As always, he was professional, friendly, and ready to help with a smile. The difference in service between him and his team is honestly night and day. He consistently goes above and beyond, and his staff could definitely learn a thing or two about customer service from him. It's disappointing that the frontline experience doesn't reflect the same standard he clearly holds. This location is always clean however, double check your orders they can't seem to get the order right.
