Burgers taste fairly good but a bit pricy. You can usually get your food in 10-15 minutes. Floors are clean. Overhead music is TOO LOUD!!! Family and friends have brought this up and so I mentioned it to the employees on multiple occasions. They agree that it is TOO LOUD but they say the owner does not want to lower it. I ordered yesterday at 6:30 and due shabbat it said it would be ready by 7:30. So I went there and sat from 7:08 to 7:30 to pick up my order. But it was not ready yet. So asked and they said in a few minutes they are working on it. Then I saw people that came after me get their food one after another by then it was 7:45. So I got upsat and asked what is going on and after 10 more minutes they gave my order. I went home and realized that they had put the wrong burgers in the wrong labeled box, which would have been ok, if my mom wasn't allergic to jalapenos, which was supposed to be my order. This infuriated me so I called to get my money back but the employee just talked back and refused to have any customer service skills, which even bothered me even more. It's sloppy place they don't know how to run the place and have no morals. If they can't prepare food ontime after shabbat they should not open at all. read more

The menu is relatively simple - burgers, salads , fries , onion rings . I ordered a pastrami burger and it was served on a chibata type bread . Sauces come on the side . I had the onion rings and sweet potato fries and both were excellent! Cooked just right and extremely fresh . The decor lacks just simple tables and some booths . They also have outdoor seating . You order your food than receive a buzzer so you can go sit until your food is ready . I saw someone eating something that looked like nachos but it was different because they don't do real cheese . I saw they have a catering menu and the prices were reasonable . I will definitely stop by this place again . read more

The restaurant itself is always clean and bigger than many other kosher restaurants in the area, with seating available inside as well as outside. Our first time there today for lunch. I had the steak salad and I have to say it was probably one of the best steak salads I've had so far. The quality of the steak was not only juicy and tasty but also plenty of it. Many places put two strips of dry steak on top of a bed of lettuce and call it a steak salad - not this place. They are very generous and you most certainly get your money's worth. The salad was fresh and well seasoned. When my friend and I walked into the restaurant, the cashier at the front was having a discussion with a coworker - they did not break the conversation to greet us. Eventually they took our order but the cashier was not very friendly and we did not feel welcomed. I got the L.A. Burger and it was horribly UNDER SEASONED. These beef patties, onions and mushrooms have never met a single crystal of salt or dash of pepper in their lives. And to top it off, my burger was COLD. The BBQ wings were decent; nothing to sing about. So what do you do now? You've lost your burger to winter (for all your GOT fans), so you put all your hope on their large array of sauces for relief ... only to find that they're ALL WATERED DOWN and FLAVORLESS. Their thousand island sauce was 999 island short of being a good sauce. Then we headed to the fountain drinks to try and wash down this waste of calories, only to find that the ice machine has NO ICE. Perhaps they used all the ice to cool down my burger. Two stars due to very overpriced ($15 for just the burger) bland food, poor customer service and no ice. I hadn't come to LA burger bar for a while because I wasn't impressed with the food 5 ish years ago last time my family ate there.. We dined at LA Burger Bar yesterday and I was so impressed with the food. My family and friends, total of 8 people all left feeling so satisfied, well fed, and enjoyed all of our food. The portions were generous, the flavors great, and everything tasted hot, fresh and presentable. I ordered a Cobb salad and only was able to eat 1/3 before I was full- the portion was so generous. She wouldn't help explain items unless you pressed the issue and when she did explain it was a chore and every other second she would pester with "are you ready yet?" By far the worst representative for a restaurant I've encountered in months. Her behavior completely negated any positive work by the cook staff. The owners should sit her down and make sure she understands her attitude and behavior directly impact sales and service. We come early, before all the teenager usually coming, and found a table easily. While waiting to our food almost 50 min, 2 drunk persons sit close to me and my young kids, start screaming and cursing , all the restaurant staring at them I asked the 2 girls behind the counter to do something about that because my kids were scared of their behavior but they did not do nothing. At the end 1 of the drunk person took his salad plate and throw it on the girl behind the counter Everyone were in shock. I don't understand where the owner are, they let everyone in Girls entering in a group to the bathroom , teenager making terrible noise , and crazy people celebrating there. One of the customers came in with 4 of his grandkids and he changed his grandchild's diaper on the leader chair in the middle of the restaurant. I was horrified. We were sitting just a few steps away from them. After he finished with it, he placed the dirty diaper on the dining table.. I was like what??? Then, he threw the dirty diaper in the trash can and did not wash his hands. Non of the workers said anything to him. The place was packed with customers and no one seemed to care because they all came with kids & animals and one of the kids was butt naked. Im never ever going back to this place.
