receipt, my order was placed at 12:26. At 12:46 with great self control I placed my drink and receipt on the counter and walked out. I lost $8.00, you lost me. Another older fellow ordered coffee with his lunch, was already waiting when I got there. When his order arrived, he was informed there was no coffee. Guess I am the odd man, er, woman out here, but I like this Burger King just fine. The staff have always been pleasant to me and the service has been acceptable. On the few occasions when they have made a mistake, they have corrected it promptly and cheerfully. It is a burger joint, people. I don't go there for white tablecloth meals. FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY. FILTHY!!!!!!! We got three double whoppers (2 plain and one w/no mayo) on 10/13/17. Got home (should've checked the garbage thrown in the bag before leaving the drive-thru). All three burgers were not double and were crumbled pieces of what appeared to have once been a slab of burger - a single burger. The two what were supposed to be plain burgers were drowned in their cheap waxy half-melted imitation cheese and there were bits of hair and grit on the meat and buns. It looks as if the burgers were perhaps thrown on the floor then crumbled and thrown on a bun with melted cheese. When you have ghetto working in the restaurant, then you have ghetto food coming out of the restaurant. We're filing a formal written complaint with the health department first thing Monday morning. We took two photos, but are unable to post them on here. We would give it a negative zero rating, but we do not have that option on here. THIS RESTAURANT IS FILTHY AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FILTHY.
