Don't come to the drive through here unless you enjoy waiting 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Short staffed or not, this is unconscionable.

Employees are in dirty clothes,smell bad and look sloppy. Place reaks of weed. Food is always in front of open drive window. Large blonde is always gossiping and ignores waiting customers. Her opion on how bad the g.m is not something to tell customers. Wednesday is the best day to visit this location for fast service and hot food. The only plus is she gives us free ice cream cones for our dogs. The other location says the owner doesn't approve of this. read more

SO first of all we are staying here for five days. We used the drive through. I am giving them 2 stars because the woman working the walk up counter was also doing the drive through. It was 9 PM. Not many people either place. She was just rude. I asked for a caramel sundae. I wasn't trying to insult her just ordering a caramel sundae. She told me WE have NO such thing. I only have CHOCOLATE. OH NO!!! I asked if she was able to make a plain vanilla cup of vanilla ice cream!!! She could do that. NO chocolate??? No. No chocolate. Where I live we are spoiled. We have chocolate strawberry and CARAMEL. I was afraid to order a double cheeseburger but did. $4.98 for those 2 items. She didn't have cherry frosties!!!! I haven't had a whopper in several years and remembered it being a great hamburger. Sadly, my memory has gone or the whopper's flavor has. The lettuce and tomato tasted fresh but the meat... dry, no flavor and not even warm. The service was a little slow too, as my whopper sat in the warming tray for several minutes. We were the only ones there but the drive thru had some cars so maybe that's why. The service was quite friendly and upbeat though, and the restaurant was clean. read more

This Burger King called to have our car towed from their lot immediately after we parked there, according to the tow company. Our car was 1 of 5 in their lot that holds approx. 40 cars. Yes, we were going tubing on the river. No, we did not see the tow sign, which is very small. We were going to get food here after tubing, as my son loves burgers. So, we would have been customers, except for our car being towed. We know several people that work at the Dairy Queens in Missoula, and they would never have anyone towed, even though they have smaller parking lots. Also, Dairy Queen has much better food (& ice cream) than Burger King. Based on the other reviews here, you get bad food, slow horrible service and sodas that are not made correctly at this particular Burger King. Go for the Queen over the King! read more

This facility gave me the worst experience I have ever had in a Burger King. My family and I are on our way through missoula and needed some breakfast. The menu changed at 11 and we were here at 10:45, they didn't give us a lunch menu and did not let us order from the breakfast order. Very few workers are wearing masks. My boyfriend and I have started reviewing every place we go, because everyone nowdays are mean, rude or officious. Now we will blow you up on Yelp. Which brings me to yesterdays morning breakfast. We decided to try this Burger King because we were on this side of town. We should have used our blues clues seeing there was nobody in the drive through. Now we know why. First off, after we made the order and paid, we were told to drive around to the front door and wait for our food. Wait we did. We waited for ten minutes. Thank god we smoke weed, so we packed a bowl and chilled. The kid running the food was the only positive attribute to this Burger King in general. The kid had an amiable energy and vibe.....however, we did just pack a bowl. Kim Jong Un could have brought me my food and i would have said the sam thing. Although, my visceral sense tells me the kid was cool so I will go with that. Anyhow, we cruise over across town to a place we can kick it and eat and look at what happened......they forgot our hashbrowns. Both orders. We also ordered 3 frech toast sticks, which were barely cooked. I could have said the junior burritos were o.k, although my boyfriend and I had a little bit of a Motezumas Revenge, although Burger King was the culprit who made myboyfriend and I stuck in the bathroom all afternoon. This gets worse. I had my boyfriend call about our missing hashbrowns and to hook us up for the damages we did to Town Pumps bathroom hence our projectile diarrhea. Absolutely deplorable. An embarrassing excuse for a Burger King. And it's not even the food's fault! I'm sick to death of walking in, having NO ONE at the counter (they're all in the back chatting or doing something not productive) and when we finally do get served they look like we interrupted their social time and they are incredibly rude and rushed. These are the laziest excuses for employees I have ever seen. And I work in fast food so this is just unacceptable. My fiance and I absolutely refuse to step foot into this restaurant. Which is a shame because we love the fries and chicken fries. Terrible location. Terrible employees. It should be noted we always have gone in the afternoon. The one time we went to this location in the early afternoon before a road trip we actually had good service. So morning crew, you saved the only integrity this location has to offer. You're literally the only reason I feel comfortable giving a single star rather than none (which sadly is not an option.) --- Unrelated to my review but the public SHOULD KNOW about this: Recently there was a story about a girl who's food got spit on AT THIS LOCATION because an employee had a beef with her. Do not go to this location. I live around the corner from it and work across the street and every couple or months or so I convinced myself to try out this Burger King again and I regret it every time. Every time my food is either wrong or something is missing and I have to turn back. And today the dude working wasn't even courteous like "sorry about that have a good day". He literally said nothing. He looked at me, checked out another person, and then gave me my food without a word. Also when he took my card in the drive through he pulled his phone out for a full minute before swiping my card. That's a serious liability given that he got have easily taken a photo of my card info. Also, everyone I know who has been to this location has gotten food poisoning at least once. My coworkers and I have all shared stories of vomiting for at least an hour after eating here. Also, I've worked in fast food and I'm pretty sure these people let their food sit out too long. It's always dry or crusty around the edges like it's been sitting in a hot plate long past its due. Corporate needs to gut this place. I came here for The Jalepeno bite things because I'm disgusting and it's the only thing I could think of to cure my "headache". I went through the drive through, unfortunately. *the lights!* only made the headache worse but I'm not complaining. I figured when the dude asked me what I wanted that I should probably just get some extra food so I don't end up coming back again in 30 minutes. I reply, "thanks, you too" and peal outta there without checking the bag... and of course, I'm sure you know where this is going. I have never been to a more chaotic restaurant in my life. Not only did I have to wait 20 minutes to order, but my order was totally wrong and cold. But the thing that got me was the way the General Manager Suzanne was yelling and treating her employees. She treated them as if they could do no right. And , what GM goes around crying the whole time she is in the presence of customers. I ask to speak with her and she sent a Manager in training to talk with me.
