I have fond memories of backyard type burgers being served at small grills from my youth, and the burger prepared at Burger Lounge is just like those. It has all the ingredients I regard is essential and a hamburger: a slice of tomato slice of onion and lettuce on the bottom that holds together. I also tried a 50-50 mix of onion rings and fries. Although the fries were nothing special, the onion rings were perfectly crisp and delicious. I also had a root beer float, which was just like I used to make for myself. As others have noted, for a counter serve place the service here is terrific. Several people checked on me outside while I was eating and brought me condiments on request. The burgers were overall a 3.5-4/5 they were nice I got the SOB with avocado and bacon add on. It was just a lilll dry but flavors were THERE. Now to the bad the fries were too lightly salted and no other seasonings were in there it was just a non crunchy potato... the worst were the drinks their "craft" sodas were terrible, their lavender lemonade tasted like someone ripped up grandmas flowers and through it into the lemonade... dirt and all. The tables were also pretty dirty and I had to wait a few for them to wipe after I asked if I could just have a paper towel to do it myself. So I called and it rang and someone finally picked up and put me on hold for over 5 mins. Called back it rang and a guy answered and I asked for a side of sauce and no salt on fries. Been to a different burger lounge location and was kind of hesitant on trying this one because the other one wasn't all too great, but so glad I came here! This location had an amazing staff, and the menu even seemed a bit different. I had the crispy chicken sandwich (*drool*) and my friend got the turkey burger. The crispy chicken wasn't too crispy which is perfect, and it wasn't dry AT ALL. Super juicy and the Cole slaw on top made it even tastier. My friends turkey burger was overall healthy, but tasty. If you're looking for a leaner option as opposed to the burger or crispy chicken, the turkey burger definitely doesn't disappoint. We got the side of half and half and at first I was disappointed that only like 5 onion rings were in there, but as I kept eating through those delicious fries, I found the goldmine! This just goes to show you should never give up on your dreams (lol) there were about 20 more solid onion rings at the bottom of the basket! Overall, I'd give the other location I went to another try because this one really blew my expectations! Not to mention the AMAZING service. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this location. We placed a group order for our office and within an hour of consuming the food, several of us became ill. Stomach pains, the whole nine yards. Still feeling sick two days later. I have no idea what is going on with this location but it is not quality food and it's totally unacceptable to get food poisoning from what is supposed to be a healthful place. We called the location to report it and the person we spoke with seemed disinterested and unprofessional. Didn't even offer us a refund or credit. I would expect more than "I'm sorry you experienced this" after reporting a serious issue like this. Please fix your quality control issues so you don't sicken people! read more

Usually the food comes fast but it seemed that the take out orders were filled first. After more than 15 minutes I went up to a staff person who graciously told me how busy they were but did bring our food pretty quick. If you order to eat in, make sure to ask how long the wait is.. Dear Burger Lounge, Thank you for informing your meat is from grass fed cows. I wish you had also informed me your meat would be over cooked and devoid of seasoning. When I walked in to your spot I had all the excitement and hope that I would be walking out with a great burger, As one should hope after spending $15 on a burger, fries, and a coke. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The meat had zero sear, was cooked to somewhere in between medium and medium well, (even though I ordered it medium rare after checking if they could/would), and really had very little flavor. The cheese was also "very mild," to put it lightly, even though it was an organic white cheddar which should have a little tang to it. The bun was really average. It was soft, which was nice, but not exactly a bun I will remember. On the bright side: The french fries were pretty good. They were well seasoned, cooked to the right temperature, not too oily, and had a good soft center with a crispy outside. The craft soda is good, not great. I have a weakness for craft soda, who doesn't? I prefer the Boylan's fountain at Mendocino Farms, I think theres has a little more syrup to water ratio, but this one was still good. The 2/5 review exists simply because I never wish to go back. I can name ten burgers off the top of my head that are better, and are much less expensive. The fries are crispy and lightly covered in herbs. Also the meal comes with optional sauces for the fries such as bbq and ranch. Also the ketchup is really good on the fries if all else fails . Burger is pretty good. I ordered the Classic of course. I usually like to get a basic feel for a place first! (This is also my first time so, just a little extra bonus info there.) The Classic burger has cheddar cheese, which had an ample amount of onions and pickles as well as mustard and a little ketchup. It comes with a wheat bun as well for extra added health. All and all, I'd say Burger Lounge put out a good meal and I'm glad I got to check off another burger spot on my "Burger Bucket List"! My to-go order only took about 10 or less mins as well, so it's perfect for a fast food pick-up spot. The taste of this burger highly resembles that of Fatburger. Always juicy with the edges just a bit crunchy and the buns are perfect!! Tehran fries are very flavorful and personally like their onion rings.
