I immediately called Dave the manager who I met the day before and he scheduled me an appointment being that this was a brand new truck. I was a little freaked out. I dropped the truck off for them to diagnose the problem. They immediately gave me a brand new 2026 Ford F150 to drive it turned out to be a bad timing chain tensioner to cause metal shavings to go through the entire engine and other words, it was a manufacturers defect. They immediately went to work and got me a 100% brand new engine and had Alan their top tech of 20 years was master certified. Put the motor in. It looked like the day came out of the factory. I was very impressed and extremely pleased. They also went above and beyond and contacted Ford. Ford stepped up and made my first truck payment. And gave me 100,000 mile extended warranty. I've been in the car business my entire life, both buying and selling and had never been handled more professionally. I am a very high type a personality. And like to know what's going on they kept me informed the entire way what could've been a major disappointment. a huge turned out to be a pleasant experience. We purchased a Certified Preowned 2022 Grand Cherokee 4xe (remember, it's a CPO with a 125+ point "inspection"). Sales process was pretty easy, but inordinately long. Hours longer than I've spent at other dealerships. Once you sign the papers, they hand you a thumb drive with all your copies. I thought that was a pretty efficient way of doing things, but it makes it so you can't thumb through your copies. (Is that on purpose?) I Didn't realize till a few days later at home that the financing paperwork wasn't included on the drive and they bold faced lied to me during the process to the tune of about $4,000. When speaking with the finance office, I asked in no uncertain terms if it was a Mopar Flexcare Warranty (used those exact words) and was told it was. Shockingly, they lied. It's an aftermarket warranty where I was charged an additional $1000 for a "Auto Armour Screen Coating" over and above the $3,000 aftermarket warranty. Got in touch with Auto Armour to see what the product actually was and while chatting with them, we came to the conclusion that it was never even applied. I tried calling the dealer to cancel both products since they weren't what I asked for and of course got thrown into some random VM box. Left a message, waited 24 Hrs - No call. Left another message and then sent a message to them using the form on their website. Received a reply from Ryan Arkens the Sales Manager, he said that he appreciated that I reached out before leaving an online review and that "I'll have finance reach out via email to go over specifics today" well, that was 5 days ago, you blew it Ryan. During the wait, I've left 2 more messages and my wife left another. We've been ghosted ever since we signed the papers. Called the lender to make sure that the numbers we were given at the dealership matched what the lender had, luckily they matched. After owning it for a couple of weeks now I realize that Boucher doesn't "Inspect" their CPO's too well. How you don't know a CPO doesn't have working HEAT, I'll never know. I swear Stevie Wonder did the inspection. No heat, broken cupholders, no working front park sensors, a buzz from the passenger door (there is a TSB on it), Service HV warning light has come on, TPMS system flaky. Those are just things that have jumped out at me, I haven't gone searching for issues. It already has an appointment for service at another dealership, I could only imagine what they'd screw up if I had it serviced there. This was my first, and last, purchase from a Boucher Group Dealership.

I purchased a 2022 GMC Canyon Crew Cab from this dealership. Since I was out of state, I asked the…read moresalesman to carefully walk around the vehicle and let me know where dings and eye catching scratches are located. I also asked him to look and smell inside the vehicle for damage and odors. He later got back to me and said there are no dings or significant scratches and no damage or odors in the interior. The Carfax looked clean so I moved forward. When it arrived and I washed it, there was quite a bit of damage notably two significant dings in the bodylines over the driver rear wheel finder and on a bodyline on the tailgate. There was also a hole in the center of the headliner a bit larger than the head of a pencil. There were other scuffs and light scratches on the exterior but that is to be expected on a used vehicle. But the bodyline dings and hole in the headliner were not. The salesman and manager said they were so sorry they missed those and told me they would take care of it! However, after I spent $650 to improve but not fully repair those damaged areas, they did not fully reimburse me. In addition, they also taxked on the shipping cost to the vehicle price which in affect increased the amount of sales tax I had to pay in my state to register the vehicle. One should also be aware that this place gets some of their vehicles from auctions and out of the country. So please have an independent pre-purchase inspection done on any vehicle sold from this place. The sales team and management are nice but not transparent.
