I thought, fine, they are making menu changes to make some profit and keep the same price for customers. As long as the taste doesn't change, I can still be a fan. It stays hot for at least 20 minutes and you gotta be careful not to touch the hot skillet when you move the bowl. It's conveniently placed on a wooden plate. The appetizers are equally delicious, from the fried dumplings to the sweet glazed chicken, you won't be disappointed. There is a self service salad and soup bar. They had miso and seaweed soup. I chose the seaweed soup and it was saltier than I expected but still good. I added some gochujang to my hot stone pot before mixing it. My hot stone pot rice was pretty hot (temperature) the entire time I was eating it.
