I am (or was) a long-time customer of Burtech Plumbing and have recommended them to multiple neighbors due to their honesty and fair pricing and honest service technicians - NO MORE. I make it a practice to have my bathroom sinks and showers snaked once per year and have relied upon Burtech for these services in the past. Last year, the shower drain cleanout they did was the best one I have ever had done, and the tech went above and beyond IMO to not only get it clog free, but provided me with several money saving tips to keep it clog free and running properly. I just called to schedule a cleaning for my bathroom sink and for the first time ever, they would NOT provide any sort of a price estimate before sending someone "out to the house to take a look first." Burtech appears to have gone the way of many others - pricing is SOLELY based upon how nice (or large) your house is, how gullible they think you are (single women are likely big targets) and how much $$$ they think you can or are willing to pay for service, and THEN they price accordingly. Sorry, Burtech, you have forever lost my business and that of my neighbors who constantly ask for referrals. Honest, reliable plumbing contractors appear to have gone the way of the Dodo Bird....THEY ARE EXTINCT. read more

Quick response time, were able to come the same day, and fixed my sink problem that was unable to get addressed by a different plumber. The plumber was friendly and helpful in telling me about the problem and promptly fixed it. Would definitely use again. read more

Josh did well overall on the visit. We had low flow in our kitchen faucet. He was honest about what the problem was, and thorough in his work. Once he concluded that the cause of our blockage was in the faucet and not the line, he suggested that I just do it to save money as it's fairly simple (I did it a few years ago). I just replaced it yesterday and it works great now, so he was right. He also suggested replacing the gate valves with 90 degree valves. They were really corroded so I agreed to it. He did a great job despite having to deal with some difficulties cutting the old ones off. Only issue was that when he disconnected the faucet from the water lines to test the pressure, the main line for the house was initially off but when he turned it on briefly to test the pressure the lines spewed water all over our kitchen floor and sink cabinet; made a bit of a mess. Perhaps in a future request a little more diligence in containing the water when testing the line's pressure. read more

Burtech came to my house to check out a sewer smell from the toilet. He quoted me for a new toilet and installation for $1,100. I had another plumber check it out, and the seal was too low, and there was a gap between the toilet and the pipes. He fixed it for the cost of the visit. The toilet was completely fine. read more

We woke up to a leaking water heater, not a great way to start the day, so immediately phoned Burtech Plumbing because of great service in the past. By 10 a.m. Jeff showed up and got to work. He removed our old water heater and brought our old system up to code by adding an expansion tank. He installed a new water heater and even went above and beyond by getting us a veteran's discount on it. Jeff was very pleasant, professional and thorough and ensured that the system was working properly and all debris was cleaned up before leaving. Great job, thanks Jeff! Well We Needed Some Plumbing Work done and I called Burtech Plumbing and they came out and answered all our questions . I asked how much to do plumbing on my faucet and it was leaking so the associate named Nico Came and was very Patient and even offered to leave a written quote and did not push us into doing anything . So he gave us time to discuss and decide on if we wanted him to go ahead and do the job . Well we decided on let's just get it done . So we gave him the green light and he started right away . Well it did not take long for the job to be done . He was fast and polite and I do suggest you give Burtech Plumbing a call if you're looking for a plumber or if you need Plumming work done !! Overall Satisfaction I say Was good and Service was Good !! So in the future I believe I found an Plumming Company I can Trust and if I am looking for a Plumber then I shall call them again !! I had a main line that was plugged. Before they even came out I told them it was 85 to 90 feet down the line where the plug was at. So he brought out a 75 foot snake. Obviously that wasn't gonna clean the plug. So he tried and about half an hour later told me he couldn't unplug it. What do you know. Then he went to give me a option of two different ways to clean it. One was $500 and the other one was $900 or just slightly under. I told them it plugs 85 to 90 feet down the line. Why would you bring out a 75 foot snake. Probably just to upsell me on something else. It was a waste of my time and it was a waste of theirs also. read more

I'm a realtor and have gone through many plumbing companies feeling disappointed and over charged. I could not in good conscience ever recommend a decent plumber to my clients. I can safely say now I can with Burtech. They are very knowledgeable, fair and honest. Dave was excellent! He left the job site very tidy and cut holes in my tile very minimally for our contractor to patch up; which is very unusual for most plumbers. There was a leak in front of our house and we didn't know if it was the city side or our side. The city came out on a Friday afternoon and said we're not sure so keep an eye on it and call back in a couple days. On Saturday we were so stressed out that we decided to call a plumber in case it really was a leak on our side. I called a couple places and Burtech was the only one that was able to come on Sunday. I was impressed that they sent several texts leading up to the appointment with information and a picture of the plumber coming to the house especially since I was home alone with the kids. Kyle was so friendly and upfront about everything. He told me we would only be charged for work so if he checked everything out and we didn't have a leak, we would not be charged. He very thoroughly spent probably about an hour taking a look at the issue, pumping water out of our meter box, testing the main line and the irrigation line, putting up with my kids who were watching over his shoulder the whole time, and it was not a leak on our side. Since he was there I asked him to take a look at another small issue we had inside the house and he very quickly fixed and pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend and will use them again. read more
