I've been to burgerfi multiple times, there are multiple issues with it... It really is nothing special, The meat is plain, with no flavor. The fries are ok, it's the toppings that make the fries, but the toppings cost additional.. :/ The only thing I would come back for is the milk shakes, the chocolate one is really good and the peanut butter one is to die for, it's a meal in its self, you should defiantly try the peanut butter one. But Overall it isn't worth it , you could make a burger just as good at home or go down the street to 5 guys. If it wasn't so expensive I would say it's decent but it's not worth it. read more

Running errands and needed something quick to eat so I decided to give this a try. Nice selection of burgers and sides and especially appealing was the all natural meat. I ordered the CEO. Delicious but I could've used a little more sauce. You can taste the quality meat and other ingredients. The bun was exceptional. Fries were also delicious but could've been cooked a little longer, I like mine a little crisper. Very friendly staff especially what appeared to be the manager. Cooooolllll place. Decor was nice. This place is one of those new takes on elevated fast food burgers, where they use super fresh high quality ingredients but serve them fast. There are some pre-made burgers or you can build one your own, looottttsssss of options (lettuce bun option available too). Veggie burgers and Hot dogs are available too, they use some fancy meat for their dogs, I didn't try them but I usually don't see the purpose of fancy meat in a hot dog, seems like a waste. There are loads of toppings for the fries and onions rings and you can get a half and half type thing, half onions rings/half fries. The onions rings were pretty good, which is saying something cause I usually don't like onion rings. There is ice cream with mix-ins, concretes, floats, shakes and malts too. This place has pretty good burgers. I will go back but not go out of my way. If you like thin burger patties then this burger is for you. I had the 28 burger it was good. The toppings were fresh which was a plus. I think they don't get enough credit for how good their pickles are, they have excellent flavor and the right balance of sweet and tangy. The French fries are not that impressive just average, I like that they are fresh. Now I'd go for the onion rings next time they pair well with their burger fi sauce, and are a good portion. So after work I went and picked up my son. Cooking was not happening tonight. So I was able to finally take Keith (Store Manager?) up on his offer. Keith got in touch with me to hear more about my experience of being deprived of Burgerfi DELICIOUS chili cheese fries (after I was notified by a Customer Care Representative via email). Keith told me that my name would be placed on a list and I would receive free chili cheese fries on my next visit to Burgerfi. I stepped up to the register gave Kevin my name and after placing my order he added my free CHILI CHEESE fries & parm fries for my son. Let me just say the entire staff at BURGERFI (Northville) is AWESOME (my son said that I shouldn't say that they are sweethearts). The entire establishment is extremely clean. The young man that brought the food to our table was very polite. When that young man placed those trays of warm deliciousness on the table...the burger patties were fresh off the grill, the buns were so soft (my son notice that Burgerfi does not completely separate the entire bun-so that all the goodness will stay put, the lettuce was crisp, the tomato was juicy w/a pinch of sweetness AND THE FRIES!!!!! Ahhhh the fries were hot, cheesy and chili. Then the cheese was so OOEY GOOEY! THOSE FRIES ARE THE EPITOME OF CHILI CHEESE FRIES!!! This is officially my burger and fries (chili cheese) place. The largest drink they have is 2.77 dollars and it's barely 16 ounces! What a rip off. The BurgerFi burger is covered in a gross sauce and the meat is nothing to write home about. I don't see a long future for this place. Plus the metal chairs are extremely uncomfortable. read more

For a Burger Chain I have to say this is my favorite right now. Every time I go I'm satisfied. I order the Vegi-Fi Green style and have never had a better veggie burger. The regular burgers are also delicious and I always load up the toppings. Fries, Onion Rings are always hot and fresh. I ordered online a BurgerFi cheeseburger, fries, coke, and coffee mocha shake. It was my first experience with this restaurant and I was very pleased. I had mayo, pickles and mustard added on to my cheeseburger and I only will eat well done burgers! It was the juiciest burger I think I have ever had I needed about ten napkins, and the flavor was right on point! The fries were good, a nice strong coke which is how I like my cokes. I was so full I could barely taste my shake! So I put in freezer for later and to my surprise it was so so tasty. All in all it was worth the delivery charge. They advertise and make it seem like their food is healthier than your average burger, but I don't come to a hamburger restaurant looking for something slightly healthier. 04/17/20 covid-19 we decided to give this place another try and help a small business well big mistake more like huge mistake. we are in the middle of a pandemic i order it online an hr ahead of time went to pick it up and hr later at the time i had chosen and the place was packed with people. i had to wait another hr for my order to be ready they claim the milkshake machine wasnt working and they were also taking face to face orders not respecting the social distancing at all. it was horrible the owner was there and could care less even got into an argument with a customer. ever since the owner changed this place pretty much went down hill. talk about protecting your customers and following the rules i wish i could give it no stars. this place used to be amazing until now. i'm not sure if it changed owners or what but it went down hill fast. they have hired a bunch of people that doesn't care to hear what you are asking or read the online order. have been getting the wrong order 5 times including today. i physically told the guy what i wanted and he still got it wrong. extremely disappointed. time to go to a ne read more

Where Burger Fi excels is customer service. Definitely a 5+ for their service. The owner greets everyone and makes guests feel welcome and special. That's impressive for a burger joint. The food wasn't quite to that level yet. I ordered to go, and when I went to eat my burger, it was made sloppily and lopsided, so it made a mess in the car. The flavor of the beef was great, but it was overshadowed by the Fi sauce, which I'd definitely replace with good ole ketchup. I also didn't notice that it came as a double, so there was just way too much meat and cheese for me. I'd order a single burger with no cheese when I return so I can taste the flavor of the beef. As a side, I ordered a small onion ring, which is more than enough for one person. They are large onions with plenty of breading. The first two bites of the onion rings was wonderful, but past that they had a strange, unpleasant flavor. I thought it might get better as I went along, but alas, I threw them away after eating only two, and would never order them again unless the recipe changes. So, it wasn't all bad, but there is room for improvement. The beautiful thing is that the owner cares about his customers, and reached out to me to ask how they could improve.
