This is my neighborhood Chick-Fil-A. There's always a long line wrapped around the building, but never a long wait! Food is always correct and delicious. I usually don't make a review for a fast food restaurant unless it wasn't very pleasant and needed to be addressed. However, this CFA needed to be mentioned just because it's an awesome establishment that never seems to disappoint. I treated myself to the seasonal peach shake and it was magic in my mouth! First time trying this branch. Been to plenty of CFA joints in the county. This was pretty bad. Curbside order was messed up and didn't come out, so I had to go in to pick it up. Tiniest portions in ice cream cup for kids that I have seen anywhere. Sauce cups crammed on top my fries, which is a huge sanitation issue and is a no no. Also, my large fries was half full and fries were all soggy because they were under a mound of sauce cups. All of this could have been easily avoided by putting sauces separately from food/fries in the plastic bag it came with. I'm very upset with this location! Not only do I spend alot of money here with bringing kids after games and also eating there myself, but this is the second time that my son has walked home from after school sports with his friend and went to eat at 6 -7 o'clock at night and was kicked out in the middle of sitting at the table quietly with his friend eating ! and my son just bought an ice cream for the customer behind him they weren't making any commotion nothing ! They are respectful kids and they were in the middle of their meal and the manager came up and kicked them out and there has also been problems with a guy multiple times that had been working there for good while I don't know his name he always wears a mask though and cleans and does the trash and He is very rude to the kids when they're in there and I understand after school but once again, it happened tonight after they're already sitting at the table halfway through their meal like everyone else and they come up to them and kick them out . I have a video of two other tables with kids sitting there that are goofing off and loud , and they were not thrown out. This is not the first time, and my child buys an ice cream for a customer in there that was behind him, This is clearly discrimination And has really opened my eyes up about this restaurant and the employees there. We had a field trip with 125 students. I called and Wendy was top tier. She was able to give us a veggie option for our students. She communicated the whole way through. We arrived and she provided everything we needed. Food was still hot. This was the most seamless and easiest food transaction ever. 125 meals packaged and still hot! Every student enjoyed their meal. Repeatedly I have come to this Chick-fil-A and my order has been wrong. My husband and I have had to walk back to get our orders switched because they forgot something on multiple occasions. Today, my family was in the drive-thru and our bag was given to another customer. The lady at the drive-thru tried to give us the same bag, which had been in the other persons car for 5 minutes and that their hands had been on. We asked if it could be re-bagged. After waiting a bit, the lady at the window gave our bag to the car behind us (which they also had for a few minutes after looking through it). That car gave the bag back and we ended up just taking it. We then opened the bag and it looked like our sandwiches and nugget box had been smashed- they were completely flat. This is the worst chick-fil-a in Maryland. They either forget items or give you an incorrect order. They never help move the lines swiftly and the customer service is poor. I took my 4 count mini back because the lazy workers didn't even put the chicken on the rolls, but put 4 nuggets in the box and put the bread on top. Come on now how lazy is that. I love Chick-fil-A. The food is always consistent. The drive thru service however is not. My last 3 orders have been messed up. Missing a drink on one, missing ranch dressing on the second order and this morning missing my hash browns. I know I should double check my order but since I place my orders thru the Chick-fil-A app, you would think they could just get it right. It's gotten to the point I'm talking to Roger, one of the managers. Btw, when you call up and ask for a manager, everyone saids they are a manager. I pull up 5 mins after close and spoke to the a very unhelpful manager named Shawneez, she has seemed to forget that customer service and satisfaction are number one priorities. They would not correct their mistake, and make me another. They also would only give me a refund for the sandwich not the entire meal because I didn't have my drink and fries. I try to avoid this chick fila because it continuously disappoints, but I didn't have a choice tonight. They did get my order right tonight, but the whole experience was blah. The young man waiting on my at the counter walked away and never came back. A girl had to finish ringing me up. While my son and I ate our food we watched most of the workers just hanging out while people waited for what seemed like longer than usual to get their food. I watched one worker drink a milkshake and another drink in the 25 minutes or so we were there. This same worker had a friend hanging out and just taking up a booth. The only pleasant part of the visit was the older Asian woman who helped me get a refill and get the treat for my son's kid's meal. She was very helpful. As I sat back and watched tonight I realized why I was bothered. This location seems to be run by kids. There are no adults or older managers/leaders. Really??? I ask how am I suppose to order with no menu, she says "I'll get you a menu". She comes out of the store and brings a paper menu. I order then when I get to the drive thru with the 6 people at the window one of which was outside, I ask the question "why couldn't I order from the menu board? Again I was told about messing up the rotation. Then I was told about no paper menus due to COVID!! That's not true here because I was given a paper menu. When I asked to get the corporate store number and the manager name someone appeared at the window very rudely very disrespectful and did not engage with the conversation instead she says oh she's mad because of what? I'll be calling Chik Fila's corporate office because I've never heard of a single complaint ever about Chik Fila. I kindly asked for my money back and purchased my meal elsewhere. read more

Bad! Curbside pick up order took 15 min to come to the car and it was all wrong. I have never experienced such bad quality food from a Chick-fil-A. the nuggets were gritty full of bloody veins and just nasty chunks of chicken. it was also lacking the normal amount of breading you would normally find. we ordered two kids meals with ice cream only one ice cream appeared. All the food was cold. The person delivering the food to the vehicle had multiple people's orders at the same time going from car to car. One of beverages did not have a lid on it. When we ask for a lid we were looked at like we were crazy. Eventually he went in and got a lid. I contacted corporate Chick-fil-A and the local restaurant was supposed to get back to me within three business days they failed to do that. I hope whoever the owner operator is of this restaurant has the franchise taken away from them because brand standards are being ignored the staff also are not what you would expect in a Chick-fil-A. read more

The service and food I received at this location was atrocious. I called and tried to speak to the manager. I called and spoke to customer service. No one has addressed any of my concerns. I placed a mobile order and when I got to the store, none of the employees would even take a moment to greet me, let alone help me by grabbing my order. After 10 plus minutes of trying to get someone to help me, food was dropped in a bag on the counter and the employee walked away. The food was inedible - chicken nuggets cold and fries burnt to a crisp. No one would come back over to help me. I left to get back to work. I called the store and was told a manager would call me back. Never heard anything. I called customer service and was told someone would call me back. Never heard anything.
