1130 am. Made a pitstop here on our way to an event in Oakland. The vathrooms were disgusting. They looked and smelled as if they had not been cleaned in weeks. The toilet paper dispenser was broken. The base of the toilet was dirty. It looked as if it had not been wiped in months. The soap duspenser was either empty or broken. The floor was dirty. At first I was going to still order a bite to eat to go but I saw the beverage dispenser bar off to the side and it was covered with several wrappers from the straws, ice cubes and water. The place wasnt that full of customers and from where I was standing I saw seversl employees on duty. At least one person could have been spared to handle these small tasks. read more

Worst service ever! Stood in line for 10 minutes nobody bothered to ask if We had ordered already. Employees were having personal conversations infront of all the customers. A customer infront of me was already mad because he had been waiting 30 minutes for his food and they were being rude to him. Employees are arguing with each other infront of customers. I was so disappointed in this place. We went for lunch. Ordered the impossible meal deal. When it came the burger was nothing special the fries were cold and there was no ice tea. It's behind the counter. The lady filled our cup and it was this strange taste kinda tiny like. I've had a queasy stomach the rest of the day. Never will I return here or any burger king again . Don't go to this place. I personally witnessed an employee use the restroom (women's) and she walked out without washing her hands. yuck... The bathrooms were filthy. My stall did not even have a toilet paper holder. I had to use a seat cover. I went to tell the manager (what a joke) about the condition of the restroom and the employee not washing her hands and she was not concerned at all. This burger king has the most unprofessional manager, i come to this location every week since my job is three minutes away and for the third time my chicken sandwich was burnt. I tell the manager if I can get a new one she says you ordered crispy not grilled talking to me as if i was the dummy when clearly the oven is up way too high if everything is always burnt, she refused to give me another sandwich then they ended up just giving me someone else's order after waiting twenty minutes and everyone after us got their orders. Makes me really sick, if you hate your job that bad find a new career some where not dealing with customers. 9/3/17 around 9:00pm Terrible service, bad food quality, find another food service. After ordering, they had me park my car at the nearby lot because they were "On a timer". I'm not quite sure what this timer was about, but it was not as if there was a line behind me (I was literally the only car there and there was no line I can see from the window). I only ordered one item, it's not as though I made a huge order that would hold up some imaginary line. Upon having my order brought to me, I noticed they did not include any ranch that I requested. When I notified the employee as she was quickly leaving, she sternly told me "You have to come inside, I have a line to get back to". What is with this girl and her imaginary line? Bringing out an incomplete order only created more work for her. She was clearly rushing without a care for the customer. I ordered chicken fries and it's not like I was expecting high quality food, just close to decent. But man, how can you mess up chicken fries so badly... Extremely overdone resulting in very bad flavor and texture. You likely won't be satisfied with anything from this place, so if you're looking for some quick food, you're better off going to a different fast food restaurant or buy some warm up dinners at a grocery store. read more

12:00 am on Saturday March 24 , 2018 please find out the two ladies working and fire them !!!!! Customer service non existent. First off miserable on the mic to take my order then after I pay she asks me to pull forward and someone will bring my food , mind you there's no one behind us I pull up there's another car also waiting , in the 10 minutes of waiting so far there are now 4 cars waiting and the first car is still waiting on his food !!! Another 5 minuets go by he's now out if his car trying to get someone's attention which they don't acknowledge him he eventually pulls back to window I'm not sure if he got his food but speed off . I'm thinking great I'm next another 10 min I'm fuming the last car 2 behind me got out the car walked to window and empty handed speed off also . So now it's me and the guy behind me and finally they come out and start walking to his car I say oh we are first she then says oh you had the rodeo oh that's inside !!!!! Ahhhhh wtf horrible. Then walked back in took a min to grab the bag then slowly walked back out ! Burger King don't you care how your customers are being treated look at all your reviews on this store ! I would think as your done cooking an order you would bring it out they instead made them all and brought them all out at the same time I've never seen that ever so inconsiderate to the first orders makes no sense . Kudos for being open 24 hrs, but the bastards seem to be cheap or lazy at night and don't run the ice cream/milkshake machines! Fair warning to those who might venture out solely for such things...go to Jack in the Box on Marina to remedy this. They'll go up a star if this problem subsides. I've never had the misfortune of working fast food, so not aware of specific incentive to shut these down overnight...seems like as the economy goes, so goes my ability to get late nice bk sundae shakes though! read more

I come to eat often if i am lazy to make my lunch over the weekend. They offer buy one get one free chicken sachwich & $1 cheeseburger. The service is a bit slow. I need to wait at least 2-3 mins for my orders and I feel that they care more on drive -in order rather than eat-in orders. Sometimes they are shorthanded and only three ppl are in the kitchen and one lady are responbile for cashier and cook. Overall my experience there is great. Very clean venue and usually the line is not long even in the lunch time. read more

The "quality" at this particular location is hit and miss. I try and give them a chance now and then since i work close by. They seem to always get something wrong in the drive through or the taste of the food just isnt great. Today i had undercooked fries which i was really excited about since they were the sweet potato curlies. Ruined the entire meal. The people are polite, the food is hit and miss. I was at this Burger King on Davis Street earlier today and they had this black guys not to be stereotyped because I'm black myself to this guy looks such a disgrace as a cashier first of all he look filthy his hands was all dirty and had dirt under his fingernails but still yet he was taking orders people need to pay attention when they grabbing the cup they need to grab it from the bottom of the cup either hand it to your customer or put it on the counter I notice this guy the cashier was taking the orders had his hand all over the rim of the cup where you have to put your mouth on and his hands is filthy and dirty and handling money this guy didn't look clean at all what kind of restaurant your running having people look like this that's very low class to represent the public this way and also if you can order something from the drive-through for Christ's sake put napkins in the bag. read more
