On the positive side, my car is pretty clean (you can still see some bug residue on the mirror) and the attendants were super nice and friendly before I went through the wash. There were two attendants who sprayed the back and front bumper really well and helped guide the car into the wash. As the car entered, I was given a cute little air freshener. I usually decline those, but this one (Ocean fragrance) smelled really good. The brushes that scrub your car were super clean as was the entire car wash . Then, the vacuum stations were the best part. No extra cost and supplied with the softest, cleanest towels. The even have a clip that can hold your mats so you can totally vacuum up every little crumb. The bottled cleaner spray washed my dashboard, interior doors and windows (filled with dog nose marks) beautifully. They had a dirty towel bin and a trash bin at every station. It was super hot, and I still got done with my very neglected car in 20 minutes. When you have the right tools at hand, the job goes fast. This will definitely be my go-to place for car washes.

Was the underside actually cleaned? I don't know, since I can't see under there. Were all those high-tech coatings actually applied? How would I know? I'm glad that employees Mark and Dan were there when I was, because they were able to give me the lowdown on the benefits of all the elements that are put on your car with the higher priced tier... They gave me good assurance that you are actually getting more protection to your car once it's cleaned, if you do that higher tier...
