We called, placed an order for the day after we close on the purchase, and thought everything was ok. Unfortunately, a few days later we get a call from Spectrum Construction Support to let us know that they can't provide service to us due to an easement issue. They said they would have someone call us, but no one did. A day later we received an order cancellation email. Now we need to find an alternate TV and internet service provider. DO NOT TRUST SPECTRUM. DO NOT USE SPECTRUM.
