There is NOTHING that turns me off more than a pushy, fake friendly salesman but I needed a tire. Josh made the entire experience easy, straightforward, lighthearted and I felt completely taken care of. I was there for 3 hours because of my own poor planning and walking in during the lunch rush; but the wait was totally fine with me since I was taken care of. Josh knew that I couldn't afford more than what I came in for. After I paid, he mentioned genuinely that a different tire on my car needs to be replaced when I can afford it. They made it right! I took my car here for over 4 years up until I left to move out of state, and after doing over 15+ oil changes on 2 different cars, I can tell you these guys are the real deal. They know their stuff and they have so many services all in one spot (tires, brakes, oil change, emissions, registration, mechanic work, diagnostics). I honestly don't know why any people in Utah would go anywhere else unless it's because these guys happen to be full or something haha. Great experiences for a long period of time with them.

At one point I could no longer unlock the Driver's side door from the outside or inside as the long metal arm between the locking peg and the lock itself broke off. No one made or sold that part anymore. I thought I'd have to finish my last year without a car, and then my first couple paychecks after that trying to get a newer one. The mechanics at Mitchell machined a new part and then installed it for about $20. The car saw me through commissioned officer training in the Air Force, and my young family to our first duty station on the East Coast. I'll always be grateful to Mitchell's for going beyond expectations, and at the same time being super understanding of where I was in my life, how needed the car was, and how limited of a budget I had.

I used to love this location, and loved bringing my car here because I trusted the workers, but the…read morelast couple of visits they've been EXTREMELY rough with my car. They don't care about causing any damage to your car and they especially won't inform you when they cause the damage. Took my car in to get a pre-roadtrip check about a month ago, and one of the mechanics snapped my hood cable so my hood is now unable to get open and it will cost between $200-$400 for me to get repaired. Of course, no one informed me that this occurred, so I had no clue my hood was broken until I tried to pop my hood open myself a few days later. My hood was functioning properly before I took it in, yet they declined that they caused damage and refuse to repair it so that's great for me! Went back to get my tires replaced a couple weeks later (don't know why I went back... that was my first mistake), and suddenly the trim on my car around my back tire is starting to come off. It's an easy fix, but it's just upsetting to see the damage they cause and don't inform me of, or even try to fix. Very disappointed. I never write bad reviews, but hopefully this will be helpful to others. You can tell they rush the job, aren't gentle with your car, and clearly couldn't care less about their customers. I would literally steer clear of this Provo location.

They were the only shop that could diagnose the problems with my 97 Cadillac Seville and fixed the ever-present electrical problems. At a good price too. I also had a problem with my engine that others quoted me $1,000 to $2,000. Their mechanic saw that it was a fairly simple problem, fixed it and charged me $125. Also, yes, I've had things go wrong with something they put it. They always immediately sought to make it right by replacing or fixing the problem without charge. Sometimes they get really backed up so it's frustrating to not get my needs addressed immediately. But, suck it up and find a time if you care to get it done right.
