I never eat burgers and I was in the mood for a burger fi burger which I have had at another location, and their fries which I love. I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was disgusting. A flat piece of meat about 1/6 th of an inch with a piece of wilted lettuce, and a few grilled onions. The fries were soggy fries. I was so disappointed and I'll never order from that location again. read more

The facility is very unkept and messy. The tables were dirty, the soda dispenser was sticky, the condiment station was filthy, I don't think the health department would pass them just a visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the restaurant. We rarely eat burgers but one Saturday my husband was craving one so we tried BurgerFi, and it was satisfying! Their burgers taste fresh and aren't too big, which I like. I got the BurgerFi which is just one meat patty, and my husband got the CEO and said it was yummy! I think their fries are good, I know some people haven't liked them. But they taste like hand cut fries that I grew up eating. We also tried their onion rings and they are just okay. They are big but thin and mostly breading. With myriad issues on the corporate level at BurgerFi, including the acquisition of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, the company appears to have lost its vision. Nowhere is this more clear than it is non-franchised eateries, where poor service, inefficient management and a decline in its once exceptional food qualities has been seen in multiple locations, most recently its Linton Blvd., location in Delray Beach. How far has BurgerFi fell? A Dec. 26 Chili's To Go experience was superior, with friendly employees offering better quality food in a timely manner at a fair price. BurgerFi restaurants are plagued with poor management, untrained FOH staff, and orders originating from the BurgerFi app, the counter and delivery services. This has made wait times exceedingly long. More urgently, the once unsurpassed quality of BurgerFi's menu items has deteriorated over the past few months. As such, I now jokingly refer to this chain as "BurgerFail," now including Anthony's Burnt Pizza in the family. If investors seek a good fast-casual chain to buy stock in, this would not be the choice. If diners seek a good fast-casual chain to grab a burger, there is Steak and Shake, The Habit and Five Guys all on the same block. read more

Absolutely terrible service. This location turned away paying customers during business hours. Would not take multiple families orders due to too much effort to put the order together. When I say turned away, this individual would literally not take our order because the time to put together one milkshake would inconvenience them. On a Sunday they have 2 people working total. Order took 30 plus minutes. 2 people in front of me canceled and got their money back. The two women working both came out and apologized said they were new. They had no idea what they were doing. All four of the BurgerFis in this area serve top notch burgers and fries. Their whole menu is delicious. Their new spicy chicken is outstanding if you like some heat. Try putting a scoop of custard in an IPA for a tasty adult dessert. read more

Ordered online for curbside pickup. This is my first time ever eating at this restaurant. The directions stated once I had arrived at the restaurant to click "I've arrived" so the staff will know to come out with my food. So I did that. And waited. And waited. And waited. 20 minutes after the estimated time the food was supposed to be ready by, I called them. Turns out they don't look at the tablet where the notifications of "I've arrived" appear. When I asked how were they supposed to know once I've arrived the worker just stumbled over their words without a legitimate answer ... Of course my food had been sitting inside the whole time getting cold and was 0% warm when I got it. Thankfully they did give me fresh food, but still messed it up. I had ordered truffle fries and got regular fries. Unfortunately I did not notice until I was already home. Fries were very soggy, burger was bland. Will NOT be eating at this place again. read more
