So you know I rarely eat fast food but it was late and I was hungry, so I went to this Burger King and ordered a burger and 3 chicken sandwiches for my wife myself and a friend. The total came out to $15.03 I got home to find 1 cold chicken sandwich, cold fries and 1 cold And stale burger. I jumped in the car and went back but the restaurant was closed for the night. I then went through taco bells drive trough and ordered more food. When I got home I was still craving that burger, so I tossed it in the microwave and then started to eat it. It was horrible. I then logged on to Burger King dot com to let them know what had taken place. Brianna Guevara reaches out and contacted me. She was vvery apologetic. I simply asKed for myy money back. She Refused. She had Burger Kings HR departmet call me, where they refused as well. Brianna explainEd to me that they only offer coupons, or same day refunds, but they were closed when I went back. I just spent 32 minutes at the window waiting for my mobile app order of two sandwich's and an order of onion rings. 32 minutes by the clock. I watched the day shift clock out and leave. Every 5-6 minutes someone would come over to the window and ask what my order was! The folks behind me began yelling at me! Why not yell at the folks inside the restaurant? I asked the gentleman who gave me my order if there was a person or phone number I could call to complain and he said no and closed the window. I called the next closest BK and she gave me the number for McDonald's and I called her back and said, I think you made a mistake and I asked again for the number and she hung up on me. I put in a complaint on the mobile app and I will dispute the transaction with my CC company as my order was incorrect after waiting 32 minutes. I'm just shocked. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. Unfriendly staff. Point of sale didn't work. The lady in charge said cash only. I only had a credit card. I asked her to use the point of sale at the drive thru. She shrugged and reluctantly did. As I sat down the staff turned away customers because they didn't have cash. They could have easily taken credit cards at the drive thru. The restaurant dining room was freezing. I don't mean cold. I mean freezing. To cheap to heat the dining room. As I looked at the back area of the restaurant I saw how untidy it was. Lastly they had a sign that said due to the supply chain we don't have lettuce. Supply chain? Other restaurants have lettuce. Maybe teach your employees some customer service skills. I set up the order poured for several minutes before somebody said something and then they asked me to hold there was one person in the drive-through. Took about seven minutes before I pulled up and paid for the meal. The girl handed it to me and didn't say a word. I said thank you when she handed it to me and she just shut the window. It is 530 at night right now and the reason I stopped here was because Taco Bell and KFC right next to it the drive-through lines were completely full and this one was near empty. I only saw one person inside so I thought it would be quick. Now I know why the other ones are packed and this one has no business. In the end it comes down to the managers and training your employees. Employees should never act like you were inconveniencing them. We recently stopped in at this Burger King and were pleased to see that the recent remodel has completely transformed the interior! Everything is updated, clean, useable and attractive. The menu has been replaced with sharp, bright and colorful flatpanel screens displaying the usual menu choices along with whatever special items they're highlighting at the moment. The staff was all friendly and attentive and the food was decent. I would certainly rate their burgers above that of McDonald's and the fries tasted better too. They don't hand out toys with their kids meals here either. Which is a blessing because if you have small children like I do, those toys tend to pile up and become annoyances back at home. Plus the kids seem more interested in playing with their toy (the only time they get played with, by the way!) than eating their food! They instead give an option of a "treat". This can be cookies or fresh fruit (which is what we chose and the kids enjoyed!). It's no "In n' Out" but when looking for fast food in Northwest Reno, I would be likely to pick this before any where else nearby. I look forward to going back. read more

So haven't had burger King in a while and decided to stop at the one on Mae Ann Blvd in Reno, NV at 7:33,pm. The lights were on in the building and the drive through. I pulled up and the lady rudely said "we're closed" and I said " then you guys should shut off your lights" her response was (appalling to say the least) " EXCUSE ME B**CH" YUP, Burger Kings finest employee of the year! I still was craving a whopper and was going to just use faithful Sonic but decided to try one more time and went burger king on Clear Acre in Reno. Not only were they open but amazingly friendly! I order a Whopper with cheese/ bacon and No onions. Th ere was onions and No bacon.I called and the girl told me to come back and they will remake. I got back, and a Heavy set girl, said she was the manager, said in order for them to remake, I had to bring the old one back. She actually wanted me to go all the way back home to get the old one. My family went to the drive thru (02/19/2022 6:00pm) and didnt have the best experience. My dad usually is hard to understand due to his accent but when my sister started talking instead of the employee telling us if she was unable to hear us or what the problem was she yelled "what" in a very rude tone. We had Whopper, fries, and a drink just over $10.00, and the sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious. The Burger King was clean. While we were there, the people next to us spilled on the floor. You don't expect GREAT service with fast food, but eye contact would be nice. We went here about a month ago through the drive thru and it was terrible. Food was cold, lady was rude. Exceptionally rude. My husband did the survey and we got a whopper ticket. So sure...try again. 9pm...half the restaurant blocked to clean. Three counter people, not one hello. The unpleasant lady sat at the computer and just stared. She barked at one of the younger girls but that was about it. Struggled with the coupon code. Spent five minutes talking to the computer. Finally laughed at least. Burgers were cold, onion rings terrible. If it's empty, how about not making food to sit and get cold. We just went to this drive thru. We didn't want combos, just sandwiches and we're going to split a fry. The speaker gal got confused when we ordered JUST the sandwich and even said so. We ordered. It was peak hours, INCREDIBLY busy and the counter person, Monique, who I am assuming was some kind of manager, perhaps a superhero in disguise, was HANDLING BUSINESS. I have never seen someone so efficiently and expediently take orders, package food, count back change, greet customers, answer the drive through and make ice cream cones that looked like out of a commercial all in congruence!!! I wanted to redeem a coupon I received in the mail and when I went to the drive through a lady said "can I help you?" In a really loud voice and I said if I can redeem a coupon then she screamed "can I help you?!" Again I replied the same thing then she said she didn't have mobile orders which I replied that I just wanted to redeem a coupon and she replied in a louder tone that she doesn't have mobile orders after I replied the same thing she switched me to speak to someone else which the other person was much more nicer and we ended up paying full price instead being able to use our coupons. I called the BK customer service number today about this BK. The representative said that an additional Burger King representative from a different department would be in contact with me to help me convert my printable BK e-gift certificate, into a slide able BK gift card since my local BK restaurants (this BK and 1 other location) either don't want to process the information on the printable e-gift certificate or don't know how or, was improperly trained on how to process this type of payment (this includes the managers). I will never again redeem my rewards points (Microsoft Rewards Program) for any BK products or services as I have just redeemed 6 years of saved points for $30.00 in useless printed BK e-gift. It's really a hassle to drive all the way to a BK restaurant, place an order, then be turned away hungry. It's so upsetting that this issues still goes unresolved. Regrettable, I will not be patronizing any of your establishments (e-gift nor cash) in the future. I realize I'm just one guy and my choice not to give you any more business will probably not even effect your bottom line in anyway. More importantly, it has tarnished some fond memories of my employment with BK, as it was my first job out of high school. As a youth, I recall a BK that cared about all their customers and no concern was too small to be addressed, as the customer was truly valued. Placed a mobile order for pickup via the drive through using the Burger King App on my phone. Left house to go pick up the order and arrived at shopping center 10 minutes after order placed, tapped the "I'm Here" button, then got in line in the drive through. Car in front of me places order, I pull up and tell them I'm here to pick up my mobile order, in this case #81, and the drive through person mumbles something about it not being ready etc, no worries, there were still 2 cars ahead waiting for their food. I pull up to the drive through window to get my food and again state I'm here to pick up order etc etc. The drive through person said they haven't started it yet and that I'll need to come inside and wait. What is the point of the mobile order app? I could have just placed the order when I pulled up to the speaker and I would have had the food hot and ready instead of nothing. Worst service ever! We went here one day of my vacation. There is a girl working the drive-thru named Sabrina who is extremely rude. I ordered one of those freezes that comes in a small cup which they have overflowed and I guess was still stupid enough to give it to me when it was spilling everywhere in my car and myself. I asked for napkins and while wiping it down you can see her and another white girl laughing at me. They were shoving the food at me at the end and slammed the window without saying Thank You instead I got a "here, bye" never coming back. read more
