    Dry soggy fries

We drive past thru this town so many times and finally decided to stop and grab burger and fries, the burger was ok, looks like they microwave the burger it was lacking dressing and seasoning it was dry. The fries were dry and soggy no seasoning, To me a good burger has all the fixing mayo ketchup pickles, tomato and lettuce but it wasn't it, if your craving for a burger this is not the spot a little disappointed.

Hubby gets a daily milkshake craving on road trips, happens suddenly when we enter a small town and he doesn't want help finding it. He's on the hunt when he spotted Burgerlicious, almost missed it, whipped into the parking lot (think retired 27 yrs stuntman, done much worse!) and there was the handmade milkshake menu front and center. Yes indeed, these were rich and creamy, not pumped up with air, and yes, homemade with no nonsense real ingredients, although we never asked. So if we're wrong about the ingredients, we don't want to know anyway! We were served fast and friendly and enjoyed the clean patio tables tiny but tidy restroom. Took a look at their food menu and agreed to stop in on the way back.

I have been here quite a few times I had the banana split its $11 its usually twice the size but this time it was mostly whip cream and melted ice cream if the price is going to be expensive you have to keep the portions the same size or you're just ripping you're customers off

This will be my last time ever go...Employee cannot understand English, I was in the Dining Room, to eat here, order placed in bag and she is calling my number as if I am outside. Soda had more ice, than soda, no refills, 4 bucks, onion was 2 rings, see picture. They want the tip up front. Go somewhere else....

Big burger with literally no flavor. No seasoning, not even from the flattop.Meat tasted boiled. I was so disappointed cause it looked delicious. Fries were cold and even the ranch was blah The best part was the veggies

Have you ever had a butterfinger!! Well, if you have you fell in love with it day one. Now imagine chopping that butterfinger up in the milkshake!! Yes, Burgerlicious did it and it is magnificent!! I ate the turkey club due to the fact I had ate a burger for lunch the same day. The sandwich was fresh and full of yummy ingredients. I had onion rings yummy yummy and then I had the ultimate shake ever. Yes that butterfinger milkshake!! Obviously don't come here without room in that belly!! It's easy to find as it is right off of highway 12!! You can eat in sit outside or take it to go!! Anyway you do it. You will be pleased!! Sorry didn't take a picture of the milkshake. It's not in any kind of fancy cup or anything. But it's the real deal inside the cup!!

    49er burger combo

My husband wanted me to try so we drove about an hour to this spot. It has outside and indoor seating. Its a cute little spot with ruby red seats. Very clean and welcoming. The menu is straight forward with some creative names for their items. We got the patti melt and a 49er burger let tell you the sizes of these burgers was huge. Their ranch is my favorite so far out of the spots we go to. I spent under 40$ for two combos and 1 drink. The quality of the food made up for cost and the drive trust me.

We came in starving and picked it based on reviews and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Walking in, it's a small hole-in-the-wall with a ton of character. There's a lot to look at plants, sauces, mustards, desserts, and pastries it just feels like a place that cares about what they're doing. The staff were also incredibly friendly. They offer a build-your-own menu, plus a list of favorites on the back. I went with "The Bobby" (no tomatoes), and it was outstanding. Easily one of the best sandwiches I've had something I'd go back for regularly without hesitation. My dad has Celiac disease, so he ordered gluten-free. Anyone familiar with gluten-free bread knows it can sometimes fall apart, but that's not on this place and more importantly, he couldn't stop talking about how good his sandwich was. That says a lot. This place absolutely deserves five stars. Great people, great atmosphere, and seriously good sandwiches. We'll definitely be back.

That's how I ended up here. Not sure where I originally heard of it, but it was pinned and so I went. Tasty, tasty sandwiches. The meat was high quality and the GF/keto bread acted and tasted like regular bread. I ordered whatever GF special they had listed and really enjoyed it. Looks like they had some pasta salads and desserts I would have loved to tried. Called ahead so pick up was quick and easy. $18 for a smaller sandwich kind of hurt, but the side quest joy made it worth it. From what I saw, no seating, just a counter for pick up. Enjoy!

It houses a private collection of over 300 big game specimens from Africa and North America, making it a great place to see what big game hunting looked like in the 1930s. The moment you walk in, you're surrounded by world-class trophies covering the walls near the ceiling. It's unlike any other dining atmosphere around in the east bay. For me, this place is pure nostalgia. My dad used to bring me here once a year when he had business in Rio Vista. I remember being completely fascinated by all the trophies mounted on the walls. Large game hunting wasn't something my family participated in, but growing up in a farming family, animals raised for food were a normal part of life. Even so, the quality and quantity of the collection always left me in awe. Going back as an adult, I can say that feeling hasn't changed. The collection is still impressive. This visit, we kept it simple with drinks and appetizers. My friend ordered a margarita on the rocks, and I had a pale ale. Both were delicious and reasonably priced. The bar itself is a classic 65-foot bar that feels like it belongs in another era. For food, I had the Caesar salad, and we split the ten-inch pepperoni pizza. The pizza featured roni cups and felt like a solid, classic appetizer-style pizza . The side Caesar salad was a great portion with crisp lettuce, shaved Parmigiana, and crunchy croutons, simple and tasty. Foster's Bighorn offers a Chop House style menu for lunch and dinner, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a full sit down dinner. I'd absolutely go back: first for the nostalgia, second for the drinks, and third for the food. It's a one-of-a-kind place that feels like stepping into history while enjoying a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Compared to our last visit, the new-ish owner had brightened up the entire place, now with more emphasis on the restaurant, but still with it's huge bar. We probably didn't need a reservation, but we were greeted by the name on the reservation, probably because we looked like we were the only ones who would bother to make a reservation for three. Chicken marsala, fish and chips and lamb chops were all excellent, as was our server. The owner came by our table to check on our experience and confirmed that he had initiated the changes that we had noticed, as well as some that we hadn't. If you like seeing the animal trophies from a bygone era, this is a great place to have a drink or a meal.
