I ate here a few year ago and I got the instant runs from their carnita fries. But I was told there was new management and the food has improved so I gave them another chance. And nope still nasty. I got the asada fries and a cheeseburger, and I will say the cheeseburger was the only thing I thought was good but those fries were yucky! The fries themselves weren't cooked properly, the meat tasted like the prepackaged ready to eat steak you buy in the deli section at a store. The topping were just not necessary. Like the lettuce just made it all taste worst!! And when I asked for a total of three salsa the lady gave me attitude and said they're 40 cents each And that they didn't really need salsa. But I got them anyways, and when I saw the size of the salsa as I was irritated because they're extremely small! And they didn't even taste good Either. Overall not worth it. I ended up throwing them in the trash. No one in my house liked them. You guys really need to redo that item in your menu!! read more

Been waiting here for 45 minutes in drivethru for a BLT sandwich and a chicken salad with no acknowledgment that I am here in the window . The chinese lady finally comes to window with only the BLT sandwich! I asked her for my salad and she rolls her eyes and goes back to yell at her workers. She comes back and I hand her my money and she than tells me if I have another bill to give her because the one I handed her is fake! I told her it is not and she is welcome to call the police if she wants . She takes my money and hands my order By than it has almost been an hour . Cars before me and behind me had already left. There has been other times that I have gone and left because no one answers the drive thru window. Other people I have talked to and seen have done the same thing where they leave because no one is taking there order! Have better customer service please ! I was in the mood for a burger. I ordered the San Francisco Burger and it was DELICIOUS. It was a good size, perfectly cooked, and the extras on it were generous. Service was friendly and quick. Amazing junk food! Huge menu even includes some 50s classics like seafood combinations with the big shrimps, mexican food, and a little asian food for white rice addicts. There's way too many fries in the combos, enough for 2 meals. And for professional french fry eaters like myself they have the little paper cups and the big pump catchup dispenser (plus they give you the annoying packets also). The french fries actually beat Paul's Place down the corner due to the slightly better taste of the oil. The size matches there, they aren't the tiny McFries. Although, I did see about 15% refries (a french fry sin). For a lighter faire, try the salad with blue cheese dressing, on which they pile shredded cheese. read more

If you like French fries, this is where I'd go. I love their breakfast there. I always get the Ham & Eggs with French fries instead of hash browns. The breakfast burritos are good too, and very fulfilling. For lunch, I'll either get the Steak Sandwich or Hamburger (both with French fries of course). For dinner, I'll get the Shrimp dinner with French fries, lol. The only thing that sucks, is that when they get real busy, it takes a little longer to get your food. We come here all the time. Burgers taste great. Love the pastrami burrito. Loaded with pastrami cheese and pickle. Yummy. The fishermans combo is good too. They give large serving of fries, zucchini or onion rings. One order can serve 2 people. The inside is clean but out dated. I wish the restroom was inside. Drive thru service is sloww. They did a remodel (which didn't really make it look any different) and along with the fresh paint they increase the price of their food. I will no longer be going there. This is a great place to eat. My husband and I come here from southgate every now and then when we have a chance. My husband always gets the teriyaki chicken and my daughter loves the chili cheese fries she loves.the amount of cheese they put and the rich spicy favor of the chili. I enjoy the chicken salad it's always fresh and they also add musshrooms and bell peppers it's not plain like any other restaurants. Ok. It's been a while since I have had burger town. There was a time when my brother and sister lived with my mom and I lived with my dad. If I had crappy cross meet, my mom would take me to burger town and get a burger and onion rings to make the day better. She would also bring BT to my bro and sis and they loved it. So anytime my mom ventured to Fullerton she would have to bring back Burger Town to Los Alamitos. Seriously they have some pretty good onion rings. Really its like any other burger joint. On 10/3/15 I went to Burgertown where I have gone for many years and enjoyed their food. This past year, the service has slowly gone down with people not showing up to the drive through and poor customer service. On this particular day, I was ordering a bacon breakfast and an omelet, items that I wouldn't think would take long to make, I was wrong. Once I made it to the cashier and paid, I waited for my order. After 15 minutes of waiting the cashier told me to pull up. As I did, I noticed that the order for the people behind me was ready. They got their food and left. This happened two more times! Somehow three other orders were ready before mine, which took 5 minutes to get their food. I waited a total of TWENTY MINUTES to get my food from the drive through. Fast food is label led fast food for a reason. I would have liked a reason for the tardiness but none was given. I do not recommend going to this establishment due to the poor customer service and slow service. If you have 2 hours to kill to eat, feel free to waste them here. If they improve there drive through service, I will be willing to give it another change, not before. read more

This was my first time here. They remodeled the restaurant. It looks nice. The menu board is really large and easy to read. I liked that. The restaurant is clean and service was good. A little more hometown warmth wouldn't hurt, this isn't McDonalds. Your business is going to depend on a little more personal warmth, something the chains don't do except for In N Out and farmer Boys. I had the Denver omelet. Fortunately I noticed from the picture on the menu that it comes covered with cheese. I've never seen that and asked them to hold the cheese. It still had cheese in it. I agree that is personal taste and next time I will try something else. The hash browns tasted home made but were undercooked. The breakfast with coffee came to slightly over $12.00. I think that's high for a fast food place. I could go to a full-on sit down restaurant for that. The coffee is self service and off to the side by the soda. They didn't mentioned that so I sat at my table waiting for coffee. I got up after 5 minutes or so and asked and they told me where it is. I think coffee off to the side and self service is not the best way to go. Here's why: by handing me the coffee and coming to the table to refill. they create a bond with their customers. That says we are more than just fast food like McDonalds. We care about you. This is important if you are an independent. Otherwise I can pay $6.00 and go to McDonalds. We can debate the food. Farmer Boys comes around every 10 minutes or so and refills the coffee. That's a really nice touch when you are sitting at a table with others, not having to get up. Heard it was under new management so went back to try the breakfast burrito and it was so good! Most breakfast burritos are packed with so much potato but the bacon, egg, potato was good! They give a green salsa that is given with ranch when you order a breakfast burrito but it's not that good. I ended up using hot sauce when I got back home with ranch. Also, ask for extra ranch if you order more than one burrito because they only give you 1 container. Overall, good experience and I would go back. read more
