I ordered two large unsweetened iced teas and an 8 piece chicken fry. They only had enough tea for one. Ok fine. Then the chicken fries were cold. So I went into the "restaurant" to return them. I was ignored for over 3 minutes without any line. I was standing at the counter waiting. I began to get impatient. I started asking for help and saying excuse me. Another few minutes passed. I finally got the attention of the women running the front. I told them that they were cold and hollow. I had only taken one bite. They turned their backs and started saying between themselves that I am a bitch. (I mean I was getting impatient and I was starting to sound like a bitch in my TONE. I was sick of listening to them talking about riding unicorns and dragons. ) the one who had the "pretty" purple hair called me a bitch to my face so I did tell her to F off. She in turn called me a cunt and invited me to meet her once she was done her shift at midnight. Thankfully I never go there so it's not a loss. I don't eat food often that will make me fluffy. Twice now I've gone to this location on my morning drive to work and attempted to order plain iced coffee. Twice now there's been massive confusion at the drive through window, as though ordering coffee without milk and liquid sugar is some how a crazy concept. Twice now I've been handed 'plain' coffee only to drive off and find that I had been given black tea. They tore down the old building and put this beauty up. But the staff is still awful. The kitchen is visible from the counter and food handling violations are apparent from that vantage point. There are times in the morning when they're suppose to be open but nobody answers the drive thru and the doors are still locked. If you have ANY other option, pick that one. I will never, ever, EVER go to a BK again after a recent experience at this location. I was out running errands last weekend with the baby and as I didn't want to haul her in and out of her car seat, I'd figure I'd hit the drive-through for a quick bite. It was past lunch time and I was starving. Upon first driving into the lot, this BK just looks sad... building is in need of updates, parking lot orientation is a little weird. There was a young couple having a very public argument next to their car. It was odd. I should have just left. But I was hungry. I hit the drive-through and was interrupted by the woman on the other end of the intercom three times. "Hold a minute, please..." "Okay, sorry about that..." then... "Okay, what can I get for you?.......Wait, Hold please...". Seriously?! By the time I'd finally placed an order, I was NOT amused. Then came the wait... and wait.... and wait... it took forever for the two cars in front of me to receive their food. At this point, my kiddo was starting to get fussy and I tossed her a magazine to rip apart. I got to the window in what felt like weeks later, was tossed my food without hardly a hello or smile and was sent on my way. My burger? Sloppy and tasteless. The chocolate shake? Gross. I was not amused. Whatever, it's "fast food", I somewhat get it... BUT McDonald's has REALLY stepped up their game recently (both service-wise and quality).... that does not bode well for Burger King that seems still stuck in the dark ages! It looks like your prices on your drive thru menu board is inconsistent with what is being charged to customers. I've mentioned this to your staff on a couple of occasions. Your whopper combo for example is listed as $6 something but I was charged $7.69 ($8.46 with tax) at the drive thru window. On both occasions I was in a rush (hence fast food) and had lots of cars behind me so I didn't make it a big deal after the cashier told me that they would look into the prices. I figure one of two things are probably happening: 1) the price is wrong and misleading and needs to be updated or 2) the cashiers are upgrading customer drinks or orders (like adding extra cheese when they didn't ask for it) without their knowledge. Neither of which is good for business especially if you get lawyers involved. I would strongly suggest proper training and a new procedure for drive thru ordering. It could save your company lots of money by negating a future class action that could blow up any minute. read more

Find another one trust me! I do a lot of traveling for work and normally only get to eat at fast food places due to time restraints. I will start off with the experience was so bad I downloaded the app on my phone and made an account just to leave this comment. I order a salad, large diet coke and large coffee. What I got well that's a different story! My salad was the smallest I have ever scene ( all I ever order is salads) properly about 8 a week. I literally checked to make sure there was lettuce under the chicken. Wish I could post the pic. The soda cup I got was a small I had to show my receipt at which time I was given a medium cup and had to correct them again. After the issue with the cup they proceed to tell me all they have is diet coke ( at least that's what I wanted but really?!?? Only diet) The coffee I have not tastes yet but at least it is the right size. Other side notes I was given the wrong change ( to much I corrected them, long wait although there was only 2 people that were together in front of me, the place appears to not have been updated for at least 10 years, manager was called upfront to correct change and his shirt was hanging out) like my first line find another place I don't care how hungry you are this place suxs! read more
