I needed a quick meal and this was on the way to my next stop. It was just before 1pm. I went in the drive thru, I'm not sure if they are open in the restaurant because of the covid virus. I place my order and wait in line. As I'm waiting in line, the cars in front start to move and the car behind me beebs their horn. This is not a reflection of the restaurant but I hope it's not a reflection of the clientele. I've never stopped here before and hopefully this was an isolated occurrence. When I got to the window I sat for about a minute. I handed the women who was wearing her mask as a chin strap my credit card. She announced 'cash only! I'm going to interrupt this review with a social impairment. Since this whole world has been turned upside down, almost 100% of the time I've been asked to use my credit card. This is the only time since June of 2020 have I've been asked for cash. I happen to have some cash on me. I mentioned they should have that posted by where you order. The window closes and I hear some loud voices and a couple seconds later the same women with the mask as a chin strap says 'cash only. I hand over a bill get my change and when I look in the bag no dipping sauce. I asked if I can have sauce for the chicken fries. I get an eye roll...nice. I did order that with my food 10mins ago but OK! I'm sorry your highness has to stop whatever it is your doing and get me some sauce! Oh wait, your waiting on me... I get my dipping sauce, I say thank you and Merry Christmas. I get a hard stare and the window snaps shut. Well Merry Christmas to me! BYW- I had chicken fries with sweet and sour sauce. They were warm and flavorful. I'd get those again. And a Whopper Jr. it was cold and tasteless. I'd comeback for the chicken fries, that's about it I don't eat fast food a lot and say what you will about McDonalds. You always know what your getting at the Golden Arches. Horrible service. Could barely understand what the guy was saying while we were ordering in the drive through. He gave us the wrong drink 2 times. They forgot both of our kid's fries. Took WAY longer than it should have to get this fixed. I recommend never ever coming to this restaurant. Edit: The food tasted great - tasted hot and fresh. Went to breakfast Friday, the older gentleman serving us went above and beyond good service. Courteous and friendly. A good representative of Burger King. I do not find that alot anymore. read more

Went through the drive-in at the Burger King on Appleton ave in Menomonee Falls Wi. wanting to use my points incase they would expire ? When I ordered just the one sandwich using my points to pay for it, the Burger King employee told me that the order came to zero and I would have to buy something because you cannot have $0.00 for a sandwich even though I was redeeming points to cover the cost. The Mgr on duty did not step in and Cave Enterprises who owns this restaurant never followed through because I never heard a word since I complained to Cave Enterprises. After waiting 20 minutes for my food, I finally went up to the counter. They never made it. As I had a meeting to get to, I had to get a refund and leave. Not having lunch because BK employees screwed up is a reason to avoid this location. read more

Terrible. Today I sat in the fast food drive-through for at least 15 minutes before they can even take my order at the speaker. When I pull around there's no cars the food is delivered promptly but it is stone cold..And stale. It's the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Go up the street a few more intersections to Culver's or even across the street to McDonald's and I don't usually say that. The management at this Burger King really needs to do a better job. read more

Actual rating may vary. In this case less than 1 star applies. Drive thru line not overwhelming,BUT long enough that multiple cars started leaving. Sticking it out after 20 mins proved to be my last straw. Window person confirmed an order, not ours. Then another. Apparently listening is not a strong component. Interrupting twice to describe what we did order. I described our order. NOPE. She continued to blurt more wrong orders at which we started were through and also left. Running total of drive always. 5. It was 4 years ago since I tried to this latest "gem" in B.K.s crown. Won't make that mistake again. If I am under the correct heading, my complaint is about the employee at the restaurant when we ordered our food this morning November 6 at 8:15 AM. We were not greeted with a smile or a kind word. She stood as we tried to figure out what we wanted to order - just staring at us. When the order was complete, there was no thank you. No stars! 10:15 am and they no longer have any breakfast items! Supposedly because they are short of staff! I'd say they were just lazy, and taking advantage of the situation. The guy said I'd have wait 10 minutes for any lunch menu items. And they hadn't flipped the screen from breakfast to lunch, I betcha they can't until 10:30am. Since there were 2 customers before me that left, I wonder how long they have been giving that little speech. Well I'm sure Burger King doesn't need the customers. Worst location I have ever been to. I ordered my food through the app, and I still waited over 20 minutes in the drive through line. When I got to the window, they informed me they would just be packing it up and bring it out. Waited another 10 minutes. Nothing. Called into the location to cancel my order and was promptly hung up on. I got my refund, but the didn't stop me from being furious. Holy smokes what AWEFUL service. Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes (only had total 4 cars In line including ours) employees were horsing around more than working. Two different people tried taking order- should have been first indicator they were incompetent. We finally got tired of waiting and literally drove across the grass to get around car at window and out of line because we were tired of waiting. Could not believe only 3 cars in front of us and in a 20 minute timeframe they only served two cars their order. Will never go back here read more

I hope this location gets better; I heard from 4 people recently that they all had horrible experiences at the new location that just opened up less than 2months ago. All the food should be fresh to order & if any food that have been sitting out too should be thrown away immediately. I was excited when this location opened down the street from our house but now I will think twice about coming to this restaurant. I only ordered something small before 3p on Friday & my experience was decent. It's just disappointing hearing such bad experience's from other customer's a such a new location. Went thru the drive-thru, and ordered two Bacon King burgers. The person taking my order over the intercom said "Big King?" I said "No, Bacon King", which he replied "Gotcha Bacon King". I should have known better, got 3/4 of the way home... opened one up and it was a Big King burger. Wasn't worth the time to turn around and go back. Order accuracy needs to improve. read more

I took my son here after soccer once, and I'm never coming back. This place is the epitome of awful. Worse than any place I have ever been in my life. I was hoping to go through the drive-thru and get my meal quickly, but the drive-thru was closed. So do you not have people doing their job? I pray that the drive thru was just closed due to a malfunction or something mostly out of anyone's hands. Outside, I noticed men getting changed into they're Burger King work clothes, which to me, showed that the people working here are unprepared for service. Avoid this location at all cost and spend your money at another location. I've gone to this location many times and the service is extremely slow and it always seems like there's only ever 2 or 3 employees working. The lines inside and drive through are always backed up. Almost every time I've been there it takes 20 minutes to get a slushy. Unacceptable. People are walking out left and right because there sick of waiting. Hire more people or this location does't belong being open if they can't meet the need of their paying customers. Period. DO BETTER. Burger King please bring back the Strawberry Lemonade slushy. It definitely was the best selling slushy and the coke slushy is disgusting. read more

This location has just opened up. The inside was nice and clean. The food was on point for Burger King. The dinning area is a little loud due to the open ceiling. Most of the staff was friendly and professional minus a few slackers, who should learn what is appropriate to talk about with customers around and that the open ceiling carries the sound to the dinning area. With all this, I will review this post in a couple months to give them time to find their trouve and see how things change. read more

We waited in line for literally 20 minutes and we had maybe three cars ahead of us. When we ordered at the drive thru, the woman was incredibly rude. Then when we got our food and drinks, we orders 2 Dr. Peppers and we only got one, and when we insisted that we ordered 2, the woman fought us and said we only ordered one. It started with the ranch, and how it wasn't in my bag. I could have accepted that, it was an honest mistake. It only got worse from there, within the first 3 fries I ate there was a hair on it, absolutely disgusting. my jalapeño bites were way overcooked to the point of almost being not edible. I didn't have ranch to dip my chicken nuggies in. then we got to the sandwiches. munching with virus. wife tripped over vinyl social decal that had been lifted and reattached so much, it looked road kill. then met with female counter person, wearing mask under her nose. while waiting for our order, a male food prepped covered in flour, I assume, walks through and out employee door. meanwhile our food is handed to me on a tray that stuck to my hand, like Spider-man to a wall. no way this had seen a sink or dishwasher in days. leaving the soda and crumb encrust table to was my hands, i see "flour" hand prints on the outside of a disgusting men's room door. Oddly there were also flour handprints on the outside of the women's bathroom door. exiting after washing my hands, greeting me on the inside of the mens room door, yes you guessed it, more flour hand prints. once through door, yes one final time, two more floured hand prints, entering back into work area on the employee door.
