I ordered my whopper went to pay for it came to the second window of the drive-through and a manager named Christy handed me my food and I asked for simply a cup of water because it's brutally hot out about 90° today to be exact and she gives me this line of BS like no add-ons or something and I said it's not an add on. I'm just simply requesting a water as being a human being with a soul and a loyal customer to get hassled about a water which I never got from her is an absolute disgrace what a joke to have to beg for a cup of water. ...So a medical condition wouldn't help matters either. and all that rude individual had to do is give me some water that didn't cost a thing. I live nearby and come to this Burger King a lot. But this time is my worst experience, and I will never come back for my life. The lady made wrong order that is different from the coupon I gave her. I pointed it out before taking the food. But she refused to admit or communicate and loudly yelled to me. I asked her to find the coupon that I gave her, she said they were in the garbage can already. I am pregnant and with good education and income. The wrapper says "America's Favorite Burger", but it turned out to be more on the least liked side of things. My order was kept as simple as possible; I ordered four Whoppers. My beef, no pun intended, is that the Whoppers I received looked so incredibly depressing. None of the toppings were stacked high or visible except for the lettuce (even though there was barely any lettuce on it). The meat was also dry. Haven't been in a Burger King in years but today's visit was great. The gals running the show were very personable and even let us order burgers a bit before the breakfast shift was officially over. The entire place was very clean and updated in decor. Bathroom was also in good shape. This is a well run business. read more

Clean, Maybe in part because it's fairly new but you can tell the staff makes cleanliness a priority. Very nice staff. As for the food. My burger was cooked to perfection and the cheese melted nicely. Toppings are free so add what you like. At first I thought it pricey but in the end it was worth every penny. The fries are the best. This is the newly rebuilt BK - just a few feet away from the old one. They did away with the play area and dated interior, slightly smaller, fresh decor, same food (of course!). However the TV - while it now been upgraded to a flat screen, unfortunately it has the worst audio/acoustics :-( - same nice folks who serve you though! Oh - they added a multi flavored self dispensing automated drinks fountain. There is still some construction around it, but one expects that to soon be complete and be a thing of the past..... read more

In the past, there used to be a nice blonde haired lady that would always be taking orders in the drive thru. When she was there, things ran great and my order was correct. I never see her in the evening. Several times I have mobile ordered around 8pm and then wait 15 minutes in a line to get it once I get there. As if that isn't bad enough--since mobile ordering should be faster and efficient--my order was wrong also. My order has been wrong in over 4 occasions and it was literally just chicken nuggets, cheese sticks and fries. Once I got a chicken fries instead of cheese sticks......a few times the nuggets were 8 pieces instead of 16 that I ordered. Often the food is not hot. Once I received the chicken nuggets undercooked (Didn't check til I got home--stupid me). I worked for 20 years in retail and food service. I worked at Wendy's for 4 years when I was younger. I understand " how it can be" working in the food industry. However, I cannot understand how these mistakes keep happening and I don't think that this type of thing should be happening. You have one job. Y'all need to do better. It is about making (at the very LEAST) good, hot food for customers and making the order correct. Even if you are not doing the "customer service" part, I think you should be able to get an order out to the customer correctly. It's the little things that matter sometimes. Apparently now asking for a cup of ice at the checkout window is considered an ad on and the manager said they don't do add-ons at that window. Every other Fast food restaurant I've ever been to Will happily give you a cup of ice, which I used to put my coffee in because it's too hot to drink and drive. Is it difficult to do? Is it expensive to supply an extra cup of ice? I doubt it. Secondly, they couldn't be bothered to put my sugar in the coffee, too hard. read more

I got a rodeo burger heavy all, a double cheeseburger, fresh mac n cheetos with a side of ranch, a lucky charms shake,and a wonderful apple pie. It wasn't so wonderful as you can see. My boyfriend called back and spoke with Marcus. We went back up there and got a Hershey instead. But I don't even feel comfortable eating that. I'm disgusted that I ate my other food prior to opening my apple pie. Either this was a bad batch that was delivered... or labels are just being replaced. Christy (the person who runs this location) needs to check her inventory. Something HAS expired. I'm done with Burger King. Multiple bad experiences from getting my order wrong. One time they must have mixed up two different Michael's and when I got to the window my order was completely wrong. That's not the part I was upset about. It was a mobile order, so I showed her my app and she said I had already picked it up... NOPE. We ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissan'wiches, a bacon egg and cheese croissan'wich meal with an orange juice, 2 3-piece French toast sticks, a medium coffee and a medium iced mocha. I started boycotting this particular Burger King! Only 75% of the time will you get your order served to your correctly (no wonder they removed the slogan "have it your way"). Food is normally served to you stone cold or the sandwiches will have more mayonnaise then meat on them (apparently to this particular Burger King, mayonnaise is a major food group). The workers are horrible, rude and just nasty.. They try to kick you out when I was just trying to lay my stuff down to get a burger, but the one with the glasses working cashier is extremely rude and the one with very short hair and works in the back is just horrible.
