I love the chicken fries so much they are my favorite. I'm not a burger girl but I want one the whoppers are real good and they make it how you want it unless someone in the back messes it up. I've been there many times and it's only gone wrong maybe 3 times. I would say the service is a 6 out of 10 , cause it would be nice if there would be a smile when you get greeted. Serves it purpose. I try to not eat fast food but every once in a while I get a craving for the Impossible Whopper and fries (I am mostly vegetarian, I am aware that they may cook them on the same surface as the meat). I enjoyed one the other day and service was pretty quick ( a few minutes wait). I had to get back to work and the atmosphere there isn't the greatest to I enjoyed it at home, it was pretty tasty. Next time I will ask them if they can prepare it in a vegetarian manner (too bad they just don't offer) and maybe skip the fries. Worst customer service I've encountered. Ordered something on my app with t-mobile offer. There was a payment error so the order didn't go through. I showed up at the store, explained what happened and showed the person taking the order the coupon code. First she said it was only for 4/9 - she's wrong it's good until 4/9. Then she said she couldn't accept because it was only valid for mobile orders. I asked if I could speak to a manager. She said she was the manager and that it was a problem with that app and they have nothing to do with that! I asked if she could honor the promotion. She proceeded to walk inside the kitchen which I assumed she was trying to see how to do this. 10 mins later when she didn't reappear I asked where she went. She basically just left without trying to resolve the issue and again walked away, leaving her staff with a frustrated customer. Her name is Edith (sp?). I will never set foot in this location again. This is the Burger King of shame. Everyone, including myself seems to wind up here when they are desperate. When you arrive, you will find that this Burger King does not participate in many of the promotional deals that other ones have. Yes, it's fast food but the burgers are always slopped together and off-temperature. There's no drive through, no soda fountain, and the staff could care less. On the positive side, there is a kids play area, and it is in a good location. Its kept fairly clean, and the condiments are always stocked. This Burger King changed my life. The quality of meat my friend received at this establishment was enough for me to go against my devout veganism and try a burger, and boy was it worth it. First impression. Huge Birger king and it has the play ground for the kids whiCh is always a plus . The store is big and clean , lots of seats and booths which is good . It's not overly crowded which I prefer so that's all great . The cashier was nice and friendly, she took our order accordingly and all the food came out fine and nothing was messed up which is a huge plus . The bad part is after I had my food my tummy started hurting instantly. I eat fast food pretty often and that rarely happens to me , funny enough my husband and son both said they were having the same issues . It's kinda of a turn off and doesn't really make me want to go back especially with my 2 children to eat there after feeling ill afterwards. Maybe it was unrelated but I doubt 3 people felt the same effects instantly after eating there . A major disappointment! I visited this place on Sept 3. I was taken aback by the lack of cleanness Of tables and the restrooms were a disgrace. IThe food itself was ok as these places go but lack of free refills on beverages while all other Burger Kings offer it was a turn off. When I asked at counter I was told due to covid can't refill cups (no outside of counter beverage station). So they can't give one another cup or at least charge a nominal amout for another? So pay their inflated prices for a weak Coke with ample ice! Judging by how busy this place was guess they don't care, no one complained. Being the only BK for miles probably helps them. I used to live in Port and remember when it opened. Was usually busy with the locals and the high school kids. Now, that I live out of town, I stopped off on my way to the nearby Stop & Shop. Oh how it's changed. Was there a couple of months ago, and don't recall it being this way. Men's room lock was stuck/broken. So my kids used the women's room. Food is atypical BK although the Whopper Jr looked to be a bit smaller than the other locations. Boys wanted to go on the playground. Boy did it stink out there. Plus, what is with all the little flies buzzing around while you eat. We were there for maybe 10/15 mins and left. Not rushing back there, unless we're in the area, and the boys are hungry. In this case, I always have a very pleasurable experience when I come to this particular Burger King, and today something unexpected happened... Well to start, I'm a Direct Support 1:1 Life Skills Coach for Autistic young men. Once a week, before I take my client to his job, he usually gets treated to Burger King. Every time I'm here, the General Manager, who looks no older than 23, is always so pleasant. His name is Frank. He always has a smile on his face that lights up the entire fast food joint , and he's extremely kind. This means a lot to me as I've had plenty of run ins where people are rude and disrespectful because their so ignorant to Autism. Aside from these nasty people, plenty of cashiers and associates of various establishments will also turn the other way to avoid us, or avoid the guys I work with- this is not the case here. All the workers look genuinely happy. Everyone seems to be having a good while still remaining professional. Today I came here and was ordering food for my client. I was looking at the Cinnabuns and made a comment to my friend about how delicious they looked. Frank made a joke about how he works around this food all day and gets it whenever he wants . He asked if we were going to order any Cinnabuns and I'm like "oh gosh no... not with those calories" ! My friend and I pick up the boys' food and sit with them as they scarf down their lunch. After a few minutes Frank comes over to us with two Cinnabuns, drops them on the table, and says "I figured you guys would enjoy these". I was in awe! Some of you might be thinking "why...just over some $2 Cinnabuns" ? ....because it has become so rare that people will do small, meaningful, and nice gestures for others. When I witness something like this, especially first hand, it really makes me feel good to know that their are still a few of us left. Seems to have not received a pre scheduled pick up order placed on Grubhub so spent 20 minutes attempting to rectify with Grubhub chat while manager stood idly by. Since no customers were waiting, I placed a new order with the manager who did not know how to use the register. She did not know (or care) how to process the mix and match 2 for $10 promotions so ended up charging the regular prices; then she processed the order as paid with cash as I held out my credit card for processing. She, then asked me to pay with cash upon realizing her error. I told her to cancel the order, since she was manager and resubmit authorizing as card payment. She insisted I pay with cash since the order was already in process. So, 30 minutes later from when I entered the establishment, I left this fast food joint and told her to cancel the order. The online order was $52, this in person order would have been $61, so it was not simply a burger and fries meal! It was frustrating dealing with people are not trained properly and should not be in the service industry. read more

Customer service is poor. The management is just as poor. Mainly when it came to the female manger I interacted with. Tried to refuse a refund at the beginning of the conversation because the order wasn't made with meals for the discount on the items. My 11 year old sister loves Burger King burgers and prefers this over anything in the world, I have never had any complaints or anything bad to say because not only was service good and employees nice but everything was always perfect until I had my sister walk up to me saying there was mold on her burger, I walk in asking the manager questions about the freshness of the frozen burgers and if it was okay for an 11 year old to be sick over his negligence, he proceed to say there was mold from me because it was over an hour since I left..... obviously some don't realize mold isn't an hourly occurrence, he then started pacing back and forth checking his burgers (which should have been done in the first place) and kept being nervous without apologizing for this, I saw a sign saying I can see a review upon request of this same man by the Nassau county department of health, he said that he doesn't know what that is and tried ignoring me.... It's your run-of-the-mill burger king, however there are pretty bad things about this place. 1. It's dirty as hell. Nothing ever seems to be clean. I don't get it. CLEAN IT! It doesn't take that much effort to keep the place tidy. 2. It's cold. I don't know why but where I was sitting, there was a draft. I don't think they keep the heater on anyway. 3. Some items aren't available, which is mind-boggling. 4. There is only one register open when there are tons of people, making the line long time-consuming. I see other registers, get more employees on them! 5. No drive-thru, but theres not much you could do about that being that they are in a busy shopping center with little room for one. 6. Sometimes the coke tastes lemony for some reason. Some good things: 1. Employees are respectful 2. They make the food fast. Since I live in Port Washington, Burger King is the only fast food place I could go to in the area. Wendy's is in Greenvale and McDonald's is all the way in Williston. Burger King is my favorite fast food place of them all. The reason why I picked this one is not only because it is located in my home town, but because it is ran like a well-oiled machine. The place is always very clean and they are extremely fast. Not only are they fast, but their burgers are juicier and hotter than any other burger place on Long Island. The staff is awesome, from lower level to management. The manager Frank always ensures that his customers get the best service that Burger King can offer. This Burger King makes the best french fries out of all the burger kings I've ever been to. I do avoid going there for breakfast though because the last 2 times I went the guy who took my order did not even understand much English and it took him forever just to type the order in to the register. And both times my orders were not even the size I asked for. I even asked for a large coffee and I got a small coffee.
