To bad I can only put one star. I went to eat at this location tonight. I was very specific I ordered a double whopper with cheese no onion lg meal. How can I be any clearer? Well all was good until I started to eat the first few bites were fine until I bit into a jalapeno pepper, I have acid reflux and do not eat spicy foods. I returned to the counter to get this corrected. The young lady who took my order said you did not say you didn't wany jalapenos. I repeated my order and said I didn't know I had to she gave me a dumb smile and I said that's all you got? Another dumb smile. I asked for the manager, and another young man came to the counter. He offered to make another burger but at this point I was over it and asked for a refund $ 18.99. He said I ate most of it I advised there was more than half left. He refused to give me a refund and refused to give me his name. I am so upset I am trying to be civil while writing this. Bottom line they mistook my order and I have to pay for it. This new location of Burger King was a great idea, especially for the students at Marist College. Getting into the main lot was no problem at all, but the drive-through layout from the window until exiting needs big improvement (soon to have photos). The window needs to be raised lower to match the length of the car window. It will be much easier to reach the food. Pulling out from the drive-through, on the left lane, you must turn left - but to go straight or right, you have to move to the right lane and there's not most visibility behind to move over quick and enough room. An accident would not be a great start, especially with the recent opening. Having this resolved would be a great benefit. read more

I was driving by this burger king and had to use the restroom really bad. Knowing this was newly built as they are still doing construction on other business around it, only other business open at this time are Stop and shop and Starbucks. I get in the first of two weather doors and the sewer smell hits me so bad a almost fainted, I opened the second weather door into the restaurant and started gagging from the horrible smell. I held my breath as long as I could while I used the rest room but there is no way I could have stayed in there long enough to order even a drink. I had no problems placing or receiving my order, which had better be the case because the place was practically empty. The fries were meaty but could have been crisper, fried just a little longer, and I wasn't expecting the complimentary onion ring. My parents went to this establishment on 07/13/2023 to pick up a quick dinner. My father had a coupon and presented it to the man that was at the restaurant at the time. The man responded by saying that he cannot fulfill the order. This is not something that you typically hear at a fast food establishment. We have never had this issue with any other BK. My father asked why he couldn't make the order and the man said: "Because it is a big order and it's going to get busy here soon". That is unacceptable. This place should have enough staff so that they could make orders. Refusing an order is how they lose customers. My father would have been more than willing to pull into a parking space and wait for the order to be made, but that wasn't even an option. Went to this location in the evening of Sunday July 28. There was just one employee in the entire restaurant who was cooking the food, tending to the front counter and drive thru. This happens all to frequently at this location. On days when there is only one employee either shut down indoor dining or drive through. Hire more staff expedienty. Yelp requires that I give it 1 star. This is the most frustratingly slow "fast food" restaurant in the Hudson Valley. You're liable to sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge your presence. Once you get to the window, be prepared to be asked to pull around to the parking lot to wait for your food. Once you've done that, get ready to go into the store anyway as they will inevitably forget about you. Whoever is the franchisee of this place either needs to sell it or pull his/her finger out of their rear end. Chipotle, Jersey Mike's, McDonalds and Salsa Fresca operate next door and are infinitely more efficient, timely and the food comes out hot. read more
