Out for a drive during Covid and found Burgerlicious on Yelp. Rated 3 1/2 stars which is what I would rate it for the food. The cashier was helpful and friendly so 4 stars it is. My burger was huge but rather lacking in flavor. Sweet potato fries are good, not great. My husband's Reuben was good, not great but was a good size portion. He had a big mound of fries also. If you're really hungry and care more about portion size than flavor, then this is the place to go. Couldn't go inside due to Covid, but they have an outside entry for the bathroom... gross bathroom! read more

Good stuff, large portions, hot & fresh and friendly staff. Not the best I ever had, but a way better choice than the McDonalds down the street. I had the Rio Vista Chicken sandwich, which was a tad salty, and onion rings with house made ranch, they were great! My husband got the Burgerlicious, it was very tasty. I usually come here two or three times a week, because it is convenient, and I like the food. I also usually tip 15% to 25% percent even though I always go through the drive-thru. I usually ask for some extra salsa on the side, no problem. Today I was told it would be extra, on top of my $2 tip on top of the $10 order. I wasn't super happy, cause they don't usually charge me, but I said, that will be okay. Drove away but no salsa. Cool. I will keep coming back, but I will never leave a tip again at/for the drive thru. Cool. Win/win. Gonna save me like like $200 a year in tips. read more

The best burgers by far. My favorite being the thick cut bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. I drive from out of town just for their food.

Not sure if maybe I just had an isolated bad experience or if the rest of the folks on here just have never had a good burger? But let me start off by saying the positive, service was pretty good and the onion rings were a solid 9/10 very good. The burger itself however was a gracious 2/10 extremely overcooked, very dry and chewy with no flavor, produce on burger was not fresh at all. It literally reminded me of a microwaved old leftover burger...sorry Burgerlicious but when you state that you have "the best burgers in town" please live up to the expectation. Stopped here with the family just passing through and we usually really like the hole in the wall burger spots. Unfortunately this one came up well short of expectations, from the order being wrong to the French fries looking like they had been sitting for hours this was a bad experience. Been here twice now, I love it! The service makes me feel at home and the food makes me happy I made the drive. Savanna is so awesome and a person who's service I would follow she never knew this but I struggle with anxiety and she welcomed me like no other, I didn't have anxiety or anything. My orders are always a pain and she took it like a champ, patient and understanding through every step. I'll always come back to see her, she's my favorite. Just out for a drive through the Delta. Saw this little burger shop and stopped. So worth a stop! We had burgers & onion rings kids had corn dog / hit dog & fries. (Note their menu is large and diverse) Everything was delicious and good value. The single burger is so large I had to doggie bag it home. The restaurant is very clean and has friendly service. We enjoyed our meal we're adding Burgerlious to our Delta drives for now on. Next time I'm trying a shake! read more

My buddy and I were in Rio Vista, in the California Delta, on business. Another buddy recommended Burgerlicious so we stopped to give it a go. I got the Burgerlicious burger, Sweet potato fries and a chocolate peanut butter milkshake. For a frozen patty burger it was actually quite good. They piled it high with tasty toppings which included bacon as thick as ham. I would like to get me a sandwich made of that bacon exclusively. The sweet potato fries were good, crispy on the outside hot and soft on the inside. The milkshake was good but you really couldn't taste the peanut butter, which isn't really the point of a peanut butter milkshake. I would go back again but wouldn't hesitate to try someplace new. read more

Food was pretty good here. Although there were 3 French fries in my basket that were literally black from being in the fryer for so long. This is a pretty cool little place that could be so much better. The bathroom was pretty filthy, no toilet paper, ass gaskets and the sink hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Outside there was a little bit of trash laying around. Not a big deal, but it doesn't look good in front of a business. Last, the damn flies. Eating outside is a challenge because you spend half the time trying to keep flies away. I hope the owner reads this so they can improve these things. I'd hate to see it go, so make it better. read more

Good spot for a variety of nice thick milk shakes. The shake was thick enough to use a spoon.

Finally tried this little burger stand after passing by it for years. I am glad I did! Friendly service, lots of menu choices, and delicious food. The garlic fries are soooo good! I will definitely stop again to try the ice cream next time. read more

I've been here a few times already and the first couple of times I came for their shakes and they never disappoint!!!! My fav is the Oreo shake !! Yesterday we actually came in and ate inside and it was cute and the service was nice. The man named Ryan who took our order had a nice smile and his tone was welcoming and accommodating. This was our second visit in the past two months and again they messed up my husband's order. No cheese or mayo, how hard is that??? Both orders were to-go and the first time we didn't catch the mistake until after we were home. This has been one of the best finds by accident! We were on a motorcycle ride, when we drove by and saw that other motorcycles were there! Hungry and wanting a burger! Ordered a NY steak sandwich w/ fries and a drink. I was hoping for it to actually be NY steak, but they gave me flat steak meat instead that was over cooked even though I asked for medium rare. They also gave me a Diet Coke when I asked for a regular coke. Their service was much slower than expected considering there was only 2 other people dining there. I use to come to this burger joint regularly when I lived in town and I went there recently and the food wasn't that great. I did a take out order with my boyfriend a few weeks ago and our order was incorrect and the cheeseburger was not seasoned enough. However the milkshakes were still really good, but that was the only positive thing. read more

This place has one of the juiciest flavorful burgers I've had in a long while. When I first moved to Rio Vista last year, I didn't know anything about the eateries in my new town. I soon made it my mission to try several of the restaurants in town. Burgerlicious is reminiscent of the old style hamburger stands that I remember from back in the late 50s. The service is friendly and my order has always been right. I like to go during the "senior special" times--- 2-5pm Monday thru Friday. Being a senior citizen, I can get the special (hamburger, fries and soft drink) for $4.99. Can't beat that! Driving down the delta, there aren't many choices for lunch. We have been in this area before and nothing has really stood out. We just wanted a quick bite and saw the sign for Burgerlicious. Kind of hokey name but the parking lot was full. There is a walk up window with lots of tables outside. There is also a small dining room inside. I had the jr. Cheeseburger with fries. You have a choice of regular or garlic fries for a buck you can sub sweet potato or onion rings. My husband had the Boss burger..bacon,onion rings and swiss cheese. Everything was delicious, fresh and you could tell the patties were molded by hand. Service was great and it was a bit of a wait for the food...but it was made to order. I'd rather wait for quality food than get bad food quick. It's basic diner food, so yeah nothing gourmet, but I'm having a lazy day on the Delta. Not a date in the city. Give it a try for a decent diner burger and fries. Plus the staff is really polite and looked like they were all in a good mood. Nice small town atmosphere. We will be back Rio Vista. read more

Went in this evening with my dad. I am taking away stars for the following reasons: 1. Poor attitude and unprofessional when we walked in - yeah it was a teenage boy working the counter but the lackadaisical attitude was unnecessary. 2. The wait was pretty extensive considering when we arrived it was empty and we ordered a hamburger/fries/tea/strawberry shake. 3. They gave my dad a sprite not a strawberry shake. He had to walk up and have it fixed. And he got a shake within a reasonable time...which makes me think they forgot us to start with. 4. Most importantly - I have a dairy allergy and I specifically ordered a hamburger - they put cheese on my burger and then pulled it off....this is just uncalled for even if I don't have an allergy. You messed it up - recook it! I'm sorry but that is gross...you scrapped off the cheese. I mean why did I bother to go out to eat? Seriously, for you to scrap off the cheese from my burger. I could see the melted cheese in places. Our food had taken so long I said screw it and just pulled off pieces of meat. The burger was dry, fries greasy and attitudes poor. Not a lot of options in Rio Vista but does that really mean the experience should be exceptionally poor? Also, my allergy was definitely triggered. Thanks for making me sick. read more

Stopped here on our way to the Jelly Belly Factory. First, you're able to order inside and out. I noticed the one guy taking the orders was mainly taking them at the window outside so, I decided to go outside. I waited about ten minutes to get my order in.
