We decided to stop in for lunch when we went to REI and Nordstrom Rack. I wasn't expecting much but it was wonderful! I had the double burger lettuce wrapped and my kid had the single burger with cheese sauce on it. She loved it and she is picky. The fries and cries was a huge serving. We got the topper with the garlic aioli with Parmesan cheese. The onion rings were huge! Three of them were almost a whole onion amount! And the beading was light but crisp. My family chose to have dinner here before a movie. We have always loved the burgers, shakes and beer. We had a horrible experience on this Sunday evening.We arrived at 5:58 and their website said they close at 7 pm. We ordered our meals but they wouldn't serve shakes or beer because they're "closed". No sign on door and they didn't mention that as we ordered. We asked nicely, but "no, we're closed ". They gave us our food in to-go bags, but we had no where to eat our meal. There were other guests complaining about the rude behavior of employees. We all sat down to eat at a table, and the employees kept turning the lights on and off. Food is really good but they are ruining the experience with poorly managed app updates. A few months ago I could only get it to work by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. They sent cryptic and incomplete info by email about changes. If you are going to mix up your order at all, I highly recommend ordering online. Last night I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, green-style, with jalapenos. I got a bacon cheese burger, on a bun, with no jalapenos. I know, I know I should've gone back in. But I was running late for a movie and I didn't have the time to wait another 15 minutes, so I just ate it. (and it was good!) I've never had a problem like this while ordering online. They lost our order during a rush and we asked once and they said they were working on it and that they had a lot of orders then we asked again at about the hour mark and they realized they lost it or gave it to the wrong person. BurgerFi is a great stop if you are GF, dairy free, and egg free. If you have cross contamination issues, I don't know their ability to meet your needs. Staff were friendly and patient as I placed my order and asked questions. Peanut oil is used in the kitchen, and you can look up the allergen menu from google. I was able to get a burger with avocado, super crispy bacon, grilled onions, and grilled mushrooms wrapped in lettuce and it was flavorful. The fries were good. The only thing I would ask is that sweet potato fries be added to the menu as an alternative to white potatoes. My boyfriend had his burger full of gluten, dairy, and egg and he enjoyed it, but found it to be soggy from too. But he enjoyed it as a place we could go out when we are running errands. read more

This is the closest thing to In N Out in Alaska. I am not sure why people are complaining about the price of these burgers. Yes, they are smaller than your usual burger, but they are also delicious. So why not spend a few extra dollars for a good burger? Unami Burger in the lower 48 serves even tinier and more expensive burgers! But people still pay for it because it's good! The patties are well seasoned and cooked perfect. Be sure to order a side of fries with your burger! Love how you are able to sub the buns for lettuce, just like In N Out! When you order and pay for your food, you're immediately asked to provide a tip. This would lead a person to believe service is being provided. If the customer pours their own drink, collects their own food and serves themselves and then cleans up after they leave, there is no service provided. Why are you asking people for a tip? Won't be back again. I knew the prices were a bit outlandish but i decided to give it another try. First, the staff seemed more concerned with take out orders versus those in line. There was only 8-10 customers in the lobby but I thought, cool, at least it will be piping hot. Not so fast. The fries were luke warm at best. Not only was the food DELICIOUS but given it's Covid, they took extra precautions to keep everything safe, clean, & easy to pick up and go. My only complaint is that they charge you to lettuce-wrap your burger. It's not a choice, it's an allergy. I can understand charging for a gluten-free bun but this is the only place I've ever been charged to lettuce-wrap something. The restaurant looks nice and the staff at the counter were very friendly. As far as the food goes it left a lot to be desired. The CEO burger just didn't really do it for me. The meat had a somewhat plain taste(might be due for some charring), and the candied bacon sauce mix on top was meh at best. The fries weren't bad and you get a fair amount in the basket. Overall it was just "ok", not really the type of place I'd seek out for a burger when you stack it up against places like Shake Shack, Five Guys, etc. read more
