For fast food, it doesn't get any better. They serve some of the best hamburgers, and they use all local grown/made products, from Fulton Provision Hamburger patties to Tillamook cheese to Walla Walla Onion rings. If you havne't been here you need to try it. read more

We were delighted to see a Burgerville across the street from our hotel. We ordered the seasonal deep fried asparagus and also a pulled pork sandwich. Very good. Food was hot and tasty! We accidentally got an extra chicken strip and when we went through the drive through, we had quickly changed our minds on the milkshake flavor. Burgerville was a bit over priced for being a fast food type joint. The burgers are a bit on the smaller side and the fries were smaller portioned too. Don't get me wrong the food is still good, just not for the prices. I will go back next fall to try the walla walla onion rings have only heard good about those but they are seasonal and I went there for the 1st time 2 days after the onion season ended so we missed out. read more

I do really enjoy these burgers. Lots of flavor, and lots of seasonal specials that keep things "new". The price can be a little on the high side, but most of the time, worth the visit. Is cheeseburgers and fries are not your thing, at least drop by in October and try their pumpkin milkshakes. They really do have the best pumpkin milkshakes in the whole area, and I have tried a few. Also, I have never had a problem with the workers service, as they always are right there to help. read more

Ordered rosemary shoestring potatoes that came out with no rosemary. Went up to counter to ask about it and the lady said "the rosemary is in the oil." This is a load of Bull because I had these a week ago and it was covered in rosemary. For a place named burgerville, They didn't understand the complex mechanics of americas favorite sandwich. The bacon was floppy, they removed my tomatoes when I said pickles, and the nutrition grid that they print on the receipt, made me feel like Mario after hearing that his princess was in another castle. NHowever, their retro 90s playlist, did bring back a feel of the glory days. It was great that the emts were already there for any heart attacks. read more

On my way through Oregon, at "The Dalles", I made the mistake of stopping here this afternoon, Oct 6th, at about 4:30 and ordering their bacon cheeseburger...got fries and a drink and it was over nine bucks. For a burger? Seriously? And I had to say "Hello" several times before anyone behind the counter would acknowledge me. They were changing out register drawers, granted, but please...at least look up, give a smile and say "we'll be with you in a moment, sir". And honestly? It was absolutely the WORST BURGER I've ever had. The menu made it sound great, but the actual product itself was hideous. It looked like it had been made several hours before, and it also looked like somebody had either sat on it or stomped on it. The bun was so smashed that the top of the bun was broken in several spots. The meat was what you would expect from a high-school cafeteria burger. Tough. The cheese and bacon "welded" the meat to the squashed top bun. It looked "old". Sure, the tomato, onion were fresh, but the lettuce had "dark" spots where it was going bad. The whole thing smelled nasty. I didn't finish it. I wanted to say something to the people running the place, but they were all so excited about "the cowboys winning" that I just left in disgust. I seriously can't believe that burger was made after I ordered it. It wasn't even HOT! It was room temperature at best. read more

I LOVE this Burgerville. I am a Burgerville fan as it is, but I am so glad they are consistent, serve local produce and products, and have a super-friendly staff -- always. I really enjoy the fried asparagus in the fall. The shakes are good with seasonal berries. Blackberry is crazy good. And it is very cool that the manager does community fundraisers at this location. I try and show up when they do. I wonder if they have a Facebook page, because then I could check in to see if they have specials, new seasonal foods and events. read more

We had the peppered bacon cheese burgers. The gal that took our order asked us if we wanted seasoned fries or regular fries. The seasoned fries turned out to be sweet potato fries. Our daughter confirmed we didn't misunderstand what was asked. The sweet potato fries where limp and bland. For 9 plus dollars we expected our burgers to have more than one strip of bacon and a thin slice of cheese. The beef patty was dry. Daughter had the chichen pieces. They were juicy and made out of good chucks of chicken breast. The total bill was just under $31.00 for three people. Way too pricy for burgers and fries for three people. The food was not a good value. The floor needed picking up and tables cleaned. Bathrooms were in fair shape. We will never stop here again. read more

Burgerville has great food. However, this Burgerville is completely lacking in customer service. I usually come through the drive through, and every time the employee is very short with me, only telling me the total, giving change, and handing me my food, while slamming the window on me in between each transaction. I also usually order a side of the famous Burgerville spread, and about 75% of the time they forget to put it in the bag. I don't normally complain, but when this is the trend every time I go there? Something definitely needs to change. read more

Decent Burgerville, we did drive-thru, and the food, quality, speed and service were the same decent and quick level as several other Burgervilles we've gone to occasionally in Oregon over the years. Really glad they are allergy friendly, have decent gluten-free buns, and got our 2 no-cheese burgers right. Our burgers and chicken strips were hot - too hot for kids in fact, had to cool a bit before eating. Only complaints were they didn't include napkins or salt packets in our bag (fries aren't very salty). They even accommodated our boys' favorite shake: vanilla, strawberry and chocolate combined. We almost didn't stop based on the negative reviews, but glad we did, and we're a pretty picky family. Maybe they did some work recently to improve quality. read more

Burgerville is an amazing company and typically makes great food and has great service. This Burgerville is an exception. We ordered 2 meals with the fresh strawberry shakes (a must when in season) the girl over the intercom happily took our order and told us she would have our total at the windo. When we reached the window a man asked us what were our drink orders. Very frustrating as we had already placed them. We were then given regular (artificial) strawberry shakes. This was highly annoying. My bus sand told the girl working that we had ordered fresh strawberry shakes and she told us they were out. After handing someone an item they DID NOT order is not when you tell them the item they ordered is out of stock. Good customer service would be to tell the customer at the time they place their order if something is out of stock, that way they can change their mind and order something else, not receive whatever item the teenage worker determines sufficiently replaces what they actually want. This Burgerville needs to do a better job at training their young staff on good customer service. I did not drink my fake tasting shake as I was highly disappointed that I did not get what I actually ordered and paid for and I didn't not want to waste calories on the disappointment. read more

Stopped in at Burgerville on the way home. The staff was super friendly & our order was delivered to our table fresh & hot with a smile & offer to get us anything else we needed by Joshua. We always love the milkshakes there & the food was good too. I overheard Joshua speaking to the gentleman at the next table & it seems he didn't realize the burger he ordered came with cheddar cheese instead of American. Over the past six months the quality, texture and flavor of their chocolate shakes have gone south. I think Carl's has a much better shake, sorry to say. And the Colossal Burger was dry and quickly thrown together with little sauce or flavor. read more
