This was a regular Jersey Mikes located along Woolbright and Congress Ave. It is next to the Jupiter Donuts. The workers were friendly. One person got the #14 Vegetarian sub. If you look up the nutritional information for a regular size it is 920 calories. For the punch, I would go with something different. I posted two pictures of the current menu. read more

Probably my favorite jersey mikes location in south Florida. With that said, this is for the manager: Guy on cashier yesterday literally had his fingers in his mouth while you had at least 10 people on line, taking cash in bare hands and then touching every sandosch(already wrapped) and bag of chips while going back to the next persons cash, fingers back into his mouth and on to bagging the next customers meal. This is disgusting. He should wash his hands, and the person handling cash should not be touching everyone's food. I'm sure your protocol is stricter than this. read more

Straight foward and friendly quick service. Crispy bacon pile on their back counter always makes me happy! Their seating area isn't always the cleanest, but guess depends at what time you get there: lunch rush or afterwards. They do have some outdoor seating and jupiter doughnuts is next door to intrigue your sweet tooth. My wife and I have ordered from this location once in the past. It was fine but the bread was wrong. However we ordered two subs tonight that were expected to be done by 8:30. I arrived at 8:30 and had to wait...no big deal. However as I watched one employee make my wife's sub I could understand why there was a wait. He was more interested in talking to one of the other employees. Again, not a huge deal. What was a big deal was when he finished making the sub and walked away with it exposed. It sat there for about 5 minutes before one of the more responsible employees asked if someone was going to wrap it up (he was making my hot sub and answered the phone while the other staff members said they weren't because they didn't answer the phone after 8:30...it was 8:28 and probably the reason the gentleman making my sub answered). No one wrapped it for another few minutes as the one employee was moving very slow. I was told it would be another few minutes for my sub. No big deal. Finally, wrapped everything up and got home. The experience eating the subs was worse than the experience at the store. My wife opened her sub. Again, we got the wrong bread. Not the biggest deal but kind of annoying. However, when she picked up her sub the bottom half was soaking wet like it had been laying in water. Both halves were substantially wet. She decided to make do and use two tops and throw out the other half of her sub. Again, I wish that was the worst of it. I opened my sub (which was $20) and I also didn't get the correct bread. Maybe this location doesn't carry it but it would be nice if someone mentioned it either time that we went. After my third bite I felt something in my sandwich and pulled out a long hair. Obviously, both my wife and I were done. I can't blame the guy that made my sub as he had short hair and to be honest seemed like the only good employee that carried about his job. So even if it was his hair that's really out of his control. The guy that made my wife's sub and left it sitting while he talked to his friend had gone to the grill and helped wrap up my sandwich after it was cooked so I think he was the culprit. He also pulled his mask down on several occasions. Extremely long wait. Employees that don't seem to care (except the one). Wrong bread for both subs. Wet bread. And hair in a sub. As bad of an experience as you can draw up. I tried to call and discuss this with them but as I mentioned they were celebrating not having to answer the phone at 8:28 so no one answered. Previous times they would still be very soggy and gooey bu the time we got home. This time I followed up with a phone call and spoke with Corbin and he made our subs to perfection. I went to get dinner for my husband and I last night 01/01/2021.The store was immaculate.They're were to younger girls working behind the counter they made me feel very welcome into the store from beginning to end they had the most positive attitudes. The subs here are great, but that is Jersey Mike's. They use fresh ingredients and cut the meat for each order. I always get the works... I think it is the #9 with bacon and extra mayo! What I have to say about this particular Jersey Mikes is that the guys are exceptionally nice and professional. I will go out of my way to go here versus other sub shops and the other jersey Mikes in Delray. I am not sure if this is a family business at this particular location, but it sure is run like one. My usual Wednesday spot...I love the #7 (turkey and provolone) and it's the "meal deal" on Wednesday. For the uninitiated, these guys cut all their meats and cheeses to order for every sandwich and they pile it on. I always get my bang-for-the-buck here. Bacon - now I have your attention. Our go-to place for freshly prepared subs and subs in a tub (robust salad made to order). This time, Sept 30, it was a full and tasty meat ball sub they do so well. All three associates engaged with me authentically while I waited a few minutes for the food to be assembled. Hot and ready to eat by the time I got home, about 16 minutes later in north Delray Beach FL Thanks "guys" and "gals" for making feel at home, appreciated, and well taken care of. We'll be back especially on those occasions when we need hearty food to eat while we prepare a crock pot meal for later. I eat here often and love the fresh cut meat and cheese. I've been a repeat customer for years. The cash register went out today and put all the employees in a frenzy. I recommend teaching a few how to write manual receipts and make change from cash. Teach them the basics of running a register with no electricity. Right now I claim to have three favorite sub places, LaSpada's, Lenny's, and Jersey Mike's. Lenny's and Jersey Mike's build very similar subs. All three make your sub as you stand in line. Slicing all the meats and cheese fresh; right before your eyes. I like all three, but lately my pointer has been aimed at Jersey Mike's. There's just something in their sub that gets my taste buds jumping. My favorite at all three is the typical Italian sub. Large and on a white sub roll. Italian sub purists will tell you that you NEVER put mayo on an Italian and I lived with that mantra for fifty years. Then one day, by accident, I bit into a sub that had some mayo and the flavor exploded in my mouth. Now I get it about half the time. Along with a little mustard, lettuce, tomato, onions, peppers, meat and cheese. Then topped off with some Italian seasoning, oil and vinegar. The soft roll; the slight crunch of the veggies; the mixture of tastes rolling across my tongue all at the same time. Jersey Mike's makes a whole bunch of different subs but I almost always get the Italian. Just between you and me, I have been thinking about a ham and cheese............... There are plenty of locations to go around all over the South Florida Scene, but if you're ever in the Woolbright Road location in Boynton, tell them I sent you! read more

These subs are REAL Jersey subs. When you walk in the door, the aroma of fresh bread, and good oil and vinegar for the Italian sub, greets you. I'm from NJ and this place brings back that "welcome back" feeling. All the meats are good quality, freshly sliced to order, as are the cheeses, just the way it's done back home. None of that pre sliced low qual meat sitting in a plastic container at Jersey Mikes. The onions are sweet and the red wine vinegar is way above the watered down version most other places use. I've been eating at Jersey Mikes for over 11 years, mostly this location, but I have found other locations to have the same high quality and friendly service. read more
