Seriously, save your money and skip this one. Terrible wait times and order is wrong more often than it is correct. Today we ordered a burger with cheese and no lettuce/tomato. We got a burger with nothing BUT lettuce and tomato. And, we ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese. We got a sandwich with no cheese and old/wilted lettuce and nothing else. Did drive thru so didn't know order was that wrong until home, so not worth going back to fix. BUT, irritated we paid for extras and got none (again)... as a reward for sitting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes watching a crew that was (again) way over their heads. I have to give this a medium rating, this Burger King is horrible but there New pulled pork sandwich is very good. I would recommend ordering this not only is it very tasty but its cheap compared to other sandwiches this size. read more

I seriously had to write a review for this. So we went throught the drive through at 10:00 at night. We were greeted with the most non-enthusiastic boy ever. Just think about the voice on Monsters Inc...that slug screatary lady. So I wanted a milkshake and he said "we are not making those at this time". Then I asked for the Mocha Frappe....he paused...then I had to ask again...and then he said" "yes, woudl like anything else". I SAID no. Then we got the Frappe for $3.19. I tried it and it was the most disguting coffee drink I'd ever tasted. It didnt' even taast like coffee or chocolate. I can't even describe what the flavor was. My boyfriend tried it and he gave the same facial expressions I gave. We went over to Jack in the Box and got a milkshake and through the frappe away. This is pretty much a standard BK. Its been modernized and updated inside and out, so it actually looks pretty nice. We had breakfast here last week (breakfast bagels with sausage and cheese). Those were quite tasty, hot and fresh. Hash browns were just ok, kind of meh really. Also, BK is (or was) running a promotion where you got two breakfast sandwiches for $3. I ordered the two but then had to remind the cashier about the promotion, which is kind of annoying. She took the money off, but if you are going to have a special, train your staff so they know what's going on! read more

I just left this stored, and it was a pretty bad experience. There wasn't a lot of people in the store, only two people ahead of us. The assistant manager was completely stressed out. I made my order, and midway through she left to help another worker. When she came back we had to go through the order again. Her register ran out of paper when printing my receipt, and she commented, "the only way this day could get worse is if I was in an accident and died." I tried to make light of it commenting on how quickly she was able to change the paper out. While waiting for our food I learned that they were short-handed. She left her station while customers waited, and came back on the phone. She started to help the customers, but stopped them when the person answered the phone. She asked this person if they could send her help. They must have said "no," because she quickly hung up, and commented "go to hell." She asked the now 4 customers in line to wait while she closed the drive-thru. During that time one customer left. After several minutes of waiting for our food, we got it. One of our burgers was not made correctly, and I dreadfully approached the counter to have it corrected, which they did. I took my first bite on my burger which was made correctly, and pulled a hair out of my mouth. Absolutely disgusting! I'll never go back. read more

Arrived to the drive through at 1:08 pm. Thought wait time looked pretty good since there were only 3 cars and a motorcycle in front of me. How silly of me!! Waited, waited and waited. I would have left, but I was boxed in. At 1:30, I called the store. No one answered the phone. At 1:46 pm, I finally was able to approach the pick up window. No one there. Saw a couple of workers inside, but not even a nod my way. I had already decided that I wasn't going to pick up my order, but wanted to talk to somebody. Unfortunately, I probably would have had to wait another 10 minutes. I left. Even if they cooked each order from scratch as it was ordered, the wait time would have been less. I don't know what is going on at this location, but I will NEVER EVER visit this location again. Decades ago I worked at Wendy's. It was policy that no order should take more than 2 minutes from the time of order to the time of pickup. What happened to the good old days?!!! read more

I wouldn't even give this location 1 star if there were a way around it. After waiting over 3 minutes to even place my order through their drive through, I waited over 10 minutes more to get my food. Horrible drive in experience tonight! had 3 cars ahead of us at 6:05 pm, place order and noticed no movement for over 10 minutes, cars behind us. Finally one of the drivers behind us hollered "Hello is anyone working in there?" and got out of his truck and went inside, came out saying "lone employee says they are 'short handed and the GM won't hire anyone'. I said 'let's get out of here' and asked the cares behind us to back up so we could leave and all 6 vehicles backed up and left this pathetic excuse for a 'fast food place' will be telling everyone I know to avoid this Burger King. I had worked in fast food decades ago and guess times have changed, because BACK THEN customer service was KING, no more, especially at this place. BACK THEN managers and owners WORKED when short staffed or they closed temporarily instead of give BAD service! If they are this short staffed, what else is being neglected in there? Sorry I wont take a chance with this place! Oh My after posting this review and reading the reviews it appears the owners don't care at all about customer service, appears this place has had service issues and staffing issues for a year! the worst experience, since I was ordering the boy did not pay attention to me , after waiting 50 minutes on the line, when he gave me my food he put his fingers in my drinks, so I asked him to change them and he did it of bad attitude, when I got home and saw my order, I literally spent $ 29 dollars for 2 steakhouse king combos, and what I received was 2 very simple 5 dollar burgers, when I returned to the store and made my claim, the supervisor said that they couldn't return my money until the next day a, he was not very interested in the situation, so I returned home without my money and without my food, what a bad way to end a day, very disappointed read more

Worst service ever. The kitchen staff are complete idiots. That's what you get for minimum wage, I guess. The place was not very busy. I placed the simplest order possible: a Whopper Jr and small fries. It took nearly 25 minutes to get my order - if this is "fast food" I'd hate to see what slow food is like - then they got it entirely wrong. I specified I wanted ONLY lettuce and light mustard on the burger, and the cashier rang it up correctly. When I finally got my order, it had mayo, onions, pickles & tomatoes -- all things I can't eat. I sent it back and they made it the same way again! How dumb can you be?? I finally had to give up and throw it in the trash, having wasted money and a lot of time. I will never go to Burger King again. read more

Horrible service. We came inside to order because the drive thru usually gets the order wrong. My husband ordered a number 4 meal with no ketchup. Not that hard. I paid with my credit card. They gave us our cups for our drinks and we went to the drink counter that was filthy! Straws in wrappers were sprayed with ketchup and the counter itself was filthy. There was no ice, it was gross. Once they called our number, we headed for the door. Once home, we discovered not only did his sandwich have ketchup, but it had mayo too. Kind of ticked off, my husband returned to the store to get his sandwich correctly or to get his money back. The guy was rude so my husband said give me our money back. The guy said since it was on my credit card he couldn't refund him anything. I hadn't returned to the store. They were completely dead when we were there and we live approximately 2 minutes from the store. They KNEW my husband had just been in there. We're done with this place. I will definitely encourage my friends to go elsewhere. Having it "our way" just didn't work out for us with these lazy employees. read more

i went to the drive thru late night and was already excited because i was the only car in line....fast food right?! nope...4 items from the dollar, or close to dollar menu, and i waited at least 5 minutes for my food!! seriously..5 minutes. ive only waited longer than that at in-and-out burger. finally got my food and was all happy again. the window worker was very nice though. read more

I ate at this restaurant today. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and medium fry and a medium Coke. Both the chicken sandwiches I have fresh from the oil so they be nice and juicy. When I got my order I eat my fries first then one of the chicken sandwiches when I open the second chicken sandwich I took the bun off to put salt on as I usually do. A piece of the chicken with missing and it looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. So I take it to the front counter and ask the plus-size African American Girl with glasses working drive-thru if my sandwich had gotten caught in the fryer or something. She automatically assumes that I took a bite out of sandwich and was trying to get something. When she finally went back and asked the sandwich prep guy he told her that it had gotten caught and a piece fell off. He said it loud enough that I heard it from the front where I ordered. The girl comes back and I tell her I heard what he said. She doesn't even bother to apologize and just gives me the sandwich back. This was an awful Hospitality experience for me and I will not order from there again. If Burger King monitors these reviews they need to teach their employees better customer service skills. Never assume someone is lying unless you see it with your own eyes. And for goodness sake apologize when you find out the error is definitely yours. I worked for Burger King for five years when I was growing up. I never treated my customers like this. In the past we would not tolerate such Behavior. read more
