I usually go here very often and today I called and and all of a sudden the girl I always talk to didn't know English when I clearly speak to her in English. So I started telling her in Spanish because I also speak Spanish that the food was greasy fries were undercooked and then the cook came out from the back and started arguing with me that if I wanted crispy fries I had to ask for them and I told them do I also have to ask for the fries to be cooked because they were soggy greasy and still raw. Worst service ever never going back read more

Horrible didn't open on time like the hours posted online Their was a lady working I saw her 10 minutes before sweeping right in the front I called them and knocked at the door no response I don't see how this business is even open with that customer service if you don't want to work stay your ass home ! People rely on the hours of operations to go to your restaurant. Hire better staff please ! read more

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the prices are fair, but the food...not so great. We got home, opened the order and were impressed by the size, but as we dug in, the chips weren't that crunchy, the french fries were old and burnt the more that I dug down into my order of pollo asada fries. They were either soggy super crunchy b/c they threw them back in the fryer... After we ate we both got sick..up all night..not sure if it was the food but what a coincidence......don't think we will be going back. read more

I am extremely surprised, walk into burritos Luna assuming it's going to be a typical Mexican food restaurant. Well let me tell you there is nothing typical about this place outstanding, the roll Taco plate absolutely delicious with rice and beans plus the bean burrito and the wife had a cheese quesadilla all the above was absolutely delicious I would say one of the best Mexican food joints in Fallbrook without a doubt. The service was really good the gentleman who took our order delivered it to us at the table. Which some restaurants if you look at my previous reviews in Fallbrook lack the customer service type of thing. We sat down inside to eat eight tables clean have a soda machine. Okay, we came back since I was craving tacos, and I wanted to give this place another chance. I will say, the tj tacos are really bomb and the salsas are delicious. Not too fond of the rice or beans, but I will be back for more adobada tacos. Still feel uncomfortable in there though with the workers, but I've been in plenty of spaces like that.. read more

Nos gustan mucho los burritos, las tortas, quesadillas, tostilocos y biónicos. El menú el amplio así que poco a poco seguiremos tratando más opciones. They have the biggest burritos in town and they never fail to amaze us with the quality of the food. The Pollo Asada burrito and Carne Asada burritos are on point and yummy. The green salsa is the best. I really haven't tried much of the other extensive menu but the people are always nice and when it's burrito night, we always go there. read more

I've been sleeping in this place! Got the #2 asada plate. Fantastic! Well seasoned, large portion of meat, could've made 2 more tacos. Frijoles were seasoned & the rice was pretty good. I'm not a fan of veggies in the rice and this didn't have any. Overall, will always consider for a take-out option. Gave it 4stars bc the tomatoes in pico were just a tad overripe. read more

Husband and I stopped in today to grab a couple of burritos for lunch. The food here is always good, the staff is so nice. It's quiet in there, so we stayed to eat our lunch. I have to say, in a time where food costs are rising and what you get for your dollar is going down, Burritos Luna delivers!! Our burritos were as long as my forearm and packed full of meat, not just pico or other cheaper ingredients. Not only completely delicious, but worth the price paid. Absolutely not a fan. Chicken burrito wasn't edible chunks of fat, undigestible. It appears there's absolutely no concern when chopping the chicken whatever gets chop goes into the burrito. Gross!!! I would have gotten my money back if I had not gotten on the fwy. So disappointed. read more

The quality of dishes on the menu has changed. We ordered surf and turf fries, which was loaded with fries, beans, beef and six small shrimp, and loaded cheese. Not exactly a good surf and turf order. When we used to order this item, it would come with fries a good amount of refried beans and a good amount of corn Asada meat. Sometimes they put tomatoes which was OK and of course, a little bit of cheese, which is great so it's really changed. Also ordered four rolled tacos with guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. However received four rolled tacos with only sour cream and guacamole. Also ordered a taco salad, but when I received it, it had about a teaspoon of refried beans in a very oily fried tortilla filled with lots of shredded beef no lettuce a lot of tomatoes and cheese. How could they call it a salad when there was no lettuce. The quality of their food and choices have changed very much. I believe that they need the employees to be able to speak and understand English. The language barrier could be causing some of the confusion. As far as the ambiance, there's a huge menu board, basic chairs and tables and kind of dark. We won't be ordering much from this restaurant any longer. read more

I usually call ahead and order. I've asked twice for them it ready in 20 minutes (they ask the question). I get there and they start making it, with a short lunch break it doesn't make sense to order here. For dinner, when I have more time it's perfect. The Carne Asada fries are the best in Fallbrook. Rolled tacos are not at as good as other places. Tacos are tiny, not enough to feed my husband - he needs to eat close to 5 to be full - not worth the 20$ they would cost. Can find cheaper in town. read more

Their burritos are good and the fries are a good value as well; fries need to be cooked a bit longer than what we got (our fries were soggy instead of crispy but had good flavor). 1- I payed $32 dollars for 2 orders of carne asada frys, I felt like it was too expensive for the quality that they offered. Frys were really hard, barelly any meat and was burned. 2-They charge you when you pay cash AND card. The chicken burrito was absolute basura! The carne asada, burnt. Vegetables old and fried hard. Wrapped completely loose and sauce was clearly canned. Sloppy food, sloppy cleanliness, waste of rent and space for what should be a premier food joint. Teach your "chefs" to have some pride in their work and customer interaction. This place has always been our go to Mexican restaurant when we come down here. We came on cinco de mayo which was busy and we had waited 20 minutes for a table which we expected. So we placed are order. Wife asked for the 2 taco special with no sour cream. I order the same thing with no cheese or sour cream. I did that cause I'm lactose intolerant. The waitress stated that they can't substitute? I'm not substituting anything. Just don't add it. The "manager" came over and said we can't substitute? I stated I'm not substituting anything, just don't want cheese or sour cream. He said since they're busy cause of cinco de mayo they can't do it which tells me they can't handle a large amount of customers and there food they make in the back there cooks are auto pilot and get devate from the normal operation. We have been here before and "NEVER" had a problem with the way we ordered but today was an issue which tells me things are difficult especially if busy. We will not be back cause it was just a simple request and they couldn't fulfill that. We went over to Rosa's and tortilla factory which is down the street and it was good and "much cheaper ". I will never recommend Guadalajara to anyone anymore cause they couldn't handle a simple request.

Seriously thought it was a restaurant. We drove around and couldn't find a structure that has the…read morename... until we saw a taco truck! How fun was that, it was raining and we got hot tacos off a truck. There's a short line and waiting time. We ordered and it was made infront of us. Food was good, the salsas were available. Wish it wasn't raining that time! Happy to get our order done quickly!
