I was very exited to eat here with my boyfriend... First off, we go on a week night which is kind of slow... The whole staff was messing around, which we didn't mind, but they were yelling over us to say bye to other staff members extremely loud. Normally this place is good. Today, service is terrible. 1. Place is packed with line to the door and they have only one register open. Waited in line 20 minutes to place order 2. After waiting in line 20 minutes told they aren't taking credit cards today. My friend and I had to reduce our order to fit the cash we had on hand. If they had told us when we got in line we could have planned, gotten cash, or gone elsewhere. 3. I asked why they didn't tell us ahead, cashier (Saufia, per the receipt), rolled eyes and said "oops" sarcastically. The cashier needs to be friendlier. She did not even say thank you. People sweeping the floor should NOT be handling the food. This cashier asked the woman that was sweeping the floor to help us serve two chocolate custard. Well, she left the broom and dust pan aside and went to the back to serve us without gloves. My most recent experience here was a nightmare. This location needs a visit from their GM because I cant imagine how someone would even want to eat here much less even work here. I ordered a relatively large order online and went in to pick up. They had no idea what my orders were nor how to find them. This was a lot of a disappointment honestly there was a few things that did not make it a good visit. There was no A/C and it's pretty hot out today so that made it difficult to enjoy any meal. I will admit the portions where hefty and decent size however the cup size is not ideal for you to properly enjoy a meal unless your ok with drinking only 8oz of soda and being charged $3 for it now mind you there are free refills but having to get up 2-3 times to get a refill is not pleasant. Now the burger, for me burgers are life and can be done so many different ways and that is the beauty of them but this I got about half way through it and could not because it was large but just because it was not good at all it had no flavor and felt like over Cooked meatloaf with the texture mind you. The best thing was the onion rings. For me even if a burger is not great I will at least finish it but this was bad and I only ate half. When I receive the food I order here it is simply adequate. The concept is great: green, sustainable, organic.. cool. When given the choice between here and local competitor Five Guys, I choose here based on that despite their food not being as tasty and their servings not being as generous for a very similar product. My past two experiences here were, as stated, adequate. This time however was a hardship. It began with approaching the cashier/order area at around shortly after 9:30pm, not long before closing. The cashier, rather than simply greeting me and allowing me to take my time in digesting their menu, begins prodding me with questions and telling me his personal favorite: a half veggie burger, half beef burger. I'm not interested. It's not his fault either, this is an annoying thing that restaurants encourage their staff to do. I don't go out to eat to learn about my server's aesthetics. I'm an adult capable of making decisions based on what I know I like. Fair enough? Ok. Not a big deal. Moving on.. I place an order for a cheeseburger with bacon and fries with a side of cheese and two fountain drinks to-go. I'm asked my name. Another unnecessary practice that is one of the stumbling blocks in what eventually goes completely wrong here. I get it, calling people by their names intimates the experience, plays along with their boutiquey marketing angle. It does nothing for me. When Starbucks, the absolute opposite of boutique began implementing this practice a decade ago I always gave them fake names. As often as I shop locally to my home, I'm not a first name basis with any of my cashiers. We're just not tight like that. This isn't a small town and this isn't a mom and pop business. Let's drop the facade please. Sitting and waiting for my order... 15 minutes pass about. They call what sounds like my name. I say "yes?" within ear shot, sitting at the table closest to the cashier. No acknowledgment, the cashier jogs out from behind the counter and out towards the parking lot with a to-go bag. He returns. About 10 more minutes pass. A guest comes in to order and is told they are closed. The kitchen is being broken down. The cashier brings a tray of food over to us and says, "what's your name again?" I say my name. He explains there was a guest after me with a similar name who he believes he gave my food to. He apologizes and explains it will be a short while longer. He heads back to the counter. Another 10 minutes pass and he returns explaining they are out of bacon. I'm already skeptical about this because I know people who work in kitchens, who have broken down their kitchens, don't want to re-open their kitchens and make more food after going thru said motions. I tell him to just forget it and please give me money back. He proceeds to credit my card for the transaction and we leave empty handed after probably 30 minutes of waste and inconvenience. The problem here is not simply incompetence but how the matter was handled. When he came out with hot food, an order similar to ours, he could have offered us the fries or something while we wait for the kitchen to fix his error. Instead he gave the food to the kitchen, presumably for them to enjoy. He offered no compensation for inconvenience or any resolution to encourage our repeat business. I work in hospitality, this is not how it works. You give away someone's food and make them wait double time and your guest is unhappy, you don't let them leave empty handed and unhappy. Poor training, poor execution. A very below average experience. We won't return. read more

Seriously the best of the burgerfi locations in the area. The consistency in this place is unreal. This was the first location I tried the veggie burger at the suggestion of the manager. To this day, I have not had a better vegetarian burger. Made of quinoa and what seems like a whole garden's worth of vegetables, the flavor is simply amazing. I have written another review for another burgerfi location that had left me with a not-so-good impression, and this particular location really did turn my opinion around, and even though I eat meat more sparingly these days, I would still suggest the B.A.D. Took a nice walk from our hotel over to find some places to eat. This place has a very cool atmosphere and is delicious! I think the owner was there when we walked in, he seemed very passionate about his restaurant and was excited to tell us all about it. We ordered the parmasean cheese and herb fries and he suggested getting this garlic mayo to dip them in - great decision! So yummy!
