We get delivery to the office and it sucks. Wrong food brought in. Can't find the front door and we are on the first floor. Nobody checks the order before it comes out. Leave the drinks in the car and we have to call to ask them to come back. Driver now going back to the store to complete my order. The guy they sent COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR!! Of course everyone here is perfect! The line moves fast even though they have the longest line in the food court. In they do it all with being so pleasant. Of course I was here to get the watermelon mint lemonade. I asked the cashier to put no more than five cubes of ice in my cup and started laughing and said.. I do the same exact thing. I am so amazed at the customer service this franchise provides. A group of six of us were eating lunch and one of us had ordered a meal from Chick-Fil-A. The manager of Chick-Fil-A approached my friend and asked him if he enjoyed his meal and if he could refresh my friends drink. We were all shocked. My friend agreed he could go for a refill, so the manager said "It would be my pleasure." and grabbed the empty cup and refilled it. When he returned we all told the manager how amazed we were as we had NEVER seen any manager work like that for any fast food franchise. I told the manager that his customer service style really made me want to eat at Chick-Fil-A and give it a try for the first time. The manager then offered me a coupon for a complimentary chicken sandwich. WOW. He was just racking up points with me!! I redeemed my coupon today for the sandwich. I had a taste and it blew me away. The food is delicious and I received my order 10 seconds after I had ordered it. Fast service and great tasting food with outstanding customer service. I think more businesses could learn a thing or two from Chick-Fil-A!!! read more

Three stars is a solid rating in my book. Fast. Friendly. Convenient. They have their stuff together even if the car line stretches around the building. Can't go wrong with anything on their menu. It's tasty. Only reason I don't give out higher ratings it's because it's fast food and it's a franchise. Is it better than other franchises like KFC or MacDonalds? Yes. But I refuse to eat at those places. So, I like chick fil a. I'll happily eat there when I'm in a hurry and starving. You can tell Chick-Fil-A is legit solely based on the fact that it's the only joint at the food court that has lines. This is also the most convenient and easy to access Chick-Fil-A location within the Baltimore beltway. Those who are patrons of Chick-Fil-A already know that the stuff this place serves is the bomb. But to place orders with staff that are super friendly and accommodating is what pushes a regular fast food chain to a highly enjoyable, quality chicken-serving, fast food chain with a mission. read more

What an amazing experience at Chickfila today. The staff was happy and cheerful. My kids meal was hot. It wasn't even ten minutes after I sat down the lovely young lady asked me if I wanted a refill or any more sauces. Awesome chick fil a!!! Every time I come here for lunch the lines are somewhat long! I have never came and not stood in line. They are very organized about it though and you don't wait very long at all!!! The staff addresses you by your name! They ask if you would like sauces when placing the order. They are just very pleasant employees! The food is always fresh and hot! I have eaten here sadly over 50 times and never once had a single thing wrong with my order! The lines get obnoxiously long and actually wrap around the food court at times. This is the only place that needs stanchions to manage the amount of people waiting - and it's a franchise. The line moves extremely quickly and the employees are efficient and friendly. The food is priced the same and as good as you're used to at non-mall locations (not always true of other franchises). It would be nice to have another food court choice in the mall because you can get CFA anywhere, but there isn't much if anything else that will deliver quality consistently like this place does. read more

I filed a report with the 800 number detailing my poor experience at this location on 1/23/19 and no one from this location even bothered to follow up with me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering how poorly run this location is. I also was supposed to be issued a refund from a December transaction that went through twice and this restaurant refuses to issue it for unknown reasons. Chic-fil-A will never receive business from me again and the franchise has this particular location to thank for that. read more

Located in a food court at the Towson Town Center Mall, but this location was the best Chick-Fil-A I ever went to. They actually came to table with wet naps and asked us how our meal was and if they could get us anything. In a stand alone store, no big deal, but in a crowded food court, this was above and beyond expectations. Food was good, and came out fast. Most condiments, napkins, etc. are located in front of the counter so you can help yourself without waiting to ask an employee. read more

I had experiences similar to another reviewer. Twice I went with a work group to the mall food court that houses this Chick-fil-A franchise. Both times the Chick-Fil-A manager approached our table. Both times only one or two people in our party had actually gotten Chick-Fil-A for lunch. The first time the manager offered to clear everyone's trash and trays. The second time he gave us all coupons for a free sandwich. The guy was actually trying to earn our business, and it blew me away. Give Chick-Fil-A a try because the food is good and they seem to really care about running a good business. read more

Located in Towson Mall, can get really busy at times so it can be a wait. However, they make good solid chicken sandwiches that taste good. Really, this is food that's difficult to screw up and its very simple. I do love the spicy chicken sandwiches though, always steaming hot in temperature right off the line, and a nice peppery spice blend that gives you a good burn. Not really a fan of the waffle fries, kind of bland tasting and kind of rubbery. I'm very picky about my fries. In the end its good cheap eats, you get what you pay for. read more

I can't give it lower than 4 stars because Chick-Fil-A is basically my favorite thing in the whole world; however, this is not my favorite location. The chicken did not seem as high quality i.e. did not have enough breading. It was still tasty but not up to par necessarily. Let me start by saying that I'm a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A, but the Chick-Fil-A in the Towson Town Centre is by far one of the best I've been too. We all know that the food is good, especially the waffle fries. Let's be honest if there were a value meal that just offered the fries with a side order of fries I would get it 9 out of 10 times. I'm convinced they sprinkle crack into the fryer before they fry these delicious morsels of heaven, that's how addicted I've become to them. On every occasion to this mall food court, the manager comes out from behind the counter, which seems to be some kind of uncrossable boundary for most food court restaurants, and asks how my meal is and if he can get me anything else. I remember going to Bobby Flay Steak in the Borgata and dropping $500 dollars for dinner for 2 of us and not receiving as good as service as I did for my $7 dollar value meal in a food court.
