Love this place! The atmosphere was beautiful and lively, very clean. The food was so fresh, I had gotten a Greek salad with chicken and my partner had gotten a teriyaki chicken bowl with a beautiful array of vegetables, tasted fresh and flavorful. I'm so glad this place is so close to our home and has so many good options. The service was incredible, Glenn was so nice and informative and really made sure our quick visit was memorable. Unfortunately, I had a not so great experience here yesterday. I have eaten here at least once a week since they have opened and everything has been good....until yesterday. I ordered a Thai Chicken Curry bowl, a side salad, mashed potatoes and Korean cauliflower. The only thing that was good, was the side salad and even that was not up to the usual freshness. The mashed potatoes seemed like they were from two different batches...the bottom was potatoes that were not cooked completely (hard and inedible) and the very top was a bit more done. The Korean cauliflower had NO sauce whatsoever on it - so basically steamed cauliflower...super disappointing. Finally, the chicken curry bowl - the rice and butternut squash were okay but the chicken was awful...after about the 3rd bite where I couldn't chew it (rubbery and hard), it went into the trash. I am not sure what happened yesterday, but now I am hesitant to go back since the quality seems more inconsistent now :( read more

The en fuego burger was tasty but not as spicy as I would have liked. The sweet potato fries were great--nicely crunchy! The pomegranate lemonade was very refreshing; beware it might be a bit sweet for some. The seasonal blueberry / cheese was nice in flavor and texture. Just had the California burger and fries at Bushfire. It was delicious. Fries were perfect and I'm picky about my fries. The staff were all super welcoming and friendly. They also checked in with us during our meal and at the end to make sure everything went well. They have a happy hour every day from 2-5pm, I didn't get to try it today as it was past 6pm but will have to come back. They also have a kids menu and outdoor patio. Great ambiance, clean, and they even have a couple of tvs showing sports. Bathroom was also clean. Will definitely come back. read more

Bushfire grill never disappoints. Have eaten lunch here several times and the food has always been fresh and delicious. The ingredients of their dishes seem of higher quality than those used by many of Bushfire's competitors . Their chimichurri steak sandwich is a standout, hearty and delicious. Their seasonal bowls are healthy - but don't let that scare you off - they are very tasty and satisfying . The boneless chicken breast is always moist and tasty whether in a sandwich , as a plated main, or in a bowl mixed with veggies and brown rice. Their Mac and cheese is probably not healthy but very cheesy and good. Without exception , the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Shout out to our server Lulu for being so sweet and spending the time to give us suggestions of which dishes we should try at our next visit. Prices are reasonable by today's standards and portions are generous. I am so happy Bushfire grill is so close by - in a great location in Long Beach. read more

We tried the fuego burger and sweet potato fries and they were delicious! Also got the tri tip bowl with the cauliflower and rice it was pretty good too. Only complaint would be the tri tip was a little dry. The sauce for the cauliflower and chimichurri sauce made up for it tho. The staff was soooo nice and welcoming and polite. Great mixture of healthy and indulgent food. Started with a Cage Free Chicken Empanada (the chimichurri sauce was delicious!) and had the Sustainable Salmon Bowl (healthy) with the Mac & Cheese (indulgent). I've had bushfire kitchen in riverside and it is delicious! The food is always fresh and in my opinion perfect every time. However, at this location I've ordered twice and both times the rice has been dry and hard as well as the veggies and the quality isn't up there compared to other locations. I really like this place but for the prices, I feel like the quality should be a bit better. I usually get the salmon bowl with white rice and mixed veggies. read more

So grateful to have a new quick, high quality food option. There are *plenty* of gluten-free, dairy-free options for me, which is huge. They even have gluten-free bread, buns, and cookies. The staff were friendly and seemed pretty knowledgeable. My husband loved the En Fuego burger, and we're both excited to keep trying different things on the menu; there's so much. I'd recommend getting the mixed veggies in the bowl to help give it a little more variety. Laid back atmosphere. Will definitely be going back regularly read more

Ordered the Perri perri chicken plate with Mac and garlic mash to go and ended up saving my meal for later. When I first got the plate I took a peak, looked delicious but noticed the plastic sauce container packaged in the container on top of my sides. Threw me off a little but didn't think too much of it. Next day we warmed up the meal in the microwave forgetting about the plastic sauce container and smelled the burning plastic. Whole meal was ruined and didn't feel comfortable at all eating around it. I called and asked to speak to the manager, Story, to maybe suggest her workers not to package the sauce in the containers as I feel like it's a food safety hazard anyway bc who knows if it's potentially touched a contaminated surface and is now sitting right there on top of my food. Manager, Story was extremely professional and kind. She apologized for the inconvenience, offered me a full refund, and to come in for a new plate at no cost. Amazing customer service. I did just that and the food was good. Her response alone is what will keep my family and I to come in again and try something new on the menu. Thanks for the wonderful service. read more
