In our first visit to Burgerfi, we noticed that there were no clean tables. A staff member cleaned one upon request. Apparently, they need to hire more staff. The Wagu burger was disappointing. It was over priced and did not taste as good as other fast food restaurants. The onion rings were very tasty, but were litterly dripping in oil. $48 dollars for (single) burgers, onion rings and drinks for three people was a surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, which is why we gave two stars instead of one. We have no reason to return. read more

I wasn't that hungry, so I got the single BurgerFi cheeseburger, yet it was still filling and favorable. Boyfriend had the Breakfast Burger which he enjoyed very much and I had the BurgerFinCheeseburger which was really good as well. BurgerFi is my jam! Hello Mr. CEO! Since I've tried the CEO burger I can't bring my self to order anything else. The tomato bacon jam is on point. I also love all the custard options they have, most recently we enjoyed a root beer float and it was delicious. They use Boylan's soda with their floats which I am a big fan of. Fries and onion rings are huge, perfect for sharing. The downside can be the wait. On the weekend they can get really slammed! On a good day you may wait about ten minutes for your food, on a crazy night it has taken over forty minutes. When you are hungry waiting forty minutes at a fast casual spot is no fun. When it gets cold they still keep their garage doors open and the patio has a ton of heaters for additional seating. Great for additional seats, but it makes the whole restaurant cold which isn't great. Overall great spot for a tasty burger, wouldn't recommend going in at peak times like Friday and Saturday night. read more

I was kind of surprised at the small size of the burger, as was my dinner companion. I reminded him it was a burger joint that served natural beef for the health of their patrons. The fries are abundant and the onion rings are huge (unfortunately flavorless.) I was definitely full, but for a bill of almost $30, this place is definitely on the pricier side. Well since it's been over two years since I've been here, I refuse to let the calories I consumed for lunch today bother me. Fortunately I didn't know that the BurgerFi Cheeseburger is 650 calories until after it slid down my throat and totally hit the spot. Warm, juicy, meaty, cheesy. It was just what I was craving. Still wish they had a smaller fries option!!! I did the only thing a gal with a craving could do and got the Regular Order of Parmesan Herb ones anyway, and it was indeed a heaping portion. While many of them found their high-caloric, highly-satisfying way to my belly, many more made me popular at work afterwards. (they reheated surprisingly well in the work microwave!) And my popularity spared me some of those 740 calories! Love that they've got the service part down pat. They were really busy, yet it was quick to order and pay, got a pager, got my tea and waited almost exactly the 8 minutes they told me it would be. They have a fry option called the "cry fry" which includes three large onion rings on top of a pile of fries. My mom and I got this to share and it was plenty for the two of us. The onion rings had such a thick batter and were extremely greasy that neither of us were able to eat a full onion ring. If you can tolerate a lot of grease, then I'm sure you'd find this place delicious. Overall, I don't have any complaints other than the grease. Ok, BurgerFi excels at customer service and french fries, especially the cajun fries, but the burger wasn't what I was hoping for. I was hoping for fireworks once I took my bite, instead it was more like "poof...." LOL! I really like the experience of entering BurgerFi and being welcomed/greeted immediately. The cashier was patient and took his time to explain the menu to a first-timer......me. I love the fact that the cashier explained the kind of beef used in the burgers and the care that is put into cutting each potato by hand. I ordered myself the beyond meat burger and got her the veggie burger. When we got our food everything looked great. We sat down and begin to eat. When I bit into the burger the first thing I noticed was how juicy it was with oils and fats. The burger tasted amazing!! I couldn't believe how close it tasted to beef. I made my fiancé try it as well and she couldn't believe how close it tasted to beef. I was so happy to find a new sandwich that tasted so good that actually wasn't meat. As I begin to work on my final pieces of the sandwich I noticed a sharp pain in my stomach... I felt like someone had dropped a boulder in my belly. I hadn't felt this feeling in years! My fiancé told me to go double check with the guys that this burger was indeed the Beyond Meat. I didn't think to do this because all of the reviews that I had read were ones where people where saying it looks, feels and tastes just like real beef so I was sold that I had the right meat. Long story short I get to the counter with my plate and the young man behind the counter looked at my receipt then looked at my sandwich and he immediately apologized. They had given me a 100% BEEF burger (DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER TO BE EXACT). I was so upset that I couldn't show it. As I stood that with a major upset stomach the cooks looked at me with smirks on there faces. There was a lady working behind the counter that tried to "chastise" then but that was no good. They rebutted back to her and that was the end of that. The manager gave me a refund of the sandwich and a card to come back with $9 on it. Thanks for that but honestly that was not enough. BurgerFi has been my favorite burger place since my wife and I discovered this chain in downtown Winter Garden, FL. Since then, we've search out BurgerFi whenever we want a burger. Our experience has been consistently good until our lunch here on a Wednesday! My wife chose the Rodeo Burger and she enjoy the spiciness. I chose the Conflicted Burger for its still health minded burger taste. From a photo of its menu, it still says it should have Angus Beef burger and Veggie burger, a slice of each. Unfortunately after I have calmed my hunger monster with about 3-4 bites, I felt an unfamiliar mix of texture in my mouth, examined my sandwich closely and found that the 'veggie burger' in my sandwich was replaced with a round hash brown! This completely ruined my health plan . Instead of a mix of beef and veggie, I got meat and potato. Since a veggie burger coast more than hash brown, I felt cheated. While my sandwich still filled my stomach, I'm definitely not happy with this unadvertised downgrade of my choice of sandwich. Since hash brown is not even an item in their side-dish options, it feels more like an unannounced downgrade, to be generous. The 2-star U give here is because my wife was happy with her meal, and my small sample of it proved likewise. read more

The burger was good but small. The fries however were massive! It could feed a family of 5 easily. The urban fries are layered with parmesan and garlic aioli. My buddy also ordered the Cajun fries, which were good as well. I suggest getting some Burger-Fi sauce on the side and dipping the fries in there too! And then 4 of us split a large onion rings and French fries. The onion rings here are the best! They were superrrr hot and I love how big they are!
