This place was, at one time, pretty decent. What happened to them over the last year is baffling! Drive-thru line takes up to 10 minutes to get someone to take your order, verify it and then pay. The dining room is totally empty and you have to pull up to the parking lot and wait another 10 minutes. Never a guarantee that everything you ordered is in the bag. They never give you too much of something but most usually, not everything you paid for. Bottom line, way too slow, too lazy and not paying attention to what they have been pretty decent in for so many years and that is us, the patrons. They are so slow to answer at the drive through every single time I go there. They take legit 10 minutes just to take someone's order and another 20 minutes to get you your food. They also forgot my drink and one of the fries I ordered. I witnessed a man being turned away from the restroom and had the cops called on him for simply using the bathroom. Other white customers used the restroom and were not bothered, but this man was singled out by a manager and could not give a good reason as to why he couldn't use the restroom. Went through the Drive through to use a gift card and was met with a very rude and apathetic employee. After swiping the card twice they gave me attitude as they told me "I tried it 3 times and you didn't activate the card. It doesn't work." The manager was called over and they said we needed to call the number on the card. Called the number and the call dropped. Went inside to con front the staff again. They said they could try to charge the gift card again and it went through. Left after having already paid for the food and had money deducted from the gift card. read more

Been here before during the pandemic. I love their fries, as they seem to taste less salty than mcdonalds. Haven't been in person in a while though. Ordered out here from Uber Eats on 7/4/2023 because i wanted a milkshake. Thurstan, August 6, my wife I stopped at the Burger King , Rt 17, Monroe,, NY on our way to Ulster County. We had bought snacks for the road past times also. I had to use the Men's Room. It is not well laid out, no urinal, no partitions, so the onr toilet is staring you in the face. On entering I flipped the door lo\csk, or I thought I did. As I was Using the Urinal/toilet some one opened the door, , which i had thought I had locked, and quickly closed it. Washed and blow dried I opened the door and was immediately confronted by a rude, loud mouth, fat, swarthy individual in a Burger King shirt who yelled at me and abused me verbally in Spanglish. As I am 85 years old I wondered if he would have exercise his wrath at a younger man.He proceeded to bellow at me in Spanglish trying to show me the "right" way to lock their door. I have not been abused so thoroughly since my D.I. did it at Fort Knox, but he spoke English and was yelling at the whole platoon. This Franchise seems to employ only non-English speakers. This particularly fellow is trouble. The Monroe Building Department should check the specs on this place. We have bought their fast food previously, and it is the same fast food you find everywhere. The food consistency stays the same, nothing is microwaved and the service is fine. I'll continue to stop here and hopefully the food continues to be served as it should. I don't trust either Burger King in Monroe, NY, nor DoorDash anywhere in the country (the USA) or Burger King, as I view them as greedy and exploitative thieves !! If Covid has taught me one huge lesson about restaurants, it is to avoid DoorDash and chain restaurants... After the virus, we'll splurge in person at high end venues. The current DoorDash service and prices are egregious, exploiting restaurants (they charge them 30% of the charge to customers.... !!). Take that in. Then DoorDash robs delivery personnel as "independent contractors" to save DoorDash from paying a decent wage and being a responsible employer. Further, even to monthly subscriber clients, DoorDash charges a supplemental fee and a very shady tipping process where deliverers, "Dashers" are not truly compensated a living wage as you expect as a customer... Yes, DoorDash uses the extra fees they charge you against Dashers to compensate them less. The more of a decent tip you give, the less likely the Dasher receives your full tip. Speak to your Dashers on building rapport, and you'll understand. In the meantime, shame on Burger King for agreeing to this exploitative practice, sending no food, yet charging a fee all the same !!! I was charged $6.53 for a no delivery DoorDash service from Burger King in Monroe, NY. The DoorDash thievery has become beyond offensive. My fellow Americans, no one should go to Burger King in Monroe, New York. It's obvious by now that they're intentionally screwing up orders, even mobile orders, the store is a joke. Burger with cheese and ketchup, came with mayo and lettuce. I, stupidly have gone to them in time of need, and it's more likely than not that the often missing and incorrect items are intentional. The dude today had a very creepy smile when he brought my bag. They have you 'pull around' to the handicapped spots where most people don't want to stay parked in for long, and are then less likely to check their food. Maybe I'm incorrect, imagining things, or something; but people can be very petty, especially now a days. It's obviously a store with incompetent or malignant management. The franchise owner must be totally hands off, the place is filthy. Watch for spit in the burgers. I would have given a zero but I'm not able to. we went on the drive through line. there was one car in front of us and we waited about 5 minutes before we heard the woman in the car say hello. the girl over the speaker said "hi" and nothing else. we didn't want to continue to wait on what seemed like a too long long line for mediocre food so we went in. I was happy to hear that they had a grilled chicken sandwich because I hadn't seen it on the menu. after another 10 minutes of hearing the staff fool around, "bro", "I got you", and all around unprofessional banter, we got our food. we got into the car and I opened my sandwich. it was fried chicken. I went back in to make a swap to grilled. I waited for the employee who was scooping fries with his bare hands to be done and I asked if I can have the grilled since that's what I ordered with the girl at the register. he said they don't have grilled. as a district manager of a major retailer I find this service completely unacceptable. You should probably consider actually interviewing your employees and making sure that they're able to hold a conversation before you hire them. side note: no soap in the rest rooms and flies everywhere read more

I never do this review thing, but unfortunately I feel compelled to as it's been 4 horrendous experiences in a row. I'd give zero if I could. I will just leave the last one here. It's late at night, maybe close to midnight coming home from work and this is really the only option at that hour and it's open till 1am. No cars in sight so I figure it will be pretty quick. I sat as the only car at the drive thru about 5 minutes with nothing from the intercom and figure maybe I got the hours wrong. I drive around to the front door and the drive thru hours confirm 1am. So I drive back to the intercom and sit there for another couple of minutes straight. At this point I'm pretty frustrated and decide to go but right as I put the car in drive I hear the scream.."MAY I HELP YOU!". I respond as courteous as I can "Hi how are you" to which I got a "what can I get you?" I give may very basic order Medium #1 w/ cheese, please. At this point I'm purposefully using manners to see what response I get. The response to that was "DRINK". Starting to fume a little I replied "coke...". the voice then said "drive up". I don't recall the woman saying anything upon opening the window. I gave her my card to swipe which she did and I immediately saw her place the card on the counter and walk away. At this point I'm pretty alert and assuming anything that can go wrong will. She comes back hands me my order and I got the most courtesy of the night..a very dry and annoyed "have a nice night" out the side of her mouth without even looking at me. *closes window and walks away*. I can still see my card inside. I wait another couple minutes and try to wave her down from outside. Eventually she saw me and I told her I need my card. No apology just handed it to me and I finally drove away after arriving 20 minutes earlier. Of course that wasn't all. I finally got home and the order I've made for the last 15 years of my life was wrong. Slightly..but nonetheless wrong...no cheese on my whopper with cheese. The burger itself was dry and cold which has been consistant every time I go just to this particular BK. BK is my absolute favorite fast food for burgers my whole life. This is the only one even close to me and unfortunately I'll never go back again. I'm a huge BK advocate and unfortunately this one needs to either hire new ppl or just close altogether. Every facet of service at this franchise is complete crap and obviously they don't care. The most important things to me in fast food is customer service, speed, and taste. All three of these things here is horrendous and if that's how they treat customers they simply don't deserve to stay in business. read more

The service used to be fairly dismal; unenthusiastic workers, inconsistent menus, and overall a bit of a dull environment. However, there have been many renovations to this business over the years. They have updated their menu, found hardworking, excellent staff, and started to dominate the industry game. Every time I can, I try to stop by for some of their TASTY mozzarella sticks. They're very good. My only complaint is the pricing. It costs a bit too much for just a soda (anywhere between 3-5 dollars), and certain parts of the menu in general are a bit pricier than they should be. Overall, though, this restaurant is nice, and because it is situated right near the infamous Airplane Park and Wally's, one can always go for a walk, or stop for ice cream after they have been to Burger King for a pick-me-up. read more

I went tonight and ordered 4 burgers ,an order of fries and chicken fries and as I pulled out of the drive through I noticed two burgers were missing and went inside and watched as the staff grabbed the burgers that were sitting there and put them in my bag. They NEVER get any order correct and I only go there as a last resort but today was it. Every visit has been an issue with missing food or the order is just incorrect. The consistent mistakes are ridiculous and it's obvious that no one cares. read more

I really wish this Burger King was better. They redid the decor on the inside, and it looks really nice, I just think it's poorly operated. I asked the counter person what comes on a whopper and he couldn't tell me. He didn't even know how to find out. The food wasn't served hot and it wasn't really tasty. The tables weren't clean even though it wasn't crowded. The roll of toilet paper in the ladies room was just left on top of the toilet and wasn't placed in the holder.
