This is an update on my last visit. Couple things: 1. The staff was out of this world. It's in the details. Totally not impressed! Burgers had no flavor whatsoever. Even considering they had so much toppings. How does that even happen?!? Had the CEO burger with mushrooms. Requested that they put the bacon and tomato jam on the side and they disregard that request because when I got my burger is was on the burger. Also tried the breakfast burger and hot dog Texas style...meh. Do not order the onion rings. Horrible!!!! How does an onion with breading taste flavorless. Loved the Quinoa burger at BurgerFi Hallendale Beach. I had it on lettuce instead of the bun and it was great. I added grilled onions but it didn't really need them. The grilled texture made it taste like eating a burger. Stefan was great at making recommendations and introducing me to BurgerFi. I can't wait to go back! read more

I read many of the negative reviews on service but I wanted to try BurgerFi anyway. I liked it. I stopped in around noon on July 30 and the young lady taking my order could not have been nicer, more welcoming or helpful with the menu. She was awesome. The burger and fry options are great. Highly customizable. I got a double cheeseburger with bacon and toppings and it was good. Salt and vinegar fries were great. The dining area is modern, clean and comfortable. I would put the food on par with Five Guys but the dining experience is much better at BurgerFi. read more

Horrible experience. I ordered three burgers online. I ordered one of three burgers without sauce. When I went to pick up the order, I asked the gentleman at the counter which of the burgers was the one without sauce since it wasn't marked. The gentlemen said that I had to open them all to tell. I asked, "what am I looking for?" He said, "look for orange sauce" and I opened them and couldn't tell. He then opened them and touched them all to find it. I said, "it would be nice to mark them so we can tell the difference and wouldn't have to go touching them all." He responded, "a five year old could do it and you look like 60." I then said, "if you could make it easy for your customers, you wouldn't have to touch the food." He reacted by saying, "you shouldn't come in again then." I walked out and then he followed me outside of your restaurant and yelled, "thank you and don't come back." He seemed to be the guy in charge. This is outrageous behavior and unprofessional. I finally tried this place for the first time and had the CEO. I was sincerely underwhelmed because it barely had any of the tomato jam on it, so it was just 2 patties and cheese. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger and enjoyed it. There's still a burger on the menu that I'd like to try, so if he's willing to treat I'll give it another chance. With that being said, I received amazingly great service from Crystal. She was great from the beginning and came by to check on us at the end and made every effort to ensure that we left happy. Been to this place two times and experienced same thing each time. First, the food is OK, not the best, certainly not Five Guys quality. My complanit is the lazy, fat, disrespectful counter help. They work like are paid to move slow. No friendly greeting, in fact no greeting at all. I am from NJ, and this type of service would never be tolerated there. First time visiting this restaurant. Walked by on my way to Panera and saw the hand cut fries and I had to stop. What a fabulous tasting burger and the fries were like home. I ordered a regular fries and it was huge! I don't know if they have a smaller size. I couldn't finish them even though they were perfect. The meat is very good. Well where should I start, this place used to have great service and food! Now the service sux so bad that this kid can't even get my order right after I told home once on the phone and twice when paying I get home and it's all messed up!
