When I reached the front, I wasn't greeted at all. While I understand that everyone can have an off day, it's still something I notice. The associate moved my bag to the side and scanned all of my items but didn't place anything into the bag, which I found odd. I looked around and saw other cashiers bagging items as they scanned them for their customers. When she finished, she handed me my receipt and left all of my items sitting there, even though everything easily fit into one bag. I asked if bagging items was no longer part of the process. She responded that they do bag items but said she "has a line," and immediately began ringing up the next customer while bagging their items. I pointed out that bagging is part of the job, but she ignored me. When I asked if she heard me, she said she could bag them, but by then I chose to bag my items myself. It didn't make sense that she used having a line as a reason, especially since bagging items would have kept things moving efficiently. What was more frustrating was that she chose not to bag my items but did so for the very next customer. That felt dismissive and disrespectful. I've shopped at this Target for years and have never had an experience like this. The associate's name was Adrianna. I also spoke with a manager, who mentioned that some customers prefer to bag their own items. However, that explanation doesn't apply when the associate doesn't even ask. The manager also didn't seem particularly apologetic, which is why I'm writing this review. I hope this situation is addressed so other customers don't have a similar experience.

Do some extra holiday decorating next year. Half off is probably standard for a day after Christmas - but Lowes had 75% off two days before Christmas for all holiday decorations - so more off and you could actually have some use for whatever you buy the year of... well, I guess except if you are Eastern Orthodox with the different calendar. Furniture and such I think is probably one of the better things to buy here. You get to sit in it and look at quality - something you cant do if you ship and buy online... Plus with bulky furniture I'd think shipping is probably a bit expensive. Clothing also ok to buy here. I don't like how they put price tags through the garment - it sometimes puts a hole in your new shirt even before you get it home. I'd prefer if they put the price tag in the tag of the clothing item. Lots of wrapping paper. You could get some paper that has a cat on it. Who wouldn't like that? In a shopping mall with TJs, Daves Hot chicken, BBQ deli and much much more. Parking situation great - only issue is the In N Out line goes all the way to Marshall's - which I don't think I could ever understand.... Their burgers are good but not worth waiting 45 minutes for...

I would like to provide feedback regarding a return experience I had at your store on June 16,…read more2026. On June 6, 2026, I returned an orange dress that I had originally purchased. During that visit, I exchanged it for three dresses, a perfume, and a pair of earrings. When I got home, I tried on the dresses before washing them and found that two of them did not fit properly. The material was uncomfortable and itchy, and the dresses were too tight in the chest area. I decided to keep the perfume, earrings, and one dress, but planned to return the two dresses that did not work for me. On June 16, 2026, I returned to the store to shop and return the two dresses. During the return process, the cashier asked why I was returning them, and I explained that there was nothing wrong with the dresses--they simply did not fit. The cashier then called another employee over to assist. Neither employee was wearing a name tag, so I am unsure of their positions. The second employee asked whether I had worn the dresses, and I explained that I had only tried them on. She then asked where the tags were. I honestly told her that I had not noticed the tags were missing and checked the original bag from my previous transaction. What made me uncomfortable was the way the situation was handled. When I explained that I did not know where the tags were, the employee responded, "That's impossible. What do you mean they didn't have tags? It's not like they're going to magically come off themselves." I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable by the tone and manner in which I was spoken to, especially in front of other customers and employees. I understand that store policies must be followed and that questions may need to be asked regarding returns. However, I believe those questions can be asked professionally and respectfully. I completed the return process and chose not to argue at the time, but I wanted to share this experience because the interaction left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome. I hope this feedback can be used to remind employees of the importance of treating customers with courtesy and respect, even when addressing concerns about a return.

I haven't done much shopping here, but they do have several well-known stores, including Express, Bath & Body Works, Hollister, DSW, Spencer's, and Tillys. There are also a few good dining options, such as BJ's, CreAsian, and Black Angus. In the past, I found the shopping center to be pretty dull compared to some of the other malls and shopping areas I've visited around the Bay Area. However, since it was purchased by a new owner, I've noticed some improvements and renovations that have given the area a much-needed refresh. New additions like Handel's, Vine + Grain, and the upcoming Slice House are making the center feel more lively and promising. I think Streets of Brentwood has a lot of potential and will continue to improve over the next five years. One of my favorite features is the outdoor patio area. It's a nice place to take a stroll, spend time with family, and even bring your dog. Overall, Streets of Brentwood seems to be heading in a positive direction, and I'm looking forward to seeing how much it continues to grow and improve.
