This is by far the worst Burger King location as none of the employees have any level of competency in serving customers. They got our order wrong in which we called them out for 2x, they did not care and just gave us the side eye so we left because there's no point in escalating. Oh yeah and the two teenagers that work there just chat all day long and I just had to stand there waiting for them to finish their conversation even after trying to call for their attention. The food is fine. It's BK, so what you'd expect. But the service here is horrible. No matter what time of day they always ask you to pull out of the drive they and park your car to wait for your order. Even if you are the only one in line. These guys suck, plain and simple. I tried being nice, but to no avail. It began at the speaker. This is what happened, verbatim. B = employee M = Me B: "Can I take your order?" M: "Yeah can I get a number 3, please?" (always be polite to people that handle your food. ALWAYS.) B: "Anything else?" Now, I've learned to speak slowly, loud, and clear when ordering. It minimizes any chance of misunderstanding. Also allows the person taking the order to go at their own pace, which also helps to get your order right. That didn't happen here. Granted, it's New Year's Eve and NOBODY in their right mind wants to work. I get that. I get that these fools probably hate having to work today. Worst bk experience. Went with Ariel. He wanted a burger. So we went here late at night. He wanted a whopper with everything. I wanted a plain grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo. Despite only ordering two items they asked us to pull up and wait. He get our food and my sandwich has tons of mayo. I go inside to have it corrected. This is where it gets weird. The only girl at the register walks away as soon as i walk up. She is hiding behind the refrigerator. She was of size so it was strange she was hiding like that. Then a guy of size is nearby. Okay so the king isn't exact;y the most health conscious individual with the double whopper value meal topping out at well over 1600 calories when it is just medium size, (with cheese and mayo) but I'll be damned if his food isn't tasty! However this Burger King just isn't that great. The food tastes bland and fattier than it normally does and it is barely warm at times. I don't even go here if I can make it to the one on east 14th on the other end of town. Those burgers are giant-sized, living up to their name as Whoppers. I really like the coupons they send our family every once in a while. I put them to good use =P. Situated suitably in a shopping mall facing a bridge overpass, this spot receives a number of customers a day. Nothing stands out more than that stuff-your-face meatload of a burger, so if you stick with that, you'll be fine. The drinks and desserts are not up to par with the main courses, with an exception of Onion Rings. The cashiers sometimes come off as a bit machine-like, but their service is decent enough to get me returning there for a heart attack provocation. *10-6-07: I CANNOT believe I forgot this particular spot is incompetent beyond belief!! I repeated "no cheese and no sauce" like a dozen times but they charged me for extra cheese. What. the. BLEEP!!?!???
