Saturday, Nov. 8, 2025: I thought (wishful thinking) that by this time that the store would have shown improvement and shine like it used to when they first opened years ago. Alas, not so much. There is a great variety of merchandise and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, it is still a mess and extremely disorganized! You must dig through the clutter, which is time consuming. For the food, it is imperative you check expiration dates. At least the floors are shiny and clean. The awful state of the store is a bad reflection of management. Idk why these stores get such low ratings? I love Ross bc i get all my home decorations from here. You can them pretty cheap here. I also get fitted sheets and kitchen stuff. All the people who work here are mostly friendly and there's lots of selections. I have one complaint. Its very unorganized here and there always crap in the carts. read more

What happened to Ross? Did they lose the manager that made sure this store was clean and organized? I walked in and there were a lot of merchandise on the floor. It was such a mess in there. Usually, I buy some snacks from their snack area, and the shelves were bare. It looked to me like the store was going out of business. I give 3 stars because the cashiers were nice and really tried their best to keep the line moving. read more

Amazing staff, clean, organized and I was able to get in and out quickly. Not sure what changed in the past 5 or 6 months as I see many of the same people who have worked there for years but the store has improved significantly. This Ross isn't the closest to my home as I live off Winchester but the drive is worth it! Great job Ross crew! read more

Cashier helped put two Caucasian women before me, both had transactions 100+ dollars. Once it was my turn I walked up with my Spanish speaking grandma who doesn't speak English. Security is next to us (the door is right there) she rings up grandmas 3 items. We pay for the three items in cash, the cashier counted out the money. Then gives us the receipt and says ok security is going to go over this one more time to confirm.... The security guard was also confused and proceeded to say " even though I watched her do the whole thing I guess I'll check it again." As someone who works Customer Service she was 100% being BIASED. I honestly don't understand why this Ross has such low scores with the Yelp Community..? I've visited here recently and was surprised to see such an amazing inventory especially during the Christmas season. with the marshals located just a few steps away I can see that this is definitely a highly competitive store compared to others that I've been to. The shoe selection for both men and women was he had all sorts of brands from Nike Reebok Adidas under armor and Levi's. Though parking was difficult I was lucky enough to find a spot. I'd visit again if in the area. No the lines were long due to the sheer volume of the associates in cashiers moved quickly and were very friendly. this is definitely one of the better Ross stores that I have been from California Nevada and Hawaii. read more

Terrible customer service. My sister bought a perfume & went to return it because she didn't like the way it smelled. We were told we were not able to return it once the plastic packaging is taken off. We were not notified by the cashiers when she first bought the perfume about this policy nor is it written on the receipt. The cashier that was helping us with the return said "it should be on the back of the receipt but we got new ones so it's blank". This is our fault how read more

I'm giving this Ross a 3.5 because obviously the prices are great and they have a decent selection of stuff. I used to go here a lot back in the day but then I realized that I could shop at Macy's because they always have a sale. So I didn't come here that much because of Macy's but every once in a while I'll come back and see what they have. I've never had any problems with the clothing or the employees. I always made it a point to check everything I bought for any type of loose threads or holes. So the store may be a bit of a mess like some Ross but it's not that bad. read more

Yes, I know Ross Dress for Less is a chain, but it's one of my favorite places to shop for bargains! I particularly enjoy coming to this link in their chain whenever I'm in Temecula. Last time I visited I scored several Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein dresses for just $39 a piece! There's such a broad range of merchandise that I can shop here for hours... Tip: It gets busy here during the peak daytime hours, but this store is open late so that's a better time to come. read more

This store is dirty and very unorganized. I believe there are hazards for small children and the elderly due to small plastic beads through out the floor of the store from hangers. To make matters worse service is awful, I stood in the return line for 25+ min alone as two cashiers take everyone but me. That being said I will not return I will drive to another city to make my exchange and not give my business to Ross. My ask corporate, please take control of your stores train management to manage and keep the floors clean. Thrift stores are cleaner with better service. read more

I was actually able to find several Abboud and Boss dress shirts here. While the items weren't from the signature line, they do retail for $70-$90 respectively. So to score them at $20 is a coup in my opinion. I would never buy pants here. Maybe the occasional necktie or 3-pack of dress socks. Stay away from purchasing any soap pumps, they more than likely will not work. Don't buy shoes or "artwork" here either. You can get better deals on better quality pieces at artwalks in or around your town. Do buy knick-knack faux furniture pieces like storage chests or end tables here. It looks finished and pricey but it isn't. I did see a D & G wrist-watch here selling for $115. When I looked online for its retail value, the cost was $295. I went back to make the purchase and it was gone. My one and only L here. If you know what you're looking for and you have the patience to walk out of stores and not buy anything, then come here. Now I understand why this place has so many bad reviews. Employees are the worst, not helpful at all . I went to buy a table and I asked if anyone could help me ,taking the table I bought out to the parking lot because I had my baby with me and I couldn't handle the table and my kid crossing the street . The cashier went and asked another worker if she could help me but she told me that she can't come with me at the car but I can park in front of the store and to wait in the car because they will come out with my table , well I waited for a while in the car, parked in the red area, now one came. I had to take my baby out again and then go inside and take the table and hold my kid in the same time , ended up with a huge bruise on my leg . If your store sell big items then you should have someone there to help. read more

Ross has great prices no doubt! But I find that thrift store have cleaner neater stores, went to Riss to just pick up a comfortable outfit. The aisles were so skinny my cart was knocking hanger off, it looked like a tornado hit inside, not just this location but every single Ross I have gone into . Literally can't shop the shelves. My 25 years of retail management piece of advice. Invest in " zoners" and all they do is zone the store. If the store was clean and organized I would spend easy twice as much. The stores are so cluttered it stresses me out I can't relax and shop. I just get what I need and leave. read more

This place is incredibly sad. Bought a wallet had holes they even told me I couldn't return it, even with the receipt One hour after purchase. Made the mistake of coming back. Tried on some clothes, only for the fitting room lady to be extremely rude and unprofessional. When I handed her the clothes with the hangers. She said snorkeling you should've put them back on the hangers in the rudest tone. When I said excuse me what did you say ? She said yes you should've put it back on the hangers it's our policy to tell the customers that. When I called corporate it is indeed their policy. I won't be shopping here ever again. Decent clothing and accessories Customer service is awful. Had the most passive aggressive checkout cashier. Trying to scold me for what my daughter was chewing/playing with, and insist I give her a pacifier. MY ( did you catch that MY ) child has never liked pacis and is 17m old . Then upon check out when I said " thanks have a great day!" He says.. "yup well that's what I'm here for!" So rude. Get off your high horse. Love this store. Sometimes it's a lot of work to look for what you like, but still the best prices on clothes and household items. I have found kitchen gadgets cheaper at Ross than even at Walmart. Just picked up Nautica Towels for $4.99 each. Great place to save money. read more

I am giving this place a 5 star rating simply because of their AMAZING customer service. I went in last week pretty late since they started their holiday hours and I purchased over $200 worth of merchandise. When I went to pay with my credit card, it declined, so I preceded with purchasing with my debit card (which wasn't supposed to be used for Christmas budget), but I figured I purchase it and figure out why my credit card was declined later. I decided to sit in my car in front of the Ross and call my bank, they informed me they thought it was fraudulent since my residency is in Santa Clarita and it was a larger purchase. The representative tell me to go ahead a re-process the card. So I figured while I am there I'll walk back in return everything and re-process it with my credit card. The office staff was soooo accommodating and acted like it didn't bother them. I knew it was going to be a lot of work to return everything but it wasn't until I realized the the Ross representative, Marcia was manually inputting all the numbers that I felt horrible. I apologized repeatedly and she was so nice and told me not to worry that it wasn't a big deal. THEN.... she does ALL that and manually enters the number to re-purchase the items and BOOM, it declines again!!! By this time I'm mortified and instead of telling me that it didn't work and have me leave, she tells me to call my bank while she waits. What a wonderful employee!!! sooooo 10 minutes later it finally works but not after a wonderful staff of getting me a chair to sit while I waited on the phone with MY bank and her allowing me the opportunity to call my bank. If that's not customer service, then I don't know what is!! For how low their prices are and a wonderful staff, I'd recommend coming to this location 100 times over. read more

In comparison to the other Ross locations this one is top notch. The employees are always very nice and the store shelves and merchandise are nearly always neat and easy sorting through. I've found some serious bargains in this store and I look here first before the larger super store a few doors down. read more

I never liked the way this store looked it is such an eyesore but I gave it a chance today. I had the best experience Rosa was so sweet and helpful this morning in the dressing room she is so incredibly sweet I never run into employees like her and i actually found alot of good stuff too . And sweet Rosa was at the checkout she made my experience so much better very pleasant. I'm officially a Ross fan.. I left my keys and water bottle and they kept it in a safe place even kept my water. Bought a real nice planner that's leather bound for 7.99 I would have paid at least 20.00 at B&N. It's a cool store if you're looking for neat kitchen items that are inexpensive. Store is clean and organized. They also have accent furniture but it doesn't look very sturdy so I guess just make your best pick. I love shopping at Ross, they have great deals and normally a big selection but the customer service is not the best. Every time I go I just shake my head because it's always poor customer service! The only one who greets you in a pleasant way is the security guard. Most recently, The fitting room attendant didn't every speak to me until I said "hello " and the cashier never even looked at me, from the "next" to my entire transaction, during which she was worried about tracking who had taken a break and who had not, I paid she handed me my receipt said "thanks for waiting" and then hollered "NEXT" and I was out the door. I go back because Ross has great prices and great selection and the store is relatively neat and orderly but the customer service really needs to ramp up. read more

I love shopping and no doubt there's a good deal to be had here. But EVERY time I walk into this store there's 2 registers open and 20 people in line. I usually walk right back out ~ couple of times I shopped and gave the line time to dwindle down to 10 people waiting. I just don't understand the management here ~ you're losing customers by not having enough open check out lines. There's a reason you have like 10 registers ~ if you used just half of them I would be in every other day! read more

There are 7 different women up front and one security guard.. I am the only person in the check out line. It looks like there is one register open, who is taking returns only it seems... I guess you dont want to take my purchase? I stood in line for several minutes and watched the 6 other employees converse with eachother, while the return line saw 3 different customers ..
