Ordered enchiladas from here the other night with the white poblano sauce for take out. We love Burrito!! Such a great casual Mexican option for both take out and dine in. The tacos are delicious and no frills. The rice and beans make it a filling meal and the refried beans here are maybe my favorite anywhere. My one wish is for a more mild salsa! DISGUSTING! THEY MAY KILL SOMEONE! My practice ordered lunch totaling $150. Everyone starts to enjoy their lunch and the people that ordered tacos into the 2nd bit sees green mold on the tortillas and not just one but the entire order, plain as day very visible in the photos. Had to call 7 times thwn someone answered and said we didnt order from there. Call back speak to the manager and we get offered a credit and she even says she doesn't blame us for not taking it, she wouldnt eat their either..Wtf. time to seek the health department before they kill someone! Burrito parilla is always my craving for fast casual Mexican food. The chicken enchiladas with mole sauce are sooooo delicious, especially when you get them for dine in. It's so hard to fine good mole. I enjoy dining in and having the complimentary chips and salsa. The service is always friendly. Other favorites there are the steak fajitas and horchata. Burrito Parilla Mexicana is our go to restaurant near our house. Love the steak torta and enjoy dining in as you get chips and three types of salsa. The server is always friendly and attentive. It is counter service, but they bring out the chips and salsa to your table and will refill if requested. The Lisle location is a nicer restaurant feel than the Naperville location on Ogden Avenue so we try to visit the Lisle one. Both consistent good food. read more

Another local go-to place for Mexican food. The food is always clean and delicious. We always stop in for a quick dinner during weekdays. The restaurant is clean, interiors new and cozy. The people working there always friendly. There is a sweet man who always asks us about how our meal was. Starting with the complimentary chips, the tortilla chips and always warm and non-greasy. Appreciate it when the tortilla chips are warm. All the three salsas they have are quite good too. We always get a burrito and keep rotating the other dish. We got the fajitas this time. I was not happy with this first and only experience. I ordered 2 tacos and the meat was tasteless and they were covered in onions. These are not the kind of/ or amount of onions I expected to find. I also got a burrito for my husband that he is also not happy with. Mostly his issues is that there is no flavor from a grilled steak and carnitas burrito. One of our favorite Mexican places to eat. We started with their free chips and salsa. Salsa was a bit on the hotter side for me, but I still managed. Chips were perfectly salted, thin and crispy. I did a ground beef taco with lettuce/cheese and al pastor with cilantro and onion. I thought both tacos were a bit greasy, but I didn't care for the al pastor at all, too fatty and greasy. Decided to order from Doordash as was not feeling like cooking. I ordered the 3 taco dinner. It was nice that I was able to order 3 different types of meat with the tacos. The tomatoes and lettuce on the tacos were very fresh. All tacos had a lot of meat. The rice was very flavorful. The container it was packaged in was also nice because it had dividers for the rice, beans, and tacos. My boyfriend had the chicken burrito and it was huge! He only ended up eating half. We enjoy coming to Burrito Parrilla Mexicana! This is a fast casual spot that offers tasty burritos, tacos, and more! We prefer eating in when we order from here but recently we have been ordering to-go. Sometimes the burritos can get a little soggy on the way home but we crisp them up in a pan real quick and they're good to go. I got a chicken burrito dinner yesterday and it came with a side of beans and rice. This dinner option came in a styrofoam container that had separate sections for the sides AND it kept the burrito dry. It was still warm when we got home and so filling. The burrito is huge, well wrapped, and a steal for the price. The refried beans were cooked well and so was the rice. My favorite part is always the salsa! You can tell a lot about a spot by their salsa and this spot gets it right. They have mild, medium, hot options, and beyond. Normally the salsa comes with chips complimentary if you're eating it there and those are always fresh. I really like their two taco plate here. You can get tacos with cilantro & onion or lettuce & cheese. The Al pastor tacos with pineapple are my favorite - I think you have to ask for the pineapple. The carnitas tacos are good as well! The chicken tacos aren't for me just because I prefer shredded chicken compared to grilled chicken. It comes with rice and beans (black or refried). Once this place opened years ago, I suddenly found little reason to haul it into the city for authentic Mexican food. It's as good a taqueria as I've found anywhere -- in fact, better than some better-known taco stands in Chicago or nearby Aurora. Go for the taco plate with some authentic meats, smother it in lime and avocado sauce, and thank me later. Nice greet within one minute. Cashier was polite even though I never been there. I asked right away if I order a burrito do the chips come with it to go. She explained it was included with the fine in option, so Intook it. I ordered Chicken burrito and it was filled with healthy ingredients, tasty and added sour cream for extra cash. We got super fast delivery from this restaurant and grub hub for dinner. Delivery was very fast - about 30 minutes. We had chips and salsa and a side of guacamole that was good but not great. E salsa could use a little more kick and the chips are just average. I had the Alamora platter and it was excellent. My dining partner had the 3 taco plate and loved it. Besides the food being great every time customer service is top notch. The young staff is friendly and definitely the most honest people! I recently visited the Lisle location for lunch pick up and I realized the following day that I had lost my rings! Of all places that was the last I expected to have lost them. I must have dropped them when I got out of the car. I called the restaurant when they opened and found out that a Good Samaritan (thank you so very much!) had turned in the rings which I had dropped in the parking lot! I talked to Pedro and said they have the rings. My friend later picked them up for me and of course she ordered food while she was there. They have the best carne asada! Pro's: - The milanesa (breaded steak) is always a bit hit and this place makes a pretty damn good milanesa. This place has some of the best food, all the workers are so nice, we had steak fajitas and a three steak taco dinner and of course grilled jalapenos, for dessert we had churros they were so delicious they came with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce.
