I arrived at an off hour and hadn't eaten at a Burger King in years. The interior was super clean and tables were not close together. My order came quickly and staff was friendly and courteous. I ordered a Whopper meal was concerned that since I arrived at an off hour fries would taste like they'd been sitting for all too long. The Whopper was very tasty and tomato and lettuce were fresh and delicious. The fries tasted as though they were made to order and were not over salted. This has to be the worst Burger King there is. Even after submitting an issue on their website, their issues are not resolved. I always order on the apps for fast food. And typically, if something is unavailable, the app will not allow you to order it. Well, that apparently isn't true for the Willits location. Seems they enjoy getting you to the window to tell you 1/2 the items you ordered are unavailable. I have been here twice in 2 weeks. I decided to give them another chance after they really upset me last week. Well, that won't be happening again. Today I get to the window and they tell me 1/2 my order is out of stock. Could they have called me before I got to the drive through line? Apparently not. Since over 1/2 of my order isn't going to be what I wanted, I didn't want any of it. But can they cancel it and give me a refund? No... they made me go on the app to do it. I go to Burger King frequently in Sacramento. This Willits location really needs to step up their game. I would say I'll never go here again, but that's not likely to be never. But it will be a while before I decide to get infuriated by this place again. read more

The burgers were really good and the fries were awesome, the staff was the exact opposite of awesome. Every single person I interacted with either acted like I was bothering them for being there or actually rolled their eyes at me. NO ONE smiled the whole time I was there, not a welcome smile, not a hey I am a nice person smile or thanks for coming smile just pure annoyance. Not only did the staff treat customers poorly but while I was there the man in front of me had his drink and his ice cream cone forgotten, when reminded of the forgotten items... cue employee eye roll. Next in line was my mom and they forgot her drink. Before I could order a man from the drive through came in and let them know that they did not give him the right amount of money in change ($1 short). Woohoo my turn, I order my items pay and step aside. Then I wait and wait and wait just as I was going to inquire one of the staff walked by me and in a rude tone asked "what are you waiting for?" So I repeat my order and she goes back and gets it. Hey guess what they forgot my drinks and sauces for my nugget kids meal. I ask and of course you got it...eye roll. At this point I am irritated and think they have gotten at least 1 thing wrong with the last 3 orders lets just be sure what we have is correct because we not from here and cant come back. Well guess what they forgot our cheesy jalapeno tots so I send my husband in to get them because I don't need anymore of their bad attitude so he comes back and off we go. Just as we get on the freeway our daughter takes a bite of her "chicken nuggets" and says they are spicy. I look back and they had put cheesy jalapeno tots in her kids meal and no chicken nuggets. Awesome. So because we are not turning around for this I share my lunch with my daughter and now neither of us had a full mean and we were treated like crap. This was our go to place to stop on our way home from Ft. Bragg every year because our town no longer has a Burger King but guess we will be skipping from now on. The owners of this Burger King really need to check out what is going on at this restaurant because if this continues we will not be the only ones who never return! read more

I will Not be going there anymore. Went through the drive through, (only one in there, ordered some drinks got them went to put the straw in them before we took off in our car. The man or kid behind the window, said that his timer went off and we must move very rude. His demeanor didn't smile didn't say it pleasantly so we had to drive to out of ways to put our straws in our drink. Called the company to report this and they said oh we don't need to give you our names. I was talking to a manager will pass this on. Our local Burger King has recently undergone an upgrade to bring it to the 21st century. This one is definitely pristine in its looks and is very inviting. The staff is attentive and things came out the way they were supposed to warm and perfect. I tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper, very interesting and flavorful. read more

Stopped in to grab breakfast on our way up the coast. It's not right off the 101 but kinda parallel and you can just hop on the same road and keep going to get back on the highway. Anyways I had a coupon. And I just handed it to the cashier and he rang me up. I did sub the coffee with OJ. I went to use the restroom and the food was ready when I came out. Super fast. We also got two sausage croissants and two hash browns. The hash browns were undercooked, def not fried enough. The croissant was solid. BK always has my fav fast food breakfasts. read more

Impressive and excellent service! Stopped for food along the way to Fort Bragg, CA and was impressed by the surprisingly quick service time with approximately 20 seconds from ordering to my order being ready! The cashier was super friendly and helpful, however the restaurant wasn't that busy when we stopped. read more

Have watched this Burger King go downhill more and more over the years. The remodel makes the restaurant look better, but the inside is still pretty bad with customer service and hearing/processing orders correctly. Some of the younger ones working there have horrible attitudes and are not trained well. The older woman knows more, but has an inappropriate attitude sometimes too. Before writing this, I had to ask the kid working there if I could get the full 8 mozarella sticks I paid for instead of the six they put in that were barely warm. There was nothing advertised that fit the .37 whopper was only available they the app. When I went to call the phone number they gave at the drive thru, it's a fax machine number. I stood at the counter and the 2 employees that were talking when I went into the restroom were still talking when I came to the order counter, they continued talking without acknowledging me there. A big dirty filter was on the counter so I thought maybe something broke down. "are you open"? yeh", she goes back to talking! I think maybe they aren't counter servers and the one to help me doesn't know a customer is waiting so I look into the kitchen and no one else is visible. One of the conversants comes my way and looks at me with out speaking and I said, "you don't seem enthusiastic to help me and she said "I was having a conversation"! The way she spoke to me made me distrust the standards in food prep. and I told her so and started toward the Exit, The snotty sarcasm in"have a nice day" I responded with your rudeness and disrespect I hope you have a bad day then the other women suddenly became interested in me and said I'm not a customer so leave, I asked for the store number and she printed a slip and said if I don't leave she'll call the police!!! I've been all over the USA, CA and western Pacific at 74 years old NEVER had anything like this. I said no I'm not leaving, I'll wait for the police right here, I sat and wrote some notes and she had no name tag so I asked her name, of course she refused! I was in Willits on business and my Wife and I have eaten there 4-5 times when we're in town long ago and had no issues. I waited but time crunch and I suspected she lied about calling the police so I called Willits PD and dispatch had received no call from BK. Finally I could leave to file a formal complaint. Walked in to order a whopper with my family and they pulled one from the heating lamp, slapped some cheese on it, and proceeded to serve it to me. I ordered a spicy chicken with no tomato two bacon cheeseburgers a large sierra mist and a medium pink lemonade and they gave me a spicy chicken with tomatoes two fries and instead of it being a large sprite it was a large soda water(carbonated water). And I ended up having to pay for the extra fries even though I said I don't want them I didn't order them. We just had a great experience with the staff! The place was clean the POS was so pleasant because the cashier was nice. Additionally the manager was also so helpful. She changed the order around perfectly! My dad was having trouble with a coupon that was valid but wasn't working right. She was so nice. Both of them were. It was so clean. This burger king is really awesome. The service is typical, but the inside is really cool. They have a jukebox inside of their restaurant! I'm not sure if it actually works or if it is just for decoration, but it is really cool! If you haven't had the funnel cake yet from BK, you should try it. It is full of tasty goodness! Overall, the location is very convenient because it is right off of the 101. Great for fixing those traveling hunger pains! read more

Vacation time! After a fun day at Alcatraz in San Francisco, we headed north towards our Oregon coast destination. 3 hours later, it was time for some food and a much needed bathroom stop. Enter Willits and Burger King. For some strange reason, I consider the Whopper to be a good burger that I seem to have an irrational craving for every once in awhile. Well, to make a long story short, we stopped here. This location has had the recent corporate upgrades: Flat screen menu displays...new advertising posters...all with freshly painted walls...I did notice that the drink station was a mess.....spilled liquid was everywhere....trash bins were overflowing....doesn't enyone service this stuff?..it's not like they were terribly busy.... The service was a bit slow...the food took about 10 minutes to get ready...When it did get served up, the food was nice and hot.... I thought the Whopper was quite good...The wife had the new carolina bbq chicken sandwich...her response...meh... However, it was what I encountered in the restroom that ruined this stop for me. Everyone in our party made a pit stop and upon walking the hallway towards the door, I observed the manager in his white shirt, exiting the restroom. Fine, ok... The boss has to go sometime, right.... I went in and did my business, then proceeded to wash my hands..... WTF?!? Absolutely No Soap in the dispenser! It was at this point that my mind started to process the implications of this... There were about 4 men working at the time... They all gotta use the bathroom sometime and not one of them has the ability to wash their hands before handling food served to weary travelers! (insert gag reflex) Yeah... When in Willits, be sure to visit the Burger King that made headlines after a woman found a razor blade in her hamburger (you can Google it). It was deemed an unfortunate accident (razor blades were regularly used to clean the grill), and there were no injuries... but it happened. That said, accidents DO happen, and I never let it stop me from going here. But if you're headed south anyway, the Burger King in Ukiah has a nice vineyard view. read more

I go to the drive up at 11 am. order my burgers, and then after I pay, im told to go round front and wait for my order, what did I go thru the drive up for?, I complained they were waiting for the grill to get hot wtf. now we are an hour away from lunch and the grill is turned off. and im waiting out front for my lunch, what is wrong with this picture, when I get my burger, the bun is ice cold and way stale, I live in the area, and wont go there anymore, not even for coffee. read more
