I see a lot of negative reviews for this BK in Warrenville. Yesterday was my fifth visit ( all Drive-Thru orders ) in the past few months. Each time my order was fulfilled perfectly. All special orders, too. The order taker was very polite ( not the same person, either ). The food was hot and the cashiers were always nice ( again, different people at the window). It must be human nature to complain and that is why there are negative reviews. As for me - This BK has been incredible. I don't work for BK. I don't know anyone employed at BK. However, I would be proud to say I am part of this BK location. I know it's only been five visits, but to be impressed with the human interaction for all five visits isn't just a coincidence. I'm eating THE BEST BK Big Fish I've ever had! Keywords to remember FRESH, HOT, DELICIOUS! Care was taken to make this sandwich, sauce level was perfect, coverage was perfect, service was prompt and polite. Order was SPOT ON CORRECT. I've not even gotten into my bag of whoppers and nuggets yet but I'm now truly excited for the experience as if their quality is anything close to the BK Big Fish, than I'm going to be quite full and in a delightful food coma! I appreciated the young man working the windows willingness to go the extra mile and genuinely be friendly, I wasn't hustled through to get the next order slammed in the books. Even at the drive thru I got the type of customer service you would expect from a face to face dine in experience except it was polite, with a smile. It was a very welcomed exchange. Whoever was working the window tonight at 11:30 PM, give that kid a raise, he did a great job handling the order and handling customer concerns over sauce selection and he made sure my order was correct and on point. I'm through with BK. Another cold breakfast sandwich, the croissanwich! The tater tots were likewise cold! The staff didn't care, didn't want to do anything about it. The decaf was lukewarm. I asked if they could warm up anything and they said, "no", we don't have a microwave! So I don't get it? Just serve your customers cold food and coffee? If they really don't use a microwave anymore(they used to when I worked there in a different state) then I totally see how buns and sandwiches are cold like deli sandwiches. BK only had a broiler and fryer back in the day, no grill surface. Buns went thru a different conveyor than the burgers, but buns were warmed in a micro prior to building a sandwich. So a lot of food quality is lost now. Now the food service eggs, since they probably are not cracked and fried there are lukewarm. All in all, awful experience. read more

Is Burger King is really bad. I arrive there at about 4:30 PM on a Sunday and it took over 10 minutes for me to place my order and another 10 minutes for me to get my order. The woman through the speaker kept asking if I was done after every single thing that I ordered even when I told her I would let her know when I'm done and that I had a large order. They were so slow that the Burger King app which gives you 15 minutes to use timed out before I could show it to the cashier. After all that my order was wrong but I was frustrated and didn't want to be there any longer. It was missing my onion rings and onion ring sauce and I also did not receive a receipt so I may have been overcharged as well but I'm not sure. Also we said no mayonnaise on our chicken sandwhiches and one had a lot and one had it scraped off. I will not go to this Burger King again for another six months and if I do I'll update this review if any positive changes need to be stated. This is the second time I've been to this location and gotten an ice cold whopper. I live less than a minute from there. I went back tonight and complained about it, brought my receipt. From the Tim I left the first time till I got there the second time was less then 7 minutes according to my receipt. So there was no way in hell that my burger should have been that cold. Took me 15 minutes to get through drive through and there were only two cars in front of me. All I ordered was a drink. When I got there, I got charged $6. When I said, hey, I ordered only a drink, the lady said, woopsie!! and said she'd refund me $5 or so. Stupid me didn't ask for a receipt for that. So so bad. Stopped there with my son for a quick bite. I ordered the chicken fries and my son got a bacon burger. My chicken fries were room temperature at best and tasted like they were sitting out for an hour or two. Several of them were almost half-sized and none stuck out of the box like on the TV commercial I just watched. Now onto my son's burger. It was also room temperature, with soggy, undercooked bacon and very little condiments. He added some barbecue sauce when we got home, just so he could choke it down. I used to work for Burger King, so I know how good the food used to be. For contrast, we went to Wendy's the following week and saw what good food looks like again. Very poor service. I came with my family of five and had to order to go because the tables were stuck to the ground and couldn't be moved. And tables were for 2-4people. Inconvenient. After a long wait of about 32 mins we realized there seems to be only two people working causing a delay. We went to our car and drove away we thought it couldn't go any worse. But it did our food was all messed up and our son got very sick because he is lactose intolerant and drank a shake that was giving to us made "without milk". Very bad experience read more

Well well well. Today me and Mike decided to stop at BK. we figured it would be like any other BK experience, quickly order, grab our food from the counter, sit down, eat, leave. Not Exactly. We walked in and no one was in line and we where serviced promptly which was great. It than took us about 10 to 15 minutes to get our food! this is supposed to be fast food! Thank god we weren't in the drive thru! We realized it took so long because there where only 2 people working, one doing orders and one cooking. Than when we got our food I had asked for no tomato's and guess what? There where tomato's! No big deal I can take them off. Mike had ordered a double and only received a single and since that cost money we had to go exchange it. Overall this was a very unsatisfying visit to the BK and to top it all off the AC vent on the ceiling was dripping down onto Mikes shoulder and chair the whole time we where there......Gross. One star only because there were no other options for less. I've been here multiple times, because it's convenient, but service is just bad. They more often that not get my order or drinks wrong. Today for example: one sausage croissant meal (#1) with a coke and another croissant meal with no meat (#1) with an iced mocha. I repeated no meat on the 2nd meal. I pull up they hand me a diet coke and the iced mocha. Good thing I noticed because last time they made the mistake I had to deal with it. They switched that out. I get to the office and sure enough both croissant meals are identical. So the vegetarian doesn't get to have a sandwich. Just bad.
