My boyfriend took us here since he really likes this place and wanted to show it to me. We came for a late lunch and there was plenty of seating available, although parking was a little tough. We were seated at a booth and ordered pretty quickly. We started with some chips and salsa and I also got a horchata to drink. My boyfriend got a Mexican Coke. The chips and salsa tasted fresh and I loved my horchata. Service was quick and we had no issues our entire meal. The interior is nothing to write home about, but hole in the wall restaurants have a uniqueness that I actually enjoy. For our entree my boyfriend was raving about their shrimp tacos so I got one of those and I also got one fish taco. He was right, the shrimp tacos were amazing. They aren't just any old shrimp taco, they also had a cheese and rice mixture at the bottom which made it more filling, delicious and complimented the shrimp well. My fish taco on the other hand wasn't that great It was actually pretty bland and there was too much cabbage in my opinion. I think next time I'll just get the shrimp tacos, you can't go wrong with those here.

The service was great very chill..:I didn't get the opportunity to ask the kind woman Her name but she refilled drinks and cleaned up after us everytime my brothers killed there plates!!! It's great memory and I probably would stick to that dish the next time we come here!!! Thank you Mariscos Clemente for the delicious meal and wonderful service!!!

Food was so good and fresh. I had the octopus cooked in butter which definitely delicious. Some people aren't too fond of octopus (like my family), but if you like octopus and love that texture, I think dish is well worth it. Let me get to the micheladas. I don't know what they did, or how they made their miches, but it was bomb af. Blend it in with a cold cerveza, and you got one of the better micheladas I've ever had. This is definitely a must if you're Mariscos kind of person. I highly recommend it. It's a little small, but it's worth the wait if it's a full house.

Last weekend, I tried their campechana. I never order a campechana anywhere period, but last weekend I felt like having one and the only place I trust that will be good and because my dad always gets it, it's here. I am only speaking for the tostada mixta, as this food item WAS my go to. It had been about a year since I last had purchased this this tostada. I always remembered it as being hardy, and worth it (20bucks). However, I had it yesterday after ignoring my familys advice of not buying it because they added, that they are cutting corners and adding more veggies and imitation crab meat than shrimp and octupus. And my family was correct, they have now added more more veggies and imitation crab meat than shrimp and octupus. They have raised the price on it which is acceptable due to inflation. However it would still be worth the purchase is they had kept the quality/hardiness. Its unfortunate, but they have lost me as a customer. For 23 bucks I rather buy sea food somewhere else.

My second time being here. Came in with the guys for a Friday lunch. Service here is very friendly and attentive, waitress was really on top of things. Ambience is really nice, plenty of seating, wall decor is awesome, tvs in a few walls. Food was excellent! read more

I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, and even after moving away from Fullerton, I brought my sons back today to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a dishonest billing practice. I was charged a $110 total that already included a gratuity, yet the server added an additional $30 tip for herself without my consent. This is shady and unprofessional. While I'm not going to make a scene this time, I will not be returning. Check your receipts carefully before you leave. read more

Came here with 5 of my Church homies and I gotta say it's a nice little joint! The dish I got was a Vuelve A La Vida and it was filled with the brim with seafood!!!it comes with assorted seafood and it was flavorful and really fresh I enjoyed every bite and I added lemon and Tapatio and another hot sauce to really ramp up the heat!!! This is THE SPOT! I've tried several dishes & they have all been a hit. My faves are the tostada combinada, camarones al mojo de ajo & a la diabla, & the carne asada torta. I've never had a better torta. We moved to Corona two years ago, so I don't come as often. Today I had dinner there & I got to see Jazmin, who's been a sever here for 30 years. Jazmin is a fantastic server. I've sat in the same both for over 12 years. This is a special spot. I miss it. I wish I could bring Mariscos Clemente with me to Corona. read more

I've been coming here for years and it's been the same delicious quality through out the years. I usually go for the cocteles or sopas. Whenever I grab the oysters there's no stopping this young bull This place is a staple in the community and it makes it super easy for our family to grab some great fresh seafood. This restaurant is very clean and the service and atmosphere was exceptional! Kevin was our server and he was great and had a very warming and welcoming smile. I ordered the shrimp (camarones a la diabla) diabla, it so so tasty and made with FRESH ingredients, it was simply delicious, the homemade chips and salsa were so so good, we asked for more. My cousin got the aguachiles and I got the camarones rancheros. First off the chips are bomb like others say on here. The salsa is good it goes well with the chips. The aguachiles were pretty spicy and tasty. The camarones rancheros were also really good although the plate only came with about 6. The rice was fine but since it was swimming in the ranchera sauce it tasted even better. The service was great the lady was very friendly. We got there close to closing so it wasn't busy on a Thursday night and the place was clean with cute like decor. I would wanna try other stuff before giving it another star so I'll def be back. Alot of flavors going on here. I had the fish tacos, ceviche tostada and shrimp cocktail. It was decent. Everything tasted pretty good. Only wish they offered beans for some of the dishes as they had rice. I thought the fish tacos were breaded but they were grilled. Overall it was good. Definitely my favorite spot to go when it comes to seafood even though it's a little hole in the wall. This place is amazing food it's really really good server. It's really attempted quick and efficient and the place is nicely The items I usually order are tacos aka diabla and a shrimp cocktail. Oysters plants I really good there too even though this place it's kind of small. It tends to get busy pretty quick. Definitely recommend trying their lunch. Specials. Are a little bit smaller but qualities just as good. read more

So delicious and fresh made shrimp cocktail, the ceviche tostadas are packed too. I usually only pickup from here and have not eaten inside but it looks good, nice and clean and when they pack up the to go orders they are always correct and give you everything you need. read more

Este lugar por 25 años era mi favorito por las tostadas de Játiva con camarón en el menú tienen que las tostadas valen 11.99 pero no es así por que cuestan 19,99 y aparte si te descuidas te venden una tostada sencilla no combinada por 19.99 cuando antes era 9.99 con toda pena vayan y chingen a su puta madre la Jaiba sabe horrible no la misma de antes entiendo que las cosas suben de precio pero por lo menos mantengan la misma calidad acaban de perder a una familia entera por sus mamadas ala V clementes read more

Food is good though I didn't care much for their stews. They serve great chips and salsa, chips made frequently for a fresh and delicious taste. The service is good, but the public bathroom was a disaster. I had to take a photo to remind staff that public restrooms need frequent attention. read more

Have been to this restaurant many times, and food is always consistent! Came visit to the restaurant last week, and ordered my favorite Grilled Escargot with Garlic Butter and Peppercorn, Grilled Scallops with Cheese, and my all-time favorite Chilean Sea Bass hot pot! The grilled escargots are a must-have when visiting this place! These are perfectly grilled with rich garlic butter for sweetness, and with a slight kick of spiciness from the peppercorn. Don't forget to also dip the escargot meat with black pepper and a few squeeze of fresh lime juice! If you like melted cheese, then the grilled scallops with cheese would be the perfect match. Each scallop is covered melted cheese and comes sizzling on a hot plate when ordered! Last but certainly not least, my favorite dish of this restaurant is the Chilean Sea Bass hot pot. The order comes with your own tabletop gas stove, along with a hot pot filled with a tom yum like sour soup base. For ingredients, it also includes a plate with slices of pineapple, quarter cut fresh tomato slices, fresh bean sprouts, rice noodles, and a full plate of large pieces of Chilean Sea Bass. Just put all the ingredients in the hot pot and let it cook for 5-10mins on high, I promise you it is one of the best soups you will ever have! Service is good as always. This place always seems to be busy, so you may have to be on the waitlist during certain business hours (eg holidays, prime dinner time, etc). Parking wise, the restaurant is located in a busy plaza, and so you may have to drive around a few times before finding an open spot. However as I said earlier, it's worth the wait. I don't really want to write this review because I want to keep this place to myself. But that's just selfish. My new years resolution was to be a little more giving so here you are. Even if you do not like seafood and you hate mexican food, you will fall in love with mariscos clemente. The paintings on the wall, although well done... tacky. It's tucked away in smallest shopping center you've ever seen in your life with crappy parking. But the food is beyond amazing. I've been to other mariscos restaurants when I wanted some mexican seafood but wasn't in the area but absolutely none of them compare in flavor with this one. The fried fish is huge, and daunting. You won't think you'll be able to finish it. After one bite, then the next, and the next, you'll realize you've destroyed it all rather quickly. But my heart is with the 7 seas cold soup. Just dump a bunch of lime and hot sauce and you're good to go! read more

Ah...The Campechana and deep fried white fish is what I always order. I'm telling you. This Campechana is awesome. The jumbo shrimp, octopus, oyster, and abalone are incredible, NOT RUBBERY. They always put enough saltines, limes, and Tapatio hot sauce when I order too. The tomato base is like none other. With its flavor of sweet, spicy, and lemon(y), I can eat the largest of Campechana with no hesitation at this place. They're local and close to everything off Orangethorp. Who cares about Customer service! The food makes up for it. I love it! read more

Chips are restaurant made, red salsa not so good, service kinda slow, michelada I ordered made with v8 juice, saltine crackers are good, shrimp coctel I ordered needed help,I had to add more lime and tapatio, salsa habanera to make it eat able, aguachiles are good, better than the shrimp coctel that's for sure. I been coming to Clementes for a long time and one of my favorites here is the bacon wrap shrimp! Every bite is delicious! The rice is good and the chips and salsa tasty! Service was fast and accurate the freshly made lemonade was also very good! The wife had a shrimp cocktail and it was excellent it was full of shrimp and it's a very good mix with the cucumber and and onion and cilantro that comes with it! If you want good seafood in this side of Fullerton give it a try! read more
